In the MFG AssetMonitor Mashup， I use the autocomplete widget to search the AssetMonitorPerporty. But a lot of Assets has the similar name as the image. Can i limit the list in 10 rows ? I should customization the widget?

Hi, We're using Windchill 10.2. As a part of upgrading to 11.0, we're testing it in a test environment. 3 servers are configured as following in the same order as listed below; Oracle 11.2.0.4 and Windchill Directory Server are installed and configured in server WCDbSrv.company.com Business Reporting is installed in server WCBusRptSrv.company.com Windchill 11.0 M030 solution is to be installed in WCAppSrv.company.com. This task generates error as in below screenshot. I'm also attaching the log files mentioned in the error. Please help identifying the cause of error.   Thank you

I was able to get my KepServerEX connected to ThigWorx.   I am now trying to add a Kepware tag bound to a property in ThigWorx.  In Thingworx I am able to Broswe and find the Kepware tag that I want to bind.  I go through the process and see that the data is not updating in Thingworx.  I notice that the IsConnected property is not True, but I do not know what more needs to be done to have it connect.  The screenshot attached shows the tag I am talking about.

Hi, In Creo Simulate 3.0 or newer, how does one locate a element when the BDID is know to trouble shoot the following error message?  "151049068   is the DBID of an element for which outward normal could not be computed. dotP = -3.602660e-003"   In prior releases we had Standalone Mechanica Simulate that had the tools to search with in the mesh to locate individual elements when the BDID was known.   Thank you for any help you can provide, Don Anderson

I found a thread a couple months ago while searching for a shortcut for Celsius on Mathcad Prime 4.0   The best solution was a shortcut that opens the Units drop down list, which then only requires one mouse movement (or none if that unit is where I leave my mouse) or a few arrow keys.   I've forgotten this shortcut and cant find the thread. Does anyone know this shortcut?

Hello,    As the image attached shows, the "Options" drop down menu is nowhere to be found. I must have moved it and never re-anchored it and now it won't propagate anywhere on my screens.  Any suggestions besides restarting my laptop? Thanks for the help.    Best, Eric 

Hello everyone,   I saw a video of thingworx demonstrating the prediction analytics capabilities of the platform, in the video, the man  actioned a leaver to cause a shaft misalignment and the platform predicted that in 2 days it will be a bearing failure.   So my question is: do anyone know how they did implement the "Days before failure" prediction using the Thing Predictor?   Thank you.

We have older formats that use the old Intralink parameter (&PROI_REVISION:D) that works just fine when you create a new dwg that's never been in Windburn, er, Windchill. I just updated our formats with a new corporate logo and updated the revision parameter to the Windchill rev parameter (&PTC_WM_REVISION:D) and the performance is buggy. When replacing the old format with the new format, it works fine. When creating a new dwg, the revision parameter string drops the "&", and sometimes the ":D" as well, and will no longer work. I double-checked our new and old .frm (format) files, and they're what should be correct, ("&" prefix and ":D" suffix), yet the old format works fine, and the new one doesn't. Is this glitch simply a Windchill thing? Are we going to have to deal with this every new dwg we make? Should I just use the old parameter because it actually still works?WAAAY annoying.....Any ideas?Thanks!

Creo 2 Parametric, M160When I do an global interference on my assy, two parts report a very high interference, about 7.5 cubic inches.  There is no clear interferance between the parts. This value is consistent between a global interference or pairs clearance checks ,whether at the top level or at the sub assy level.  I created a cut out of one part into the other, which should eliminate all interferences and it still reports the same value. In fact, it turns out the volume reported is exactly equal to the volume of the two parts together. For some reason Creo thinks they fully overlap when they clearly do not.Has anyone seen this before and have a work around?  My concern is trusting the analysis in other areas, or missing and actual interference between these two parts because I assume this is just a glitch.

HI   Is there any way to get a parameter value from parent assembly?   Example: Parent assembly has the parameter PROJECT_NAME= ProjectABC I have the same parameter on the parts "PROJECT_NAME", and I want to populate it with the value from the parent assembly "ProjectABC".   Thanks

I've set up the EMS and that works. However, I'm now at the point where I have configured the LSR and am now trying to run it. I have progress gauge widget on mashup and I have one service which fetching the data from database, how to show fetched data into gauge widget? What I have done so far, bind service data to the progress widget, bind mashup loaded trigger to the service, still I am not able to see data in a widget, as I am very new to this platform please help me to get out of it.Thanks in advance.

I have one question about connecting Manufacturing Apps to KEPServerEX. I followed the tutorial step by step. After I set properties info, I got the server which is showed on the control advisor. However, the "Status" is always  connection off. I install my KEPServerEX and Manufacturing Apps on my laptop. Does anyone know how to fix it?   Our Thingworx composer is installed on the server, so do I need to install KEPServerEX on server, too? I am a little confused about this problem.

I am in an initialization script for an item. I can tell the difference between a newly created item from a copied item. I next need to determine the item-id of the source item that was copied from. Can this be done in a script?   Kind regards, -Sean

My use case is to show different sets of data on same mashup.   I have two mashups. Let's say, m1 and m2. Now I am loading m2(passing mashup parameter value) using  navigator widgets in m1. I want m2's data to be loaded dynamically based on mashup parameter passed. I am using QueryImplementingThingsWithData in m2 for sending query also. How can I query QueryImplementingThingsWithData using mashup parameter?
