Hi there,I am struggling with Windows 10 (and therefore IE11) and Creo.Using PDM Essentials through the embedded browser is like a minefield. Any user action (no matter, if activating a workspace or browsing common space) can cause Creo to stop.Strangly enough, when Creo stopped responding to any input and I try to close it via right-click on Creo Symbol in taskbar -> "Close Window", Creo asks for confirmation instantly. But the dialog does not respond to any click.I already tried "browser_limit_to_ie9_mode yes", but no success.Does anyone have similar problems in this combination (Windows 10 & Creo 3 M100)?

Hi,I have one ThingMark in particular that no matter how I scan it (from very slightly different angles) with the HoloLens, once it is recognised and the crawling green outline becomes a full green ThingMark outline indicating full lock, etc., when I step back to view the AR, the green border outline appears approx. 40mm below the actual physical location of the ThingMark I had just scanned. Any of the other project ThingMarks seem fine not experiencing this issue and I can't see any settings in TWX Studio that are any different between the projects.Also, a second query: how do you turn on the Voice recognition for TWX View in HoloLens??? How do you actually bind to a remote property? The only way I have successfully created a Remote Thing in Thingworx so far is by using the New Composer and selecting the appropriate channel and device, then selecting the properties and binding to new entity.I have tried the follow syntax to bind individual properties directly, with no success:channel1.device1.propertyNamechannel1_device1_propertyNameIs my approach wrong? I'm using Kepware and New composer --> discovery for connection. But I hope to make it more automated by using service to create the Remote Thing.I also realised that when I try to detect remote properties under manage binding, it is empty when I create a new Remote Thing, but there are remote properties when I create via New Composer. So I must be missing a way to specify in the Remote Thing the respective device to point to. But I am not finding that option even when using the UI tool to create new Remote Thing.Help is greatly appreciated! I do believe I have been

Has anyone seen any toolsets for working with these new Industrial Things, specifically talking about creating and configuring bound properties without just clicking through the process in "New Composer"?Essentially, IIRC, the properties on an Industrial Thing come through a Industrial Gateway Thing, but in the end, if you look at the XML, the Industrial Thing itself just ends up with remote properties with some new aspects related to its Industrial Gateway and scan rate etc. I was expecting SetRemotePropertyBinding() to have additional inputs for these new aspects, or maybe a similar service with a different name... found nothing. Even better, is there support for these new Things from within the Java Extension SDK?Any help would be appreciated, thanks!Alex

Is it possible to update my 1 year student license? Creo simply tries to open, then stops, citing an issue with my license which has just expired. There is no option show for renewal. If it is possible, how can I do this?

We have Arbortext 7.0.  When we print, (using a styler with 40051e5.0 screen fosi "c" drive//...DTD 40051c_c_6_0 FOS on the end) our headers are doubled and our .SVG graphics shrink (to about 2"x2").  In addition, we have no page numbers and our callouts get changed to all read "Figure 0, Item 1".  Any sugggestions?

Hello,we have been using a plugin for Arbortext IsoDraw for nearly 15 years now. Originally it had been developed using version 5.0.1 of the IsoDraw API and still works with the current version 7.3.Now there is the problem that our customer has switched to floating licenses and this change is not compatible with the plugin. Version 5.0 of the API does not know about floating licenses and it seems that IsoDraw send an event to the plugin which has been introduced especially for floating licenses.Therefore we need to update our plugin to the current version of the API for IsoDraw 7.3 but I could not find any documentation or C header files / API source. I still have them for version 5.0.1 in our SVN repository but there seems to be nothing from PTC.Has someone here used the IsoDraw plugin API in recent years? Is there some link where to download the API and its documentation? Or do I have to contact PTC directly for that information?Kind regardsAndré Twupack

I'm trying to import the Analytics Extension 7.4 into Thingworx 7.4 I get an errormathcadconnector-extension:7.4.0Import Failed: Unable to update vocabulary [ TW ]: Vocabulary TW not foundThe others appear to be imported but then when I proceed to the next step of the installation guide there is no Thing called TW_ML_ConfigurationNot sure where to go from here.

I'm wondering if other users can confirm this issue.  Upon switching to 4.0 it has become difficult to get MC to define a custom unit.  I occasionally had problems in 3.0/3.1 - but nothing like this.  It only works about 10% of the time.  I can paste custom units from another file and they work, but can't define new ones with the label styles menu.  Also having similar issues with defining constants or functions.   Thanks,

Hello,   I have two struggles with the measure tool:   1. One of my colleagues can select the Measure: Summary option, click two points anywhere on a part/assembly, then select the default coordinate system for the "projection area", and the dialogue box will give xyz distances betwen the two points as well as show different colored lines representing x dim, y dim, and z dim. I cannot seem to get mine to do the same, is there a configuration option for this?   2. I would like to make a mapkey that calls the Measure: Summary tool and automatically selects the default coordinate system from the feature tree. When I try to record a mapkey to do this and "save changes", the selection of the default coordinate system doesn't carry over from part to part. Is there a way to make this mapkey work?   Thanks!
