HOw to get followup of Vuforia chalk activation mail? I have registered my organisation for Vuforia chalk via google form provided by PTC for partners. I have filled the data 2 days ago but didn't got nay activation mail yet.  At the end of form it was mentioned that you will receive activation within 48 hours.

Hi all, I hope everyone is having a great day! I am trying to plot a bode plot(i.e gain in dB w.r.t w in rads-1) at specific frequencies inputted in a vector/matrix.  How then do I plot the column matrix('gaindB') with w(rad s-1) on the horizontal axis?  The transfer function is given by f(s) where s represents laplace constant of j*w I have attached my workings below. 

Right now by default, at each step of a sequence the user is read the title of the step with the code below:     var instruction = ''; $scope.$on('newStep', function(evt, arg) {instruction = arg }); $scope.SayStep = function () { $scope.app.speech.synthesizeSpeech({'text': instruction}); }     However, I want to add a button that will play all steps to give the user an overview. At each step, I would like those instructions to be read.    My first thought was to change the method of speech playback to trigger on a listener for step complete, but I'm unsure if that's the best method.     Thoughts?

Hey all,   I am using ThingWorx version 8.5.7. I want to pass a mashup parameter of my parent mashup to the navigation widget. I created a mashup parameter in this child mashup that I want to navigate to and connected them.   Now, the issue is that there is no data coming through in the child mashup. I think this is a bug of TW (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS328676) However, I need to find a way around it then...   Can anybody help me with this? Thanks in advance

When placing dimensions on our drawings, Creo 4.0 wants to create dimensions to lines which are not visible (because they are at the back side of a part).   It's highly irritating...is there a Drawing Option or Configuration Option that will tell Creo that it may only create dimensions to lines which are visible in a view?

Hi all I am using the readexcel function in mathcad prime 6.0.0.0 and to even read in a number it comes in as not a scaler. is there a set format in excel that i am missing as you can see the number below comes in in brackets [1] as an example. I have tried both .xlsx and .xlsm file types both give me the same.    note: the if function below is just an example to show I cant use the data brought in because of the [1] (brackets).    ThanksBen

I am using the param_relations.txt file to create parameters in the newly created parts.   ex:  'DESCRIPTION = BUW_SIZE + ", " + DESC_NAME + ", " + BUW_TYPE'   Question: Where are the parameters being pulled from?  The parts associated *.dat file?   I am trying to extract the 'P' (Thread Pitch) value from the data file, but I am getting an error.  It seems like I can extract the other values from .dat file, but not the 'P' value.   The end result I'm trying to get to is a Description parameter that reads something like: 'M12 X 1.75 X 60 LG,' etc.  The 1.75 being the value I can't get.   Thanks for any assistance.

Hello, I am using the trial version of Vuforia Studio. This morning I got an update for 9.0.1.4911. I started the update but it got interrupted due to loss of internet connection. Since then after launching the application, it doesn't give the "Open" option as it used to. I checked the log files and the last line mentions: "did not succeed."   Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Hello,   I have some problems understanding / using the "PurgeAllPropertyHistory" of the Thing of which Iam trying to delete the logged data from.   The logged data are full numbers (1,2,3...)   What exactly is the startDate and the endDate? Does the "PurgeAllPropertyHistory" even care about which Date is being set here (It just has to be different I assume)?   Is it possible to delete ALL logged data without setting startDate and endDate?   I am trying to purge the data via a Mashup with a button that is connected to the "PurgeAllPropertyHistory" of my thing. I also tried to add startDate and endDate values per datePicker and the set it via Button

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 4.0 (connected) 4.0 M060I am trying to update BOM relations for repeat region cells. I'm trying to figure out what protocols thingworx agents use for the functionalities below: Telemetry data, File Transfer, Script/Service, Remote Access, and SCM     My understanding is that EMS and the thingworx SDKs use websocket.  But when I look at the attached EMS documentation, it says it uses REST on pg 4.  I'm confused.  Which protocol is used for the above features?

Hello,   I have a requirement where I need to disable a specific option from the users to select in a change task. I have a license for Mathcad Prime 6.0. Today, I wanted to upgrade and have installed the Mathcad Prime 7.0 and received the License file via email. Mathcad Options for Prime 7.0 does not accept it. Hi,   We are using KEPServerEX in one of our project setup(with services and connections). This setup should restart by itself when the server on which its running is restarted. I have 3Node Zookeeper Ensemble running on 3 VMs.  I have 2Node Application cluster running TW 9.1 and ConnectionServer on 2VMs each on the same VM (so 2 total). Hi,  We're using ThingWorx 9.1.0 on REHL 8.2 and we have the ThingWorx cluster installed(2 ThingWorx foundation servers ).      If the event processing subsystem has max 500 threads ,  does this mean that 500 threads are (almost)equally distributed to 2 ThingWorx servers?   If I raise 1000 events in a service,  will the 2 ThingWorx servers share the load of event processing ?    Regards, Sean
