Hi Team,   I need to retrieve Kepware channel &  devices with below in the sub group's in Tree Grid Widget. I have tried to use the existing service of "BrowseGroups" for parent & child data based on the selected "FullPath".   But In runtime when I expand the Parent, it's not working properly.   Kindly find the attached snapshot FYR, it will show the service bindings & widget main field configuration. Currently, if you run ConvertFromProcessPlanID and the process plan has already been converted, it creates another one identical. Is there a built in service that can avoid converting a process plan if it has already been converted? If not, how would I go about this?  I can getProcessPlans and see all of the available process plans in windchill but then I am unsure how to correlate these to the ones we have already converted. The ID in getProcessPlans doesn't get placed into any of the tables when you convert the process plan. Ideally we should be able to do something like this...1) getProcessPlans ( from windchill )2) query twx OA database for all process plans3) exclude any process plans that exist in both twx and windchill4) convertFromProcessPlanID ( for the remaining process plans that are new, if any) My issue is step 3 I am unsure how to compare the 2 databases since the ID's differ and the convertFromProcessPlanID spreads the process plan into many tables wi

I'm using Thingworx 9.3.8-b1504.I need to install RTPPM and AMU applications. Inside release 9.3 I found the AMU -ThingWorx Asset Monitoring and Utilization (AMU) zip file, but RTPPM...Can anyone tell me where I can find RTPPM install file?Thanks.

Is there a way to control the orientation of wires that exit a bundle? I can't tell what is controlling the end of the bundle that makes the wires exit in a certain direction.  Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Hello, I was curious to know what the minimum viable permissions is for the file upload widget.I found this post on the forum that is close to what I am looking for but not quite. My error message just says:I have given my user visibility to the file repository the widget uses and when I also gave the user ServiceInvoke to all services it works fine. So basically what I'd like to know is which service is used when uploading?There doesn't seem to be an obvious one as far as I can tell. Thanks,Jens

I have a new font that i want to set to rows text of my gridAdvanced widget,"font-family": ["ZCOOL QingKe HuangYou", "cursive"] I tried the css and grid configuration, may be somewhere i am getting wrong. css is working for labels, but how shall i write css for grid rows font?Can anyone please try this and help me set this font to my Grid Row Text?         In Thingworx composer I am using GridAdvanced widget.in the screenshot below, Left side is Grid-Advanced widget, & Right side Zeros(0) are label widgets.I need the font of GridAdvaced Text ( 1       0 ) to be the same as label font. Hello, I need to access the mashup in other systems but as the url is using http link to open the composer it is not possible to show the mashups in the other systems so while installation we will be getting the details Thingworx Https : 8443 but when we try to use the link https://localhost:8443/Thingworx/Composerwe are not able to open the composer using this link ,  please anyone assist me to open and access the Thingworx composer (version 9.3.8) using https protocol  also . Regards,Shree

Hi!I have some difficulties renewing my student licence for Creo 7.0.2.0. When I try renewing it, it says my account is not verified ("Client non vérifié"), as shown in joint screenshot.I tried solving my problem following the diverse steps described in this post  :Renewing my password (I was careful not to use any special characters and only used a-b and 0-9).Removing the existing licence from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing and reinstalling the licence through the setup.exe from the installation folder. (In this case, it gives me an error but no information on it)Uninstalling everything from PTC and reinstalling it.Using the reconfigure.exe file from C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 7.0.2.0\Parametric\bin.Is it a known problem? Hello all, I'm still having trouble arranging my exported images in a reasonable way. Example:I want to exoprt an image that should be 10cm wide (at 300dpi = 118 pixels/cm). 1.) Previous procedure:- Adjust the window approximately to the target size of the image (attachment “Bild-01.jpg”).- Export the image with the desired width (10cm) and resolution (118 pixels/cm). Problems:- The export size usually matches the target size in only one direction. Most of the time, the exported image must be cropped at least in the second direction.- The fit of the image in the window is lost if the shape of the window is changed. Correspondingly, the image will no longer have the originally desired size (attachment “Bild-02.jpg”). So window and representation must ALWAYS be adjusted manually.- The position numbers and labels vary in size depending on how large the exported image is (e.g. wide 10cm or 15cm). 2.) I have a project. I removed all entities from this project, try to delete this project, and I gather information that this project is already used in other projects. Is there any tool to find, which projects are related to this project? I mean something like "View relationships" which I can find in Things, but can not find such tool for project.PS. Fortunatelly, I have only few projects on my server, all written by me, so it was enough to check my last projects. It was in General Information/Project Dependencies of other project. But if I would be supporting somebody's else server, then do not know how to find in which project we have this relationships set. 

Hello,unfortunately I have a next problem: I just noticed that when I export images, the stroke widths are different when I make a display with and without page setup. So far I have always exported images by fixing the model in the window and then setting the desired image width (e.g. 17.5 cm) with resolution 300dpi (118 dots per cm) when exporting. The result is an image with a pixel width 17.5cm x 118dpcm = 2065 pixels. In the meantime I found out that it is more convenient to define a page size. And that you can define your own page sizes with the administration tool. So I defined a page with the dimensions 17,5x11cm and set it later. When exporting the image I only had to set the resolution 118dpcm and I also got an image of the pixel width 17,5cm x 118dpcm = 2065 pixels. So both images are the same size in the result. For both images the pen thicknesses Thick = 0,2mm and Thin = 0,1mm were set. Problem:The exported line thicknesses are different. The e
