I'm currently testing KEPServerEX 6 in a highly Mitsubishi Focused facility. We have many Mitsubishi PLC's but only six are on a ethernet network and are considered "Masters." The majority of the Masters are connected to other Mitsubishi PLC's via CC-Link IE-Field. I have been able to connect to one of the Master PLC's and create tags, data log to sql, etc. I am trying now to pull data (X's and  D's) directly from a PLC on the the CC-Link IE-Field network. For example in the attached picture i'm trying to connect to W/S Station 8. In the Mitsubishi driver I have the ID set to 10.25.0.130:N1:8. The I.P. is the Built in Ethernet Port I.P. on the Master PLC which I can connect to just fine. Then N is Network 1 which is a CC-Link IE-Field Master Card on the Master PLC rack and 8 is Station 8 on the CC-Link IE-FIield. When I try to monitor those the tags in Quick Client I get this error.Date Time Level Source Event1/30/2023 12:32:29 PM Error Mitsubishi Ethernet Mitsubishi Q Series.Wast

I have an issue with saving as illustration file, namely as a SVG file. The problem is that I have some surfaces and cosmetics in the model construction geometry in the C3DI which do not show in the SVG file, I tried checking the filters in the options (current figure and illustration) and the different SVG options and looking for the answer on your website without luck.            

Is there a section of the forum devoted to discussion of issues when converting MC15 worksheets to MCP 8.0? I have a few messages in converted files that have cryptic explanations that may make sense to the programmers of MCP 8 but not to me.

Hello,is it possible to create a part defined by "weak dimensions", what become "strong dimensions" after assembling the part to assembly? For example I have triangular metal sheet with prepared drawing. In assembly there are three points defined for constraints. Then I assemble the metal sheet - triangle vertices of part to points of assembly. After this action is done, triangular sheet and its drawing is adjusted.  I need to make a library of simple parts, which all have same constraining points, but there is big number of variations. So user simply choose which variation wants to use, put it into assembly and part and rawing is adjusted. I can make a part driven by relations, but that is not what I need.Sorry for my english 😉 Thanks for any replies   

Doing a bit of house keeping. When I pull active user report, I get 6 users back that are pending from what I can tell in the WTUser table. They are not in my LDAP and were created over 10 years ago. I am looking to clear them out. I check all current and delete projects and I cannot see them. I do not see them part of any membership. The article below says you can link them by creating a user with the same email address. this may only be possible for 1 of them since the others have email addresses like "g" and "jr". It looks like there was a parsing error and their name got split in many users. https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS38011?source=search I believe this was related to an old project where you were able to invite users by email. These always show up in my Active User report. Should I just flip the DISABLED bit to 1 and call it a day?  

I am using Creo 8I am trying to determine the point where two objects contact each other. You can measure the value with pairs clearance, and it provides a point of contact, but you cannot do anything with that point. I would like to be able to take the point that it determines, and create a plane to measure the diameter where the objects are touching

I am able to check out, modify, and check in a Released file. I am creating multiple Iterations of Released file. I do have some admin privileges, but I don't think I should be allowed to do what's described. Released Version/Iteration should be locked for Users. I don't even know where to start looking for cause. Windchill 11.1 Mo2o. Thanks.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.3.0I've created a symbol with parameters recalled inside and correctly saved and stored. But when I import the symbol in a 2D dwgs, parameters can't update but they remains with the construction &ptc_wm_version, &ptc_wm_revision etc.If I use the same parameters outside the symbol (e.g. dwg frame or normal notes) they actually work and assume the value assigned to the parameters.Here are the errors that I facedN/A

Design parts on CREO and submit it on Windchill is my day to day work, but in the last 2 weeks I been having some difficulties to show attributes at Windchill, let me explain step by step what I do:1) check out the part to modify2) Make some physical changes to the model as required 3) At Tools tab, I select the relations option4) On that window I write down all the parameters that I try to save5) In the parameters window I check on designate every attribute that I want to show in Windchill6) Save and check in after that process CREO let me do the check in, but with one warning saying:"The incoming attributes... are rejected because they do not fall within the definition of type"Do anyone knows how to solve this problem?           

Hello, I want to auto-populate a template based on the type of WTDocument the user selects, I have a template created for a specific sub type, as soon as a user selects that sub type in the new document creation window, the template should be auto selected instead of wanting the user to select it in the dropdown. Creo 7.09; I am not able to provide the model for inspection.   Can anyone offer any insight into how to get this round to regenerate? The solid surfaces involved are all planar or cylindrical. I am hoping someone can suggest what to look for when this is happening.   The model has no geometry checks and has absolute accuracy set. Rolling ball and spinal options fail, variable round fails. Surface round will regenerate but cannot be solidified and has transitions that are not consistent with the solid geometry needed. The surface round produces the same error when attempting to solidify the quilt.   You can see below in the image that it is curling back on itself and not following the edge selected for round to be applied to.

Hello everyone,years ago using Creo2, i was able to use JLINK, now that I switched to Creo 9.0.2.0 I don't even know how to install it.From the installation setup of Creo 9.0.2.0 I can't even find it.I tried to install all the setup "Toolkit API" options, but in the Creo 9.0.2.0 installation folder I can't find any "jlink" directory.Can anyone help me, I'm a beginner.Thank you.

I want to know what is the max count of channels (modbus TCP/IP Eth) I can configure in one Kepware Server Ex Instance ?. I want to be able to configure 60 channels to read around 84,000 data points on Modbus I also want to ask if 100,000 tags is the limit on how much one kepware server ex can read ?   

Hi,  I need to connect to a non-Kepware OPC UA server without using the OPC UA Client driver in Kepware,  It seem there was an extension called Thingworx_OPC_UA_Client.jar can do this,  but I cannot find it in the marketplace anymore .    is there any other solution  ?    Regards, Sean

Hello, I am facing some issues on 9.3.5 with a container that doesn't seem to want its scrollbar to be removed, see picture:My container contains these widgets:One button and one label. For the container I have disabled both horizontal and vertical scrolling as per the instructions.Am I missing something? Will it, even though it is disabled, still scroll if the widgets within the container exceeds the size of the container? Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks,Jens

I have a Thing with a ValueStream that shows perfectly into a mashup with QueryPropertyHistory. I'm trying to do the same with QueryNamedPropertyHistory. I have defined a new property in the thing called "Output" (name, description) that I have correctly filled (it is shown in the center grid of mashup).   I bind this Infotable "Output" into "propertyNames" and I expert that services returns and show the data in the top grid, but nothing is shown. What's wrong?  The top grid is the QueryNamedPropertyHistory (KO)The middle grid is "Output" infotable (OK)The bottom grid is QueryPropertyHistory (OK)    

Can  ThingWorx platform be installed on Windows 10 pro OS (64-Bit)  with SQL server, or does it need to be on a windows server 2016 OS?
