Hello, I have a part which looks like this.  I need to create a drawing of this. On the drawing i have to have length of the wire. How can i create a length dimension of it's centerline that look's like dimension on following image.

I have licenses for at least twenty downloads of Mathcad 14 and at least ten downloads of Mathcad 15. However, when I look for the files, it says "not available". Please, I am interested in Mathcad 14 or 15 and have purchased more than enough licenses to download it to new computers. But now I cannot find it.

Hi there I am trying to install the mathcad student version and its been challenging at many steps. I'm now at the part of the install process where it needs to activate the license and I'm getting this error: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SentTimeout value on the Binding. The time alloted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. Using Thingworx to connect to kepserver, I want to monitor the alarm status of a device. I use properties to store the alarm status, create event subscriptions for multiple tag, and modify the status properties through the subscription, but the properties results are only sometimes incorrect, I think the multiple tag are caused by concurrent alarms,  any other solutions or suggestions?

Hello all,   I have some grids where all of my columns needs to be a fixed width. The grid also needs to support multiple selections.   But when these two things are activated together, the grid has some (to me) unexpected behavior. You can see that it cuts off part of the last column and creates a scrollbar at the bottom. From what I can tell this is due to the fact that the grid part of the grid widget itself doesn't take into consideration the added column for the checkboxes.   Does anyone know of any workaround for this? Or maybe I am just doing something wrong?   Any help with this would be much appreciated as it is the last thing from my 9.1 -> 9.3 migration that I haven't been able to solve.   Thanks, Jens  

I can't use the command MAKE TRANSPARENT (I don't mean the Transparent command to set the display state) with the Geometry filter. I must obligatorily select Body as filter.But I can add that command in the mini toolbar in that Selection item...Is there a way to use Make Transparent with Geometry filter?  

Hi Masters.There are having the known series of Ipk(t), Ton(t) and Toff(t).I would like to draw a positive slope of straight-line which connects between the origin and Ipk(t) in Ton(t)and a negative slop one which connects between Ipk(t) and the end of period.     How to plot the inductor current by those series? Is the way of using coordinate series?tks

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.9.0I created a harness assembly which has around 40-50 bare individual wires and were not packed with bundles. After flattening and detailing, the flat length differs from the actual harness wire length (which is common) but the difference value comes around 1-2 inches. How to minimize this length variation?

Hello everyone, I am actually trying to migrate Thingworx 8.4 to 9.3 an i am facing an issue.  I actually saw that you cannot migrate from 8.4 to 9.3 i have first to set Thingworx to the 9.0.3 version. I am using:JDK -> Amazon corretto 11Postgresl 13. Tomcat work perfectly fine and i m facing that issue when i tried to launch my service.I have already checked this article:https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS305796 Afiter checking the point step by step, i can confirm there is actualy no answer for my situation, I join you the main informations from the stack trace, my linux service config and my setenv.sh.in screenshot format. (All the rights and ownership  have been setted for tomcat8.5, which is the user of the service) Thanks for your time,

So I got my Office doc worker running and I love it. Produces PDF representations of Office files and neat thumbnails. Yes, eye candy but it provides a seamless user experience so people know, see an image, you can click and view it in Creo View. This aligns the system to be the same for Creo data and ECAD. My only hold out is WTDocs where primary content is a PDF.   I came across this article (How to automatically generate representation for the pre-converted files... ) which gets me one step closer since it allows PDF files to be treated like preconverted data. Dear forum, Basically, I am trying to analyse the forced vibration of a single span Timoshenko beam on elastic supports at both ends. I want to at the end determine the displacement w(f), rotation phi(f), shear force Q(f) and bending moment (f) at the ends of the beam due to a force excitation on one end of the beam. I want a plot of these paramaters over the excitation frequency f = 1Hz., 2Hz, 3 Hz....1000Hz. To obtain these parameters, I need to solve for a matrix system which looks like this: A.c = b. A is a 4x4 matrix for each frequency, c is a 4x1 vector for each frequency and b is a 4x1 vector for each frequency. So, based on my frequency spacing of 1Hz from 1Hz to 1000Hz, I have 1000 4x4 A matrices in the A(f) matrix, 1000 4x1 matrices in the c(f) vector and 1000 4x1 matrices in the b(f) vector. I have tried using lsolve to solve the system of equation for the c(f) vector but I keep on having an error message which says that the calculation does not converge

Hello Everyone, I am working on a project and I  need some parts to be added to a folder. I have an assembly which has multiple parts associated with it. I want to add all of them in the New Project folder. But I want to simply copy them and not MOVE them. SO basically I need to select all objects and create a copy in Windchill. Hello! I created a solid via the ProSolidMdlnameCreate function with type PRO_MDLFILE_PART.The problem is I realized that the solid is well created but has not a coordinate system CSYS. Do you know why? I think it is normal, I tried to create a solid via Creo template and there was no CSYS too. And do you know how to create a CSYS in a solid with protoolkit C code? (I'm using Creo 7.0) Thank you very much!  

 I am new to creo simulate. I have a doubt in applying loads on multiple faces while simulating using creo 8.0. I have granite modeled with 14 holes. I have selected all the 14 hole surface and applied a load of 1000N.Now the question is, if I do so, whether the software applies the load of 1000N to all the 14 holes(i.e for 1st hole, 1000N, for 2nd hole, 1000N and so on) or it will divide the applied load by 14 (i.e 1000/14=72 For 1st hole 72, for 2nd hole 72 and so on). Actually i have found the same problem but could not find the exact solution. @gfraulini 

We have a MathCad Prime 8.0 license. And we try and move it to another computer. But we get an error during activation. It gives to many activations. Could you please release our license so i can install in on the new computer.Thank you!

Hi I'm using grid for entering numeric data. but when I switch my keyboard to polish then while entering data on grid using numpad of keyboard I get comma instead of dot which my grid does not take. I have set column rendering as number with column format 0.0000. Please help with this issue
