Hi,  I created a custom table widget ,  the widget can bind data and display well .  When the table row get selected , I can get the selected row(s),  but  how can I set the  rows to  the binding service's "Selected Row(s)" ?   I can defined a JSON property as selected value,  but I prefer the standard mashup  binding style for selected rows.      Regards, Sean  

Hello, With an ACL function, is it possible to force the adding an attribute (and its value) to an element although the attribute is not declared in the reference schema ?My XML document will be not valid against the XSD Schema, but I would like to do it.   Kind regards David

Good afternoon,   I have a multi-column txt file. I want to perform an operation on two fields. Each of them has the following layout: number/number (eg. 4/5 or 4/5). I need to extract the first character from both of them and then add (eg 4/5 and 4/6 ==> 4 + 5 = 9) The problem is that MathCAD 15 reads the field as mathematical operation and gives me 1.0 or some fraction. How could I import it as a text, pick two characters, convert to INT and then get the result?   The second issue with the data is that some parameters are given only every 4th row, not each of them (eg. needed PDOP). I need to perform a simple statistic analysis (mean, stdev, min, max, med). As the columns with data (eg. PDOP) have empty rows I cannot do it.   I would be very grateful for your help. Perhaps @WernerE or @Werner_E  would have some advice for me. 🙂   Please find attached MathCAD worksheet and a sample of my datafile.

Is there a way to auto exclude parts from a certain context from being collected in the promotion process?  I don't want library items showing up in the collector.   Thanks,   Mike

Hi All,   Can someone help me with some customization?  Or potentially maybe there is a setting for this already.  I am looking to run a program to automatically generate feature names in a assembly.  I added these in manually below, but some automation would be great.  I am not really familiar with writing any code in Creo.

Hi , So I have a list which I want to act as a filter such that based on my selection the grid displays on those data.For eg.I select company ABC ,only those rows of company ABC are displayed on the screen and when selection is removed it goes back to displaying the full list.   Now I have two Things that share the same company name ABC,and as it is a dropdown it show "ABC" twice in the list.As I have a filtering purpose the name being displayed once is more than enough,so is there a way I can make it display only once so as to reduce extra list rows and improve the UI.   Please refer image for better understanding,also I have bound the dropdown lists and the grid to a thing template which is the base for all the things.  

Hi.   I currently have set up a Navigation widget, so that once it's clicked, a popup mashup appears. I'm interested to have this popup display automatically between certain times of the day. How can I achieve this?   I was thinking of creating a service that checks whether the current time is within the time interval in which the popup should be displayed. But I can't bind the Service Invoke Completed event to the navigation event of the widget, because it would always display the popup when the service would run.    I was thinking into exploring custom events, but I don't understand why an event needs a Data Shape assigned to it.  My second question is whether customn events can help me here, because I think I can create a custom event (why assign a data shape to it, though?) and call the custom event through the if-else loop that checks whether the current time is within the time interval that the popup should be displayed. Hi,         I need to write a program to compare two matrices and eliminate non-identical rows. For example, please see attachment. In this case Matrix B can only contain numbers found in Matrix A. I need to compare each value of A with B and output values of B that matches with A (in the same order). Problem is some of the numbers in A do not appear in B and therefore, I am not able to use the match function. I would greatly appreciate any help.   Thanks.

Community,   I have an assembly that has a sub-assembly.  I would like to move the entire sub-assembly (keep all the components together) from the main assembly, all within the exploded view environment. When I try to merge components, I get two colors, and I do not want that.  Can this be done?  Thanks in advance.

Hello,   I am having an issue with the proportional chart, I am using it horizontally and set the chart max to be 100. All of my data sets go from 0 to 100 yet the grid shows up to 120 and the bars do not fill the entire chart. I have tried increasing my data set to go from 0 to 120 but the grid just shows 140. Has anyone run into this issue and found a resolution?

Hi All   I am trying to integrate Google maps widget in my mashup. To do so I have already imported the widget package in Thingworx composer. To continue using it I suppose we have to enter the Javascript URL with app key under System -> Subsystem ->Platform Subsystem -> Required string to connect with Google for Google widgets field I am not able to locate the string field  Is there a way around for the same?   Regards  

I am new to creo and I need to use Creo for this project. My version and Creo 4.0 M080. and I have a HP work station with i7-6820 2.70GHz, Quadro M3000M, 16GB ram. As I was trying to go thru the tutorial, even just trying to create a new sketch on a brand new part, rotating view, changing dimension, etc...it will freeze like 5~10 seconds everytime.  I don't know what's the reason behind of all these freezes, my memory is only used 6gb, CPU is about 30%   I found a similar topic https://community.ptc.com/t5/Assembly-Design/Creo-4-performance-issues/td-p/577222 but I don't know how to check all these
