I created a experience and cannot seem to view it anymore.  I should also mention this was part of the pilot program.  Data was published and I had one other person view the experience on their own, independent device about two weeks ago. ERROR: ThingWorx Experience Service Connection Error.  I wanted to share it with some others and it no longer worked.  I have reloaded the viewer to no avail.  Guidance anyone?    I have also posted this question to the developer community (Not sure where the best place is to get an answer).  I would really like to share the end result with a few people.   Thank you, Tim   experience server: nok2dtq5.pp.vuforia.io

Hello,This regarding PTC IntegrityRequirement documents having various Documents and each document having there sub-document. Every Documents/Sub-Documents having there respective attached file in the form of jpg, pdf, ppt, doc etc. whenever i do Export to excel then, A Excel sheet opens but didnt get any attachments in the sheet.So how/ Can we make attachment link directly to the excel sheet. the visibility should be seen in the excel sheet only.Thank You.

When will the 2017 FIRST FRC field assembly and kit-of-parts CAD files available for PTC creo?  Will they be available?  Even just the step files would be helpful.Thanks.

I downloaded the FRC 2017 CREO KOP files for the parts and the field , The field looks to be correct but the Parts file only downloaded 7 files ? There must be more files that 7 that should be zipped in this file ? Has anyone else seen this issue ?

I am trying to do a drawing in creo with dimensions and all that cool stuff. The dimensions work and everything, but the borders and table in the bottom right corner will not show up. Is this an issue with the templates possibly not being loaded correctly, or is there something else that i have to do that my exercises have not explained to me? I have attached an example of a drawing that i did, as you can see the borders are not there, and the table in the bottom corner is not the one that is supposed to e with the template, it is just something that i added. If somebody could explain to me how to ix this, that would be greatly appreciated, both by me and my team.

I have renamed our existing part drawing template and format and have added a BOM table, so I am using a single template for parts and assemblies. The engineer only needs to delete the BOM if it is a part file and a material table if it is an assembly.However, when I create a new drawing and use the new template, the BOM does not populate automatically. If I add the BOM table to the drawing, it will populate 'manually'. What could be causing this to function to not work automatically from the drawing template?Creo 2 m220Windchill 10.0 m040

I have used it in making a hole and using the same hole in other parts with same reference but dimension changed. But I would like to know the practical application or significance of using UDF. Hello All,I am in the process of trying to get my old copy of Pro E 2001 student edition running on a new machine (new dog, old trick). The new machine is a Dell Precision 7510, I7 quad core, Nvidia M2000M w/4 gig memory and the most current driver.  The only real issue is in sketcher. When ever I try to add a line (line, rectangle, circle, spline, etc.), the line will only flash on very briefly once in while, so basically I am drawing blind. Once I go back to select the line appears and looks normal.  If I have a line already drawn, it will vanish as soon as I hit the button to add another line.  In other words; I open sketcher and select rectangle, when I draw the rectangle I cannot see it while I choose the two points, as soon as I hit the middle mouse button or hit the select button the rectangle shows up normally.  If I then hit the circle button the rectangle disappears and flickers on once and while, and I then have to draw the circle blind.  Modifying t

Greetings!   I'm currently parsing an excel, extracting information from there and I want to dynamically create a test case for each line of the excel. I already have extracted the information, but I have a problem when creating a test case using command line.   For example:   im createissue --type="Test Case" -> throws an error that says : "Can not create an Item of Type Test Case" (?)   but I managed to create a test step using the same command... im createissue --type="Test Step"   Is it not possible to create a test case from CLI ?   Please note that I have searched all the IMS manuals and I found nothing.   Regards, Adrian.

I am trying to export a curved surface to subsequently add a texture. For doing so I need to have the UV mapping of the surface. I know that there are different tools (even free one) that are better suited than Creo for UV mapping, but in my company at the moment we want to use only Creo, so I was wondering which are the limits and what I can do using it.What I am currently doing is to export the surface in Wavefront and while doing this it is possible to select a reference frame (in this case the UV mapping is spherical) or a plane (in this case the UV mapping is planar). For my purposes the planar one would be good enough, the problem is that the mapping is a "projection" of the surface in the UV space (from 0 to 1). If the curvature of the surface is low, this mapping is fair enough, but when the curvature increases some distortions of the texture appear. To avoid this problem I would need an "unwrapped" mapping, where for "unwrapped" I mean that the surface is unwrapped into the pl

I am working with the ShrinkWrap feature to create light representations of large assemblies. Subsequently I need to create a STL file out of the ShrinkWrap (I am aware that it is possible to create the STL from the ShrinkWrap window, but we have an automated process).We are generating the ShrinkWrap part as "Facetet solid" with different quality levels.Recently we had some problems because some ShrinkWrap parts couldn't be saved as STL because the part was not closed. In a sense the part is an "open" solid, as the one attached in the image below. Furthermore I attach also an image of the ShrinkWrap winwo parameters that we use.Has someone experienced this issue before? Do you have suggestions, or do you know which is the cause?

I’m having trouble solving this system of differential equations. I’m pretty new to Mathcad and I don’t really have that much experience with differential equations either so I’m really off to a great start. I’m trying to calculate the flight path of a spinning tennis ball being launched at 45 deg. I am working with some numbers now but they are partially placeholders. I removed units for now just to take out one level of complexity. Feel free to check my equations but the real problem I’m having is with my initial conditions (I think). Hi all, me againI'm still working on this razer deathadder and I ended up creating the whole main section as one surface within the style tool.I've used a swept blend to create the split line but despite it not being connected, Creo is still counting this as one surface. Any ideas on how to separate it?Cheers

I may have missed something but how are you meant to have a separate dashboard for each user of the system to use as they please without affecting the other users.everything I try keeps one dashboard shared across multiple users.any help would be appreciated.

When I start Creo and access Windchill, the username/password dialog is pre-filled with thisEvery time, I have to remove the "MicrosoftAccount\" part to be able to log in. Even though "Remember my credentials" is checked, it "remembers" "MicrosoftAccount\<my email>" even though I use just "<my email>" to log in, without the "MicrosoftAccount\" part.Is there any way to fix this behavior and make it remember my credentials properly?If it's related, the main Microsoft account for my computer is the same email as I use with Windchill
