It was bound to happen eventually..   thinking he was deleting an older project, I have a user who deleted his current one instead.  This raises the question of whether ProjectLink stores any kind of history or trail file - any way to recover an old version?  Is there a recommended best practice for saving/recovering iterations of a project?  Is anything saved to a user's cache?Thanks in advance for any help you can give -Chrystal JohnstoneRed Dot CorporationSeattle, WA

Hello,I have the following Observasions:Observasion 1:​ThingWorx not able to dispay more than 500 records or items (or Things) in the composer. Below image shows the display limit upto 500 Things only although there is more than 500 Things in the server:Observasion 2:​This Limit to 500 records applies to Infotable too. Hello! I'm trying to model working drawer slides for the lift on our robot.  I've downloaded this part: McMaster-Carr.  Unfortunately, after I import it it doesn't move at all.  It appears to be a static assembly and I don't know how to add constraints to that.  I've also tried deleting different segments of it so that I have separate parts, and then re-assembling them with slider constraints, but they still don't move.  I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this?  Thank you so much!

Following the e-Learning program.   First they say that shells are not very accurate at areas of small radii. Hello, have a basic question. Is it possible to make graphics area and drawing area independent from "HIDE" point of view? Example:     - l´m working on some assembly and l hide part A     - open assembly drawing (regenerate active model + update sheets) ---> part A is hidden in drawing too. Have not found any config options . l know solution based on layers. Hello all,   This is my first time starting a discussion on the community, so if this is the wrong place for this topic, please tell me.   I'm using Creo Parametric 2.0 M090 with Creo View ECAD Validate 2.0 M040 and I'm relatively new at using Creo Parametric (Bascically I'm a Electronic Engineer who also performs mechanical work). Also this is my first time using the IDX interface between Cadence Allegro and Creo Parametric.   I've created a part in Creo which is the board outline. Then I created an baseline IDX for the ECAD engineer. He placed some mechanical holes and via's in the board. But when I'm importing these changes, the holes are placed 'in the air'. It seems the holes are placed on the wrong datum planes, but of that I'm not sure. Anyway the board in Creo is drawn on the XY-axis, while the holes are placed on the XZ-axis. Also Creo seems to add a datum plane on the XZ-axis while importing the holes, maybe this is used to place the holes in Creo, but of that

I have 4 Things representing different sensors that share the same Template. I want a User to be able to select different 'Scenes' which are just different groupings of these sensors (1&2&3 or 1&3&4 etc.).The problem is, I don't know how to represent this or if there even would be a good way to do so. I was assuming I would use Lists to show the different Scenes (not to select anything, just to see the groupings). I know how to fill a list with Things based on a Template that they share, but can't find or think of a way to show the Things of a Template while omitting one or two.Is something like this possible? Is there a way to do this with/without the Template?

In all my products,I have 2 folders - i) Tool  and ii) DesignAnd it the Product teamI have 2 user - i) Tool Engineer and ii) Design EngineerI have to deny the Tool Engineer from either from viewing the Design Folder or if it can view it should not make any changes in it.I created a custom domain and set the Deny permission on Full Control for Tool Engineer on Subfolder. And then associated this Domain with Design Folder. So now the Tool Engineer is not able to see the Design Folder.But this is applicable in only one product.I have multiple products and to apply this I ll have to do this changing of domain multiple times which I want to avoid.Please suggest solution for it. Any other approach would be welcomed.
