Hiwe are currently looking for an alternative approach to modernize email delivery from WC 13.0.2 using Microsoft 365.At the moment in our environment Windchill use the Basic Authentication for SMTP, which is expected to be deprecated by April 2026 (unless postponed, again).How PTC suggest to handle this transition (OAuth2? Version: Windchill 11.0 Use Case: Hi all, I am using the Windchill FMEA to configure the Severity, Occurence and Detection of each failure mode.Description: However, when I entered the value of 1 in Severity/Occurence/Detection, the RPN immediately runs to 0.When there is a new number, the system prompts to add in the "ADD LIST ITEM" for instance the list "Severity Military", "Occurence Military" and "Detection Military".Prompting for Code, Display Text and Value.Is there a menu of function which I can reconfigure the Code of 1? It seems that the value of it is not properly registered.I appreciate if anyone can assist in this. Thank you.

Version: Windchill 12.0 My company has newly adopted Windchill as a PLM but has been using it for file storage/vaulting & has been using Creo since the proE days. We are moving towards incorporating the options modeler module & need to include material options with our corresponding part numbers in doing so. The current method we have been instructed to use is using a family table for materials & part numbers. This means that existing family tables are getting broken up for BOM purposes, despite being related parts. I would rather maintain links between structurally related parts & think there has to be a method we're not aware of (Windchill is new & the 1st PLM for everyone at the company, so we're all beginners). Is there a way to have materials & corresponding part numbers linked in base package Windchill+Creo without family tables? My supervisor does not want to use nested family tables. In Windchill, the Creo assembly drawing is not reflecting the latest updates made in Creo Parametric. After publishing, Creo View still shows the old dimensions. When opening the drawing directly from Windchill in Creo Parametric, it also displays outdated dimensions until regenerated. However, if I open the assembly first and then the drawing, the dimensions appear correctly.

After this, publish jobs are no longer available, and visualization/thumbnails are missing for multiple CAD Documents.The Bulk Republish / Bulk Operations option is not available in the UI, even with Site Administrator access.Could you please advise:Whether deleted publishing queue jobs can be recovered (or confirmed as not recoverable)The supported method to bulk republish all CAD Documents and recreate CAD Worker publish jobs

In our case, we have cut to length items such as fuel hoses, plastic tubing, foam strips, edge guards, etc that are bought in bulk, then they are cut to length on the assembly line.  Today we create manual WTpart BOM's because we have not associated our CAD models to the WTparts yet, but getting ready to . I am trying to figure on how to handle the cut to length components.  Our WTpart default unit is in inches per below which is carried over into our ERP (Oracle).So I associate the CAD model to the WTpart, I am thinking it will be "image" association because the CAD model will be configured at a different routing each time.  The BOM quantity will show up as 1 instead of the required quantity (such as 30, for 30 inches of tubing).   How do I get it to show up as 30 ?Any suggestions would be great

We are unable to save inventor assembly having derived substitute model to windchill.While trying to save the inventor assembly to windchill it shows "Member Not Found" error in the windchill workgroup manager. The issue is reproducible in all inventor assemblies having derived substitute models. How to fix this issue?

Is there existing functionality in Windchill that we can use (we have access to the Windchill jars and APIs or this may be available on the GUI) to generate this report? What would be the simplest way to generate such a report? The end goal of this it to 'unshare' items that have sufficient differences that they cannot be shared.
