Hello, Is there a way to get all the properties implemented in a ThingShape? For a Thing if I use the method "GetPropertyDefinitions()" it works fine var params = { category: undefined /* STRING */, type: undefined /* BASETYPENAME */, dataShape: undefined /* DATASHAPENAME */ }; result = Things["MyThing"].GetPropertyDefinitions(params); //This Works fine, I get the infotable with the list of all the properties ; but when I use it with ThingShape, it returns me a blank infotable. var params = { category: undefined /* STRING */, type: undefined /* BASETYPENAME */, dataShape: undefined /* DATASHAPENAME */ }; result = ThingShapes["MY_THINGSHAPE"].GetPropertyDefinitions(params); //This returns a blank infotable Any help would be appreciated. I am getting two different solutions depending on whether I solve indirectly (solve symbolically for the equation first and then plug in variables) or directly (plug variables into the equation and then solve) with the symbolic solver. I have checked using a solve block near the bottom of the sheet and also by hand. I am having trouble recognizing where the the incorrect solution from the direct method is coming from... Is it not good practice to send units through the symbolic solver? Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I am currently working on getting my feet wet with Vuforia Studio and am trying to reimplement a Usecase from Unity within Vuforia Studio. I am now curious about the limitations of Vuforia studio. The usecase is an AR  app for the Microsoft Hololens augmenting a machine, showing a customized 3D UI, that allows the user to interact with 3D buttons and the machine itself. (This is currently implemented with Unity and Vuforia SDK) As far as i have seen now, Studio has events for hololens gestures like holding, doubletap, swiping, but i cannot seem to get a normal "click" working.  The JS field for "click" on a model itself doens't seem to be triggered by a hololens click ?!? Am I missing something? Is it possible to interact with the scene and its models (colliders), buttons, etc.  like it is in Unity?  Can i get REST Api calls from a Vuforia studio javascript function or do i need to have Thingworx composer running in the background for that? (

Hi lads,   I'm trying to create a set of buttons according to the states of sequential animation. Now I can get the initial state by setting the initial value or resetting the sequence, while I can also get the "NewStep" state by listening to the "NewStep" event. But I can't find a way to capture the "finish" state. Is there an event emitted or broadcasted after finishing the sequence?    Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have created a new Thing template service with return type as Info Table with data shape. Created a new Thing and test service is returning expected values from SQL database.       When binding the data into List widget it only created 'N' number of empty rows based on number of rows from Service. I have already selected "DisplayField" and "ValueField" in List.   Kindly help me to sort out the problem.   Regards, Selvakumar S

Hello everyone, it's the first tutorial with Creo Parametric 5, for the exact I'm following this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MrhiuYEoIQ   I can successfully do only the first pattert  with reference to the axis and using the original non-mirrored rib  featureI always failed the pattern  of mirrored speck, and n the wireframe preview that shows me when I failed,  the last element of the pattern  mysteriously it is not displayed (  it should be 7 and not 6. in pattern setting  I put elements 7 and angle 360/7)Thanks so much

I am using the dg_get_sheet_info(seq_num) and dg_get_sheet_info(num_sheets) functions in a label to show the number of the current sheet and the total number of sheets (ex: 2 of 6). The seq_num property is not one of the properties I have access to in the Sheet Properties window. It seems to be automatically assigned based on the creation order of sheets and modified when sheets are deleted. Is there any way to modify the seq_num of a sheet directly to shift a given sheet up or down in the sequence? (ex: make a given sheet 3 of 6 where it was 2 of 6 before?). Simply renaming the sheet to the desired number is not working, nor is changing the sheet order in the design explorer. Thanks, AC

I have added one column issubscribed to an existing infotable with the following code. result.AddField({name : "isSubScribed", baseType : "BOOLEAN"}); column added successfully, and when i run that service i got this output which is in attached image. after that i created one mashup for that service also and when i run that mashup am unable to see that column at all on view mashup. i want to to show that column issubscribed on mashup with check boxes and when i check that box that row will get selected and event will be triggered or another service should execute.

Hi All, I am trying to go through the tutorial- Monitor Device Performance & Create Alerts using ThingWatcher and provided training/model services and simulator. Whenever I run the simulator which sends the data to the platform for calibrating the training service I get the below error. ERROR [2018-07-16 01:50:20,730] com.thingworx.analytics.ccc.job.local.AsynchronousMemoryJobExecutor: Call to TrainingJob [20180716] failed due to:! java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: System memory 259522560 must be at least 471859200. Please increase heap size using the --driver-memory option or spark.driver.memory in Spark configuration.   It clearly visible what is the issue here. I am running the ThingWorx analytics trial edition on a Windows 10 laptop with 16 GB RAM which is the minimum required for running the analytics server. The VM created as a memory of 10GB. But still it runs out of memory. If the am calculating 471859200 bytes as the required memory then it is around .471GB whi

Hi everybody,I'm currently working my way into the ThingWorx ecosystem and I am currently stuck on the Raspberry Pi Quickstart Guide when trying to connect the Lua Script Ressource to the running Edge Micro Server (Step 10).I am connecting to a ThingWorx Foundation Server from the Developer Portal which works just fine. But when I try to start the LSR I get connection errors. Guessing from the log entries the LSR works find but fails when trying to connect to the local EMS.To not bloat this discussion I have attached a full trace log of WSEMS as well as LSR. After I add a snap line and apply a construction line or reference line to the snapped portion, sometimes I need to drag the part drawing to a different spot on the template, however, when I do move the drawing, the snapped reference/construction line stays. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi, I'm wondering whether is a way to download project from "Experience Server" to local Thingworx Studio.   I created a project, published it to server, on one PC, but I need to modify it on another laptop.
