This is command using, windchill wt.load.LoadFromFile -d <path/loadfile> -CONT_PATH \"/wt.inf.container.OrgContainer=Test_org\" -username/-password 

Is there any documentation on the syntax for *.PSF and *.PRO file (eg: syntax for comment out line, etc) ?  For PSF file, i always  under the assumption that // is used to comment out a line.However, i notice that if i change the first line // PTC - PSF file: parametric to something like // PTC - PSF file: parametric2, the PSF file will no longer work.      

I have a problem in Mathcad. As the picture shown, it always says "This function requires at least 4 arguments but it applied to 1". Can anyone help me? Thank you 

Hi, I am trying to fix this regeneration issue where a copied geometry from a skeleton is to be solidified. This is what I am getting:What could the solution to fix this?  

Our drawings have as a standard drawing view boundary type set to "circle". See below.Our old drawings are like below. As per the original post.    If we look into a .zip export of the audit logs I can see two variables:   { "message": "User session has expired.", "user": "RdmcInitUser" }   I therefore created token 'com.thingworx.things.security.SecurityMonitorThing.SessionExpired.Audit' with value '__message__ For user __user__'. Not sure if the missing token was fixed in a later TWX release (I am also on 9.3.4 where it is missing).

Hello community, Email notifications are not being triggered for Alarm events. I have successfully configured the alarms, and the events are being triggered as expected, visible in the UI. However, I am not receiving the corresponding email notifications.I have verified that the mail server was properly configured, and I tested it by sending a test email by executing send message service in PTC.FSU.CORE.Notification.Notification_TG  Thing. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Any input or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!  

Hi all I have created a set of Datum Points in Creo. In my case there are 28 points, from P0 to P27. Those points have been imported from a .pts file.Originally, there were 28 points from an xls file, which i copy pasted in a .txt file, I renamed that file to .pts and imported as shown in the screenshot.  So in Creo i got a single feature (Datum point id 66) that has all those datum points. What I want to do now.I want to link those points in mathcad. Ideally would be a matrix with 28 rows and 3 colums. The 3 columns should be x, y z.Or 4 columns (the first would be the label column P0 etc..). What I am doing at this moment.I copy paste directly the coords from xls file to mathcad. Mathcad creates a table where i can label the columns and i can manipulate easily the data from that table to my calculations. Obviously there is not any input from Creo. My question is.Is any way to import the table with the coordinates of the 28 points from Creo to Mathcad as a tab

When i try to import the jspf file, windchill is throwing an error message as attached in the screenshot. Is there any solution to remove/fix this error? @HelesicPetr  

Hello, I am attempting to add the "use_inverted_mousewheel_zoom" to my config.pro file in Creo Parametric 4.0. To do so I click, "add" then find that option and press ok. It appears in my config.pro file with a star next to it. When I close out of my config.pro and open it again, the addition disappears. I found from a different article that the star is config.pro saying "Newly added option and not applied". How do I go about saving the addition to my config.pro or rather, how do I apply the change? Picture linked below.

While exporting with two modeltags, it exported the entities which having combination of  both ModelTags instead of summing it up. How to export all the entities with union of both model tags ?

Hello Community, I am looking for a way to set entities "General Information". In particular I am looking to set the "Login Style", "Login Prompt" and possibly some other things of an organization from a service. I could find a "SetHomeMashup", but I can't seem to find any other service that fulfills this requirement.Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks,Jens

Mail Extension was working fine`in thingworx server. Recently the server is upgraded to Ad-SSO. Now iam receiving the following error while sending mail. Hello.Currently, I'm trying to insert inside my Creo Mechanism Analysis the effects of lateral wind. For this I would like to use a force so I can easily turn on and off for each analysis.Would be nice to have it calculated using the cross-sectional area of the component multiplied by a constant Q (N/mm²).How can I make available this measure of area (mm²) to the User Defined variables list?  

Can anyone tell me how I can Export the parameter table in .xml format? I only have the option for .csv and .txt. I know you can export to .xml because I have done it before, but now the option is not available.    

Hello everyone, I'm going to do an upgrade of my Thingworx system.I wanted to ask if the porting could be done directly from version 8.4.9 to 9.2 or you need to do an intermediate update.Is there any documentation for upgrading from this version?I was interested in understanding any incompatibilities between the two systems (e.g. extensions etc.)

Hello,  as per default, Creo Illustrate names the steps within a sequence "step 1", "step 2" etc. If I insert a new step afterwards at the beginning, it will be called after the last step created, e.g. "step 50", which doesn't make much sense. I now need to rename all 50 steps manually which takes a lot of time. Is there a way to achieve that Illustrate renames all steps in order without "step" - just "1" "2" "3"?My version is Creo Illustrate 9.0

Hello, I need help in Downloading the Watermark Editor Tool alongside with Creo View Client.Currently I am referring Installing the Watermark Editor Tool (ptc.com) but Could'nt find anything related to watermark tool on the Download page in ptc. Can anyone support me on this or are there licesnce limitations to the watermark? Thanks in advance!
