Can we uninstall or remove the solution(.imt solution) completely from Integrity 10.9?

We recently had a consultant update our two worker machines to Creo 4.0 and CV Adapters (latest).  They decided to delete everything and start fresh.  Great except we are having issues with colors on drawings.  The thumbnail used to show up with white background and black text/model (top)....now looks like this (bottom).  How do I restore monochrome publishing?  Note when you open the drawings in Creo View they are correct - both are monochrome. Is it possible to create a mapkey that would run the evaulate command within the relation editor? I can use the button in the relation editor "=?" but I would love to have a keyboard short cut for this command. I'm guessing it would have to be a function key like $F4.  I can create the mapkey and it works but only when it's ran from the mapkey management window, but not when I press F4 on my keyboard.             

Hi,   I have to calculate the deflection of a shaft with some different loads. (a couple of Forces and line-loads like in the sketch below). The diagram of forces and bending moments i could calculate completely, but when setting up the boundary conditions and the ODE it's running into an error. Boundary conditions should be taken from the function for the bending moment.   Although i think i have set up all conditions completely, i can't display/calculate the deflection anyway. I think it's because of the forces which act at particular lengts and their definition in the solve blocks but i have no idea whats wrong.   Has somebody an idea? Thank you very much!   EDIT: I see more and more problems solving in good old MC15 hoping it lasts running for a long time.

Hi @PeterCase, yesterday I received an email from support (Cyril) about an open case. I could reply to him only by direct mail, because I cannot see any case on esupport page (see attached images)     I think this happens because cases are filtered by creation date (last six months). If I have an older case opened, the only way to see something is to search exactly with case number.   But what about opened SPR?     Or closed cases?

Hello folks, MathCAD Prime 3.0 novice user here with a question. I am trying to duplicate example 51.4 from Lindeburg to determine the pressure resulting from a shrink fit betwen two cylinders. I have attached a .PDF of the problem. I have also attached a coply of my MathCAD Prime 3.0 file which I am struggling with.   To me, the problem involves solving a system of equations for "P". I have put the entire problem into a solve block but I am not sure if this is the correct approach. The three regions of the solve bloc "Guess Values", "Contraints", and "Solver" regoins seem to run together.   Any advice would be appreciated.   Best regards,   Bill  

I just realized that some of the posts have the little paper clip over on the right hand side and so there are pictures (.png's) or things attached to the post. Did these used to be embedded in the post but now there are not?   I thought the caterwalling was that you had to save things and then attach them (but yet embedded in the discussion). Now I just realized that they are not even in the post and you have to click on them separately. No wonder a bunch of discussions and stuff didn't make sense.

When inserting .CGM graphics within an XML they do not display in the Editor's view. They display as a graphic icon with a red X however when I print preview the graphics display as expected. I have all the preferences set to display graphics. I believe it may have something to do with the IsoViewer within Editor. Previously when in Editor and I click on a graphic I would get the IsoView icon but now I'm not.We are currently on Arbortext Editor 7.0 m010.Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.Sarah Price

Thingworx Manufacturing apps Dev Kit includes only some of the Thingworx Utilities extensions. For example, Thingworx Utilities Work Flow is not shipped with Dev Kit. However, Thingworx Utilities extensions can be imported as extension. Make sure to secure the proper licensing  if you choose this approach.Thanks,Varathan

I am stuck.   I had an engineering manager ask me for a report of the objects his reports have checked in over the last few months, and I am not sure how to proceed.   Anyone have any ideas to get this thing rolling?   Mostly EPMDocs and WTParts for the objects.   He wasn't interested in WTDocuments.   I created a search easily enough, but getting that translated into a report has me stumped.   -marc   1st Attempt at the Report:   Results in this:

I am trying to figure out if I can create shortcut keys to mimic autodesk inventor. Specifically I want to use the l key to select the line tool.   I would thinik this kind of thing would be possible and easier to figure out how to do. THere is a reason they call creo, "click cad". I hate clicking all dang day!

We have two custom toolbars. A co-worker got a new PC and when Arbortext was installed on it, it didn't have these two custom toolbars. Basic question: how do I get them for her? Ancillary question: Where the heck do I find them on my install (the files, not the toolbar). In this screenshot, I have the option to show GC Tools and GC Views. On hers, these options are not there. How do I make it happen?  

How to configure Windchill 10.2 to publish Microsoft Office documents in PDF?

When choosing the "dx45" value, the text orientation seems off.  The "X" is not capitalized and the spacing between the characters is not correct.  See "45xd" for how it should be (when it comes to capitalization and spacing).   I knew it wouldn't work, but I changed my drawing.dtl so that the value for that command option was specifically "d X 45".   Is there a fix for this or is it a bug that PTC would have to look into?
