I don't have a license for windchill PLM so I would need something available on the web. Where can I see API docs? 

I have an error to communicate my raspberrypi with ThingWorx the same as the SSL error but I didn't enable this option how do I get the error out?

I recently installed Mathcad 8.0 on my computer and had around 14 days left in the full trial. Yesterday my company changed my computer for a new one and I wanted to reinstall Mathcad 8.0 but now I can't. The install wizard is stating that I have reached the maximum number of licence request for this product.I am wondering if it is possible to transfer the remaining trial time on my new install? Or at least have the free version, which I normally use anway.thank you,

Hi, I have a question that may be very simple.When creating an assembly, I use both parts and assemblies in it.When I am making the parts table, it will show me the parts and the whole assembly. How to change so that the assembly used is also broken down into its parts and are in the table

I am unable to access my work file. Before I attempted to open the file it had a size of roughly 1700 KB however after I attempted to open the file it showed me an error saying that the file type is not supported. After this I have noticed that the file size now says 0 KB. The file I am working on is a PTC Mathcad Worksheet (.mcdx), I have opened other files of the same type and it works fine.The log file from the error says this;System.FormatException: Incorrect file format, file should be from PTC Mathcad PrimeCould you please help me recover the file if possible.

This message appears every time I try to open a parametric file in CREO 6.0 simulate. My classmates have been able to use simulate with their licenses, am I doing something wrong?

I have a few part family parts, that change the hole dimension according to the need. So I have a few IFX screws, that needs to change the size of the screw from M8 to M10, and be adjusted according the part family. Actually IFX only updates the screw manually, and not update automatically by the size of holes of the part.   Any idea to update the screws automatically and according the family part?

I have a few applications which have heavy queries to read and write the stream data also complex services/mashups as well. Now, We have DB and TWX foundation both in the same EC2 instance.  To reduce the load I would like to move my entire DB to AWS RDS PSQL.  It is good to proceed with this approach or should I create a separate EC2 instance to host my Postgres?Also, We have manufacturing apps in the instance it has custom tables in the main DB.  Changing the stream data to another DB is not helping I tried to use an external DB as ThingworxPersistenceProvider, it is reducing the load but still, due to a load of services and application model postgres service consumes high cpu utilization.

Hello, I am using REST to query WTParts. I currently filter for name, number and a specific type id.I also need a filter to search for all iterations of all versions instead of only the latest one.I tried providing a navigationCriteria but I actually do not know what to put in here. Does anyone know how to filter for latestVersion? Best regards

While creating a new part in creo, it's automatically taking prt001. Is there any way to make a unqiue customized name while creating a part, Right now we are trying to implementing this on IPEM creo where its integrated to Teamcenter.

Hello. Please help with advice. I set up a worker to process assembly models. Each job stops executing at the stage "Loading *.asm". No further execution, I waited more than 5 hours. Please tell me what the stage "Loading *.asm" depends on and how I can influence the speed of execution?  

Developed a custom extension which is using JCIFS library. While trying to import into Thingworx getting following error,    1. *** Unable to create resource instance in Resource:SMBUtilities 2. Unable To Create Resource Instance From Class: SMBUtilities 3. Unable to process import: jcifs/smb/SmbFileInputStream 4. Unable to delete SMBFileReader:1.0.0. This is likely due to other errors: ExtensionPackage SMBFileReader Does Not Exist   SMBFileReader is a Extention name (Eclipse project) SMBUtilities is Resource name created in Extension Application log attached.   Need help on this issue? How to address this issue?

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 6.0 (connected) Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.2.0My company had a server upgrade a few months ago. Immediately following the upgrade, all of my drawings print out with extremely light text. Everything looks the same on the screen in Creo. Everything looks the same on the screen of a PDF file of a drawing. But, when I print the PDF file, the text is very light and hard to read. This includes tables, notes, leader lines, dimensions, dimension lines, balloons. PDF files created from Creo prior to the server upgrade still print correctly (darker). Only new PDF files are printing light. Object lines in the drawing print the same before & after the upgrade. Any help you can give me to make these things print darker is greatly appreciated...Marc

Hi, I tried the hidded function enable_embedded_component_demo in Creo 6 as a means of reducing the number of files/parts created when importing for xample step files. The problem now is that it seems to have "contaminated" the files and I cannot open any files when I turn this function off. The error I get is "This model ad been created with a Creo 5.0 demo version for embedded components and cannot be retreived" Furthermore, som components have been worked on and checked into Windchill. So reverting to a previous version is not an option. Please help!
