Basically, I'm trying to demo by connecting an ultrasonic sensor to my local H2 based Thingworx Copy.When running Thingworx on localhost on Chrome, On a new tab, If I try to run this URL below to run service which sets the value of my Ultrasonic Sensor:-http://localhost:8080/Thingworx/Things/UltraSonicSensor/Services/setDistance?appKey=6cc0dd07-c78a-4548-9109-b2c9cbe7298e…Then it works and mashup also updates.However, if I try to run the same link with another browser, it doesnt work. Also, if I try to run this same link  with Python using requests.post("http://localhost:8080/Thingworx/Things/UltraSonicSensor/Services/setDistance?appKey=6cc0dd07-c78a-4548-9109-b2c9cbe7298e…"), It still doesn't work.Please help.

I've spent a couple hours creating many much needed symbols for my library. I'm surprised these weren't made a long time ago. Anyways, is there a way I can export the file alone? The only way I can think of making these available to everyone is creating a small drawing with all the created symbols on it so they can copy and paste into their own drawing, but I'd love for there to be a way I can export the symbols alone. I'd like to create a power point full of them and attach a file or a file path to these symbols. Good evening everyone. I had to create a sketch and bring it into a drawing at a .5 scale. I converted that sketch to draft entities and cut and pasted it into another drawing I'm working on. Now dimensions are all showing as half the actual dimension, hence the .5 scale. Wondering if I can change a config somewhere that makes all dimensions come in as a multiple of 2. Hi, I tried Creo 4.0 for a while and it's cool! I'm just thinking for activing it before the trial period run out, where can I find the license number? I tried several old license number, but they dont really work. I assume the new number will be something like B?410407EDSTUDENTEDK12 ?BTW the rendering is so nice, tolerance is much easier to use, much better selecting filter and the default orange color of pre-selection. Seems like not crashing that often when doing certain jobs, although it crashes one time when i was using real-time rendering while i was trying to adjust something (i only leave 2 cpu thread while i was overclocking to 4.8GHz.....). Lattice crashes a lot when i overclock over 4.2GHz and generating Lattice pattern with shell.Have a great holiday!

Hello,I use Creo 2.0.I have dome some internet research and I haven't been able to find how to convert a Real Number-type parameter (like 40.000) into an Integer-type (40) with relations. This is needed for downstream simulation purposes.I tried the abs(), floor() and ceil() functions. They round to the correct value, but the type is still a real number.I have tried this instruction as well: Creo String to Integer or Real Number RelationSo what I do is a double conversion: to first convert from Real to string using the itos() function, and then from string to Integer using the above... but what happens is that to output to an Integer, you must first manually create the output parameter before adding the relation (otherwise it defaults to real number), and only works on a known length string. Hi everyone, i am new in this community, and i hope that someone can help me!I would like to find the lowest temperature in the range of 500-600K which maximizes the production of species B.I solved the 3 ODEs in function of my unknown T. Now i would like to create a vector of temperatures (from 500 to 600 K), and for each of these temperatures calculate the production of B.Is it possible to do this (maybe using a program)? Is there any way to display a parameter in fractional form without using half a page of relations? Not dimensions, parameters. Im a student who is using creo 2.0, I've used it on the school computers without problems just a little slow when doing complicated things, I have it installed on my desktop [windows 8] and have no problems but I have just come to install it on my new laptop and it is running really really slow. When i go to highlight the model or sketch + anything apart from looking through the menus its very slow and almost crashes. My laptop has a Nvidia GTX 960m, i7 processor, ssd, 16gb of ram on windows 10, and should run it without a problem. I have made sure my graphics card is being used rather than the integrated one but no luck, I have also got all the latest graphics drivers. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

I have thousands of migrated assemblies that have some constraints disabled.  When using the assemblies as references for new constructs the parts with the disabled constraints are troublesome and re enabling then is time consuming.  Is there a tool or method to be used to fix all components even though they may be constrained (override?)  Our quick turn engineering is a bit frustrated.

Hello:I am working hydraulic pumps' dynamic mechanical simulation by your mechanism module. it is very good and successful to built dynamic mechanical model by your module. but it can not impose the hydraulc flow force on the model and could not get a useful dynamic simulation result. If we only impose some ideal force or function force, it have not any actual value, the simulation goal is for simulating the actual situation, right? When will the educational version of Creo 4.0 be released?

Does Creo (we will very soon upgrade to 4.0) provide regeneration statistics for an assembly or part regenerate like Solidworks does?the reason i am asking this is:we have a rather complex-ish assm with regards to regeneration (lots of general patterns, equations). nothing serious, but it still takes 20-30s (or more) for a relatively simple model to regen.i would like to access regen stats, so that i can optimize certain features, if i can (standard hole instead of sketched, which we had to use in WF, because it has no drill hole profile, etc.) to cut down the regen time.(although the entire asm regens a lot longer then parts or subasm's, probably because it has a lot of equations)thanks.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Like the title says, I'm looking to create a BOM in an assembly file and be able to use it in a drawing and actually use the balloon functions. I'm doing this kind of drawing all the time and half the drawing functions are "grayed" out and unusable. I know in SolidWorks there is a way to create a bomb in the assembly and import it into the drawing and then it auto balloons the drawing based on the BOM and everything is super fast and easy and awesome. I don't get that with Creo. I understand they are different suites, I was just using SolidWorks as a reference point. I've ventured through the Model Tree Columns in the assembly file (based on a YouTube tutorial) and messed with some of the columns but none of it makes sense. There are multiple lists of columns but no description saying what each one does; and i can't seem to find the columns I want (i.e. part number, quantity, etc). I don't know if there is a list somewhere that explains all of the commands for these (and the rest of Cr
