We are trying to convert MathCAD programs to MathCAD Prime 9. After the conversion the resultant graphics are not display the grid axis that the users were getting in MathCAD 15. Is this a display setting or an issue with MathCAD prime?  

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0I want to do a mass export of drawings to DWG-file format. Therefor I wanted to use the "Creo Distributed Batch" - Tool with a specific configfile. But we have some multisheet drawings and I want to convert all sheets in one DWG. Currently every sheet becomes a new DWG-file. When using the export functionality of Creo itself we have the tab "Sheets" where I can select "All sheets as paper space" and then it works as expected. I did not find any documentation to implement this in a config file for using with the batch utility.Is there a parameter which i have to use or any other workaround to achieve this?

"copyScript.bat" has generated in source location. The question is, Im not getting how to run that .bat file to see the content of my object. Could you please guide me for the same?

While opening any model from my workspace, when I do "open in Creo", Creo application opens up, but it doesn't show any thing just black window.   Could someone please help.            

I started working with CWC for 2 weeks. The assembling execution is very clear, but i didn't understand the purpose of fabrication execution. For example when does fabrication execution end? And in which case do we use this execution?

When trying to convert a process plan using convertProcessPlanFromID we get this error:  We think this is because within the process plan is a "longdescription" that has over 4000 chars and the sql tables only allow for 4000 chars max as shown below. We removed this longDescription, and shortened it, and both instances worked so we are pretty sure this is the cause.We then tried to change this from (4000) to (max) but we still get a similar(but not exactly the same) datashape error in thingworx. Has anyone encountered this before? How can we resolve this?   

Users just starting reporting this error message on the content tab for CAD docs. I checked and this class does exist in the wncWeb.jar file and that file does exist. HI Developers, I am facing an issue where Waiting for server response is high for only one service. It is coming 20 ms seconds for same service but then 1.6 seconds on second call when I am passing data back to SQL.I have checked and CPU utilization is normal.Also, many services are getting called before its execution. is it possible that this can cause increase in Waiting for server response time.Kindly suggest.  

Hello community, I have a requirement for one customer. The customer would like to export in csv 1 millon of rows.To clarify the use case: Take the data in csv from one year  from 100 devices.I'm using the CSV Parser extension (https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_8_hc/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Extensibility/CSVParser.html)  & the Data Exportation Widget (https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_8_hc/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Mashup_Builder/Widgets/DataExportWidget.html)but the both using infotables to process the data and im not sure if a infotable is a good element to do this...1. Exist any other method or solution for massive data exportation?2. Exist a way to put  in "second plain" the generation of the csv?  Thank you in advance,Luis. 

Hi,I am using "gridAdvaced" widget in Thingworx (9.0) Mashup.The grid configuration is written in one service.In the service JSON is created with following code to clear the selection of grid : "columns":{ . . . }, "rows": { "selection":"multi", "defaultSelectedRows":(NoOfRecords+1).toString(), "autoScroll":false }, "styles":{ . . . }   I want the selected rows to get disselected whenever I change the page/ or data in the grid is changed.The service is triggered on grid view button and page change event.But if I select any row in the grid and then change the page or click the view button again (to trigger the configuration service), the selected row remain selected even if the data in the grid is changed.Please suggest a workable solution ASAP.Thank you in advance. 

I would like to add my own validation logic to creating and editing a change task, specifically the set attributes page. Hi,I am trying to make the ResultingFromChangeNotices table editable or in other words make it possible for users to create and edit views.Currently I am overriding the buildComponentConfig method with the following codepublic ComponentConfig buildComponentConfig(ComponentParams var1) throws WTException { TableConfig tableConfig = (TableConfig)super.buildComponentConfig(var1); tableConfig.setSingleViewOnly(false); tableConfig.setConfigurable(true); tableConfig.setShowCustomViewLink(true); tableConfig.setSelectable(true); return tableConfig;}As you can see, i get the Buttons for customizing the views, however the wrong wizard pops up if i try to create or edit a custom view as i can't edit the view's name in the first wizard step as it is possible normally. When I try to create a view nevertheless, it never finishes loading. 

We are trying to get our MathCAD users to use MathCAD Prime 8 instead of MathCAD 15. When they go to open a 15 file in Prime 8, it is asking for a 15 license. We have removed all 15 licenses to force them to upgrade. Why does MathCAD Prime 8 require a MathCAd 15 license to open and convert a file? This will be a major draw back in getting the users to upgrade.  

Hello everyone,   I do have a question regarding error 0xc0040007 in version 6.13.250.0 which occurring when I am trying to ask for a value from Fanuc via Focas driver. In previous version 6.7.1046.0 problem doesn't exist. I have exported and imported whole configuration tree in order to upgrade already OPC server (from 6.7 to 6.13). Both are fully licensed so that is out of scope but where all Siemens devices are responding correctyly, all those with mentioned Fanuc controllers are not providing any requests for a values (I've checked on Firewalls on the way)  When I try to use Quick OPC Client I am receiving :Failed to add item (...device path.value) to group (the same device path) (HR=0xc0040007).         Have you got any clues where to search for any solution?Thnx in advance
