Good day, I am a newly hired teacher at the HTL Rankweil. From there I got a user license for MathCad. I may have made two mistakes when activating the license. I had downloaded version 10.0.1.0. But my colleagues all use version 10.0.0.0. The license I was using may only be valid for 10.0.0.0 and not 10.0.1.0. That's why it stopped working the next day.   Or it was because I used my private email address when registering for the account and not the one that belongs to my school.   Today I wanted to activate version 10.0.0.0 with my school email address. Unfortunately it was not possible to open an account. I was modifying the creo_parametric_admin_customization.ui in Creo 10. This .ui file gets put in the users loadpoint via our Creo startup scripts. I didn't realize that the .ui file contained the windows scale.  We can restore the old .ui file, but I would like the .ui file to not contain anything but the ribbon customizations. Is there a way to do that?

Im attempting to install creo, creo common files, and several others, installed fine, however it failled to install creo platform agent. In the installation manager it simply says "unsuccesful"

I encountered an interesting and maybe concerning problem in how MathCad solves its intergrals between different versions. In the version of MathCad I use (MathCad Prime 9.0.0.0.) the integral I wanted to solve and get an analytical expression to gave one answer. This answer is different from the answer you get on older MathCad versions. I noticed this from some old reports where this integral was solved via MathCad about 20 years ago and they get a different analytical expression. This expression you get from the older versions is also the same you get by solving the integral completely analytically (which you can do via variable substitution). The difference between the answers seem to be very little and the residual could just be some numerical truncation maybe, but as we can see the difference is not completely negligible depending on what you are after. Has anyone encountered something similar to this and know why this is the case?

Is it possible to export out a scalable vector file from Mathcad prime worksheet? If yes how can I do that? 

I have just installed creo parametric 10.0 version. But I can't run it, beacause when I open it says that "it is impossible to run  the Quality Agent" and associate this with error code 0x0600012 . Than the program automatically closes. 

Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: Trying to build a report to output all CAD objects, object specific parameters, and status.Description: Overall the report I have works, except for 1 field.I had to use the CAD Document table due to the way the object parameters were set up.The report works, but when I run it, status.status shows "Checked In" for items that are checked in, but also for items new in someone's workspace. While this might be useful information sometimes it's not the core of what we need from this report and would rather filter those out. Assuming it's a CAD document Status versus the EPM Document status. I tried to link CAD Document to EPM Document but the connections have failed. I've done EPM Document reports with proper status data, but they wouldn't get me the object attributes in this system (and I can't change this system for other reasons).Location does have /Default/... and /<user>/... but also not filterable.  Any thoughts on how I can l

Hello, I have a question about how cB is dealing with Documents Versions in Documents bookmark, when limit of version has been changed. In example - we have a file, that have 38 versions stored in cB. The Max. Versions attribute has been changed to 5 versions limit. What will happen with older versions? There will be removed from physical repository on cB server?

Creo 9.0.6 Is there a config available to adjust what tab opens when assembling a part that has predefined flexibility? See the attached image as I'm using a pre-defined feature flexibility. When assembling and using that predefined I'd like it to open directly to the feature tab. I've had users completely miss the little (1) icon next to the text on a tab and not be able to find what to adjust. I understand that dimensions are the most likely to be used and that makes it a great default, but a little order of operations rule would be great here.

Prototype parts get promoted to Prototype on promotion requests while production parts get released to Released via change notices. Recently, a production part was on a change notice. It was in the Production Change state so an engineer could complete the CAD work. Another engineer put the part on a promotion request and managed to get it released that way. That caused the change notice to fail near the end when it tried to change state to Released.Description: We don't want users to put production parts on promotion requests; we want them to use change notices, instead.  Disallowing promotion requests on parts in the Production Release state should accomplish that.  H

One of our users is experiencing issue with PTC Control Center not updating Creo and not being able to be updated. When trying to perform a fresh install of the Control Center is says we can't overwrite the current install. Tried everything from an IT stand point except a fresh install of windows. Hello everyone, I am currently working on a Excel template and I wanted to replace ${item.subjects} whose format is [Key-Id] - Name.Some issues appear when I import back the file and I want to avoid them.I wanted to export my upstream fields in a format : [Key-Id] format.(The format is the same as the one added when Work Item Key-IDs Setting in a tracker.) Do you know if there is a command like item.id or another way to create this format ? We want to do an html report on a Test Session with test steps.In the generated report, images are only shown as placeholders.The images were automatically saved as attachment when added to the test step.When browsing the underlying link inside the report, f.e. "http://ourservername:7001/im/viewattachment/PTC_14952943054504893.png?attachmentID=1603&mks_tz=NONE&mks.disconnect",it asks for credentials for the RV&S server and downloads the file, so the connection basically works. Why is this image not shown in the report?
