Hello  I have a strange issue that suddenly popped up without warning. I cannot anymore publish Creo drawings to PDF. I cannot even choose to publish them manually in Windchill even, the choice when creating a representation is not there anymore. This has been working beautifully before and just gave up with nothing being changed in the publisher config recently ( in the last 5 months). There is an error in the logs: 2021-05-04 15:41:37,959 ERROR [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8010-exec-221] wt.wvs.publish.PublishRulesHelper User name - No <authoring-application> with name=PROE     Has anybody encountered a problem like this before?   Thanks.

Hi, I have some properties connected with remote thing, so the values of the properties will be changing every 5 seconds. I need to round some of the property values to 2 digits after decimal point.   I tried writing a subscription with 'Any data change' event and used the code me.prop1 = me.prop1.toFixed(2); me.prop2 = me.prop2.toFixed(2); me.prop3  = me.prop3.toFixed(2);  but getting errors.   Script log: Error in: [Thing_name].[Subscription_name].javascript service

Hello all,   I have a question about Influx DB Enterprise. The documentation clearly says it supports Influx DB Enterprise as a persistence provider. However, it doesn't mention anything when Influx DB Enterprise is deployed in cloud instead of a local environment. I was wondering if it will support if I try to connect ThingWorx 9.1 to an Influx DB Enterprise cluster deployed in Azure.    Thanks 

Hello everybody, it is for me incomprehensible up till now how I should manage similar models saved in different pkg files. The global context is not very clear, but the present case is the following. I have two equipment; they are similar, but with different orientation of accessory parts and minor differences. One complete equipment was firstly modeled, saved as Model1.pkg. The original equipment was then rearranged and saved as Model2.pkg. When I load them together, the second one, wich (translating the message from italian)  "was already loaded before" will be "automatically shared (instead of re-loading)".That would be no problem, since it is possible to cancel sharing among groups, but the second model il loaded identical to the first. I guess some trick deal with the "physical" container of parts; but at this stage I need a workaround to load the individual models together as single entities, avoiding the automatic sharing. Good day PTC Community!   I was wondering if someone could help me resolve my issue with the product. I tried the symbolic solve for an equation and it was amazing. I got stuck though. I was planning to use the value solved from the equation I made inside the worksheet and use it for other formulas. The problem is I can't extract it, it just prompts me "missing term or expression." Was what I'm doing wrong? or are there any workaround I should change in order to achieve extracting the variable solved?   Thanks in advance!

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0Hi,I need help to solve a problem with error in Combo-box. When I try to set up units K/W or m/s in dropdown input menubox after that block turns red. How could I to use such units as K/W or m/s such as input values? I guess that is problem in using input dropbox. I couldnt find any information about solving this problem in MathCad help.Here are the errors that I faced Blok turns red without error message.

Hello all   From the shortcut list of Mathcad, shift+space can append an extra column to the matrix. However, I found that it doesn't work for my Mathcad Prime 7.0.   Does anyone know how to fix it?   Btw, pressing shift+enter to append an extra row to the matrix can work in my computer.       Thanks!

I'm training Models through the UI and the API and I'm getting slightly different results each time, even when the parameters are the same the results are not replicable. In particular I'm training a logistic regression, an algorithm that should be deterministic, I'm also setting the training data to 100% and 0% for validation so there should no be an effected of the sampling there. Is there an option to set a seed or any other mechanist to get the exact same result each time? 

Hello, I might just be missing something obvious but I am trying to change the alignment of the headers on an Advanced grid. The version of Thingworx I am using is 8.5.3 and I was able to change the text alignment of the data with this custom css:.myAdvancedGridClass .objbox table tbody tr td{text-align: center !important;}but I also want to change the alignment of the headings to match. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated. I was looking at the documentation for Thingworx 8 and I saw that header and cell text alignment is a feature so I might just not be seeing where I can change that.
