Hi guys.   Is it possible to prevent an autoplay of the next step of a sequence when the step is over? I would like to add a kind of check or acknowledge from the user befpre starting the next step.   Thanks in advance.

I created database and tables in postgres, folders for thingworx, after apache server is started the Thingworx war is extracted but it is not deployed. only the thingworx inside the server is not deployed, hitting the URL gives a 404 error. The Tomcat Web Application Manager gives a message like,  FAIL - Application at context path [/Thingworx] could not be started   no Thingworx logs are created, i have attached the apache logs.

Hi Guys.   For a customer project I have a model target which ten times smaller than the real object. It is more practical to show it on a smaller model to the customer, and we already have it 3D-printed. Because the model in studio is more detailed as the printed real one, I'm using a reduced Model as target model, so I'm superimposing the reduced one on the detailed model. The issue(s) I'm facing now are, that when I scale up the model target to match the detailed model, it's not recognized anymore, so I have to scale down the detailed model in studio, which is very inconvenient, because then I have to scale every single text and labels, etc. manually, and when we are using the real object later one, I have to do the same thing backwards scaling everything up again. Is there a better method to do this? Is someone facing the same issues, or has any ideas? Could there by an Conversion error in studio? Because when I want to scale up the target

Hi all   I am using Windchill 11.1 M010   While creating a new document, I want to choose an existing (Windchill user) for the value of an attribute like "Reviewed By" for information purpose. I do not want to fill like a text box . I need to choose.   Can this be configured without any customization/coding? If then how to do this in "Types and Attributes" page first? Hello All, Need some solution for conversion to DXF from DRW. We are working in Inch. I have all models in Inch and when I am saving Creo drawing in to DXF, my dimension are not correct. for example. if I have dimension 100 Inch in Creo It becomes 2540 Inch in DXF. So basically my dimensions are multiplying by 25.4 while conversion. please find attached creo and dxf files for same part. please give me some solution to this issue. Thanks

We have an modal opened view in our vuforia application with a button on top. When we press this button we want to close the modal view and navigate to another main view.   Example: MainMenuView is open -> Navigation to a 3D-Model view -> Click on a help button which opens a 2D Help or Informationview as modal -> Click on a button inside this modal view should close the modal view and navigate back on the mainmenu.   On another post here in the community i found a function of JavaScript which seems to do what I want "app-fn-hide-modal" but I can't figure out on which scope this is called and with which kind of parameters.   Maybe in this way?  $scope.app.fn.hide-modal('view-1'); it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help here?   Javascript documentation for vuforia seems like a pain for me 😞    

Hello everyone, Would really appreciate your help in an issue that I'm facing (in Mathcad 15)   I'm trying to fit two curves (parabolas) between two points (could be more later) and certain conditions (slope = 0 at so-so point).  The given/find equation seems to work fine, but I am not able to loop through it.The mathcad file is attached. Hi All,   I have trouble accessing the hosted server link for the downloadable trial version of Thingworx Foundation. I am able to access all other links in the home page other than the link to host the server. I am attaching the screenshot showing the same.    What are the possible chances of getting this error? Creating a trained Model Target dataset is an option for the Vuforia Engine however I need this functionality in Vuforia Studio. Is there a pipeline for getting Studio to be able to use this data for targets or is this impossible?   Thanks for any help/info!

It's works fine on a stand alone Java application , but when I try to do the same on a POST_CHECKIN Listener the code is unable to find the referenced objects. Hii! I am trying to generate a list of all instances in a text file so that i can batch process all the instances to .stp format. Only the generic part is shown in the working directory. What can be done to get all the instances in the same folder??

I'm trying to share dimensional parameters between parts. For example, I have a solid piece of roundstock inside a pipe, and I want them to be the same length, but I will be adjusting the length as design continues. I created a parameter for the length in one of the two parts, then tried to share that parameter with the other part to no avail. Solutions I've seen in this forum (e.g, this one) requires a session ID, which I don't think is very robust or shareable, and doesn't translate to other uses like drawings or calculations very well. Ideally, I could save these in an external file (like a spreadsheet or MathCAD sheet) and point all my parts/drawings/calculations to that external file, but I can't find a way to do this.   In other CAD systems (Inventor), you can create dimensional parameters in one part, and link it to another with almost no effort. Granted, parameters are not just dimensions in Creo, so the approach it takes is fundamentally different. What is the best w

Hello. Using Creo 4, it's possible to change the number of Days to manage borrow license duration.  By default the maximum borrowing duration is 5 days. Through an environment variable (LM_BORROW_DURATION=0-14), it is possible to get to a maximum of 14 days. I modified my parametric.psf file unsuccessfully. Any idea ? Thanks Pierluigi

For context, I am running Creo Parametric 3.0.Currently, my company makes use of a lot of 8020 parts in our various processes to the point that I have created a part in Creo Parametric that automatically generates an 8020 extrusion and adds machining to it based on user input of parameters. This is done through Pro/Program and asks the user a bunch of questions to determine the length of the extrusion and which features to unsuppress to create the desired part. This part has then been thrown into a Part Library to lock it as read-only for general use with the company. The problem comes with using the part after it's been added to the library. The part is originally saved as being a part with "0" length, in that the main extrusion is suppressed by the Pro/Program when the length parameter is 0.
