Hello everyone,Unfortunately I have lost my settings. So far I have been able to restore more or less all of them.What is still missing is the antialiasing when exporting 2D views with 300dpi and *.bmp.I have now spent 3 hours looking for the right setting....without success.Then I saw that there are also ‘Settings’ under ‘Publish’.Here I edited the entry ‘Creo 2D’ under ‘Publish/’2D images’ and set “Antialiasing” --> “High”. Unfortunately, this does not work.Questions:- How do I set antialiasing when exporting 2D illustrations?- Why are there separate settings ‘Options’ and ‘Publish/Settings’?- Why is the needed setting not under ‘Options/Global’, but only under ‘Options/Illustration’?- And why in God's name does a trained engineer have to spend 3 hours searching for the right setting? Best regardsRamon(Siemens-Energy)

I downloaded the needed, but when I try to open setup.exe, the creo installation assistant doesn't openI turned off the antiviruses, and ran it as an administration, but it just doesn't openThe version of Creo I downloaded is 9.0 student edition

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0need help in creating the custom email template and also hook it to email robot in workflow.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.0.0I am making Custom hardware for the AFX library based on the vendors we use (Automation Direct vs 8020.net) - When I add my new hardware (New Connector Equipment) the first one adds correctly with the right Part number in the model tree (151099.prt), but anything after the first defaults to the base part name (t-nut_ad.prt) which is controlled by the tab file similar to the bolt_kit parts in the 8020 libraryEdited to add - This is the command string when trying to add the subsequent parts which is supposed to be additional 151099:151099 regeneration completed successfully.Part '151099' not changed since last regen.T-NUT_AD has been saved.Select axis as component reference: PLACEMENT_AXISSelect face as component reference: PROFILE_SURFACET-NUT_AD regeneration completed successfully.Part 'T-NUT_AD' not changed since last regen.C

I would like to expand the groups in the Members list to see, and select, the sub-groups in Quick Links > Email page.At the moment I can only either select one of the groups directly under Members, or search for individual users. I can not expand the group in the Members list or search for a group.

The extension uses the org.apache.parquet library and writes the parquest file to Thingworx repositories. The service works correctly if Thingworx is installed on a Virtual machine. The service fails to write the file to Thingworx repositories if Thingworx is installed on kubernetes containers. In particular the extension fails by going to do a chmod 644 on the file to define the correct privileges. Has anyone had the same problem? Are there any solutions to the problem?ThanksDimitri

In adv grid, columns are automatically changing its order in UI. How to stop this behaviour ? Iam using Thingworx 9.1.

Hi dear Community, I want to use the Item Attribute "Outline Number" of Requirement Item in computed field.  Example: I tried to write the computed filed expression like 'indexOf (<Outline Number>, ".") ' to know, whether Outline Number contains one "." (dot symbol). But I can't use the attribute name "Outline Number" per se, because it contains the blank symbol. Therefore I need the property name for Outline Number. But this attribute is hidden and I can't see it in attributes' list of Tracker configuration, even if I turn the ticks "show hidden attributes" and "show property names" on. Please help me to solve this problem. To be clear, I must create a channel in Kepserverex which requires I select a PLC driver from the list, before I can find Device Discovery in the context menu (See page 85 in the KEPServerEX V6 manual)?  The Omron NJ channel I am using did not have "Device Discovery" in the context menu. But the manual does say "is available for drivers that support locating devices on the network." Of course, I don't know which drivers support it or not.I created an Allen Bradley Control Logix Ethernet channel, then right clicked on the channel to find "Device Discovery." But there was no Device Discovery option in the menu. Should "Device Discovery" be in the context menu always? Is there a setting I am missing? Is there a way to use Kepserverex to look for an OPC connection or tell if a PLC has OPC UA or OPC DA enabled?  

Hi,   I have recently upgraded from Thingworx 9.1 to 9.7. The DB also got upgraded.   I did a dump of the DB and restored it to my local environment, and the instance is working fine. But when I do a restore, it does not work fine in the QA Environment. Hi All,I am trying to use DDE to get the data from Kepware to an Excel spread sheet. This was working for a day or two then quit. I have had help from a super nice couple of people at PTC. Alin in Romania and Brent in Maine. But we are not able to get the data and there is no apparent reason for it. The Excel file has formulas in the cell that look like this '=kepdde|_ddedata!OmronNJ.MespackHFFS.ReaTop2Temperature.' When first typed into a new spreadsheet, it was populated with the current temperature. For a while it even updated with each change of the temperature. As well as all the other tags written into the spreadsheet. Then I saved the spreadsheet. I opened it Monday and there was nothing but #REF in all the cells. Starting from a blank spreadsheet, I typed in the same formulas and got the current values. But they would not update. I could see the temperature changing in the Quick Client, but the spreadsheet was not changing. I opened a new spreadsheet and typed the formula

Working with Creo 10 Rev: 10020:I created a new drawing and with "show annotations" I can show dimensions of my part features in all the views.But when I click on a shown dimension the tolerances tab is grey and I'm not able to show tolerances of the activated dimension in the drawing. I can add/see/edit this tolerance of dimensions in the part itself.Even More strange is, that in old drawings this works without a flaw!Can you tell me what I do wrong?

I have a number of trackers of Requirement type which have data in them, it seems that if I try to create a working set all the Requirement trackers with data in them are unable to be unshared. The file Branchable.json.txt contains the tracker definition for the tracker which I can branch which is also empty. However, Not_Branchable.json.txt includes a lot of data which I need to branch, but which in fact will not let me branch it. As you can see from this screenshot, the shared checkbox is grayed out and will not let me change it. So, the question is, what have I done wrong in order to use Working Sets?

I have used Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 for one month and I would like to purchase the full software for one year. I am a student at University of Wisconsin and would like to purchase the student version. Version: Windchill 12.1   Use Case: I have users that, most to every day experience the loss of items on their Windchill homepage. Description: Between 4-5pm PST, will lose items on their homepages.  They had them before and eventually will get them back.  Refreshes, browser changes and incognito modes do not alleviate the issue.  Does anyone else have this issue and a real fix for it?  I have done the steps from CS344602 and CS309967 and it keeps coming back.  Tonight I am going to clear participant cache before that time and see if anyone has the issues.  Really not something I want to do consistently.  And why does time matter and it corrects itself in 20-30 minutes or when they login in the morning?   Below is what the users get when they added the debug to the end of the page:   Tasks: work.listAssignments: Hidden by: removed by role-based check Workspaces: workspaces.MyWorkspace: Enabled by: com.ptc.windchill.uwgm.cadx.workspaces

Creo 9.0.6.0Dear PTC team, I want to figure out how to customize Ribbon via Creo TOOLKIT. To do it I launch an example from Creo 9.0.6.0\Common Files\otk\otk_cpp\x86e_win64\obj called otk_install.zip. When the auxiliary application is active I see that the Ribbon has changed and have a new group (20250228_screenshot_1.png). To save Customized Ribbon I follow the next steps from the User's guide:1. Go to File -> Options -> Options2. In "Creo Parametric Options" window go to Ribbon press Export->Save Auxiliary Application user interface. Then I check resulting toolkitribbonui.rbn (attached) or creo_parametric_customization.ui (depends on Export option) and can read nothing cause the encoding is incorrect.It seems strange cause initial file otk_install_test.rbn is readable. What 's interesting is that if I try to import Ribbon from the creo_parametric_customization.ui file, it works seamlessly, which makes me think

Hi I have a rotating mechanism that travels a total of 60degrees. An inner part rotates with an outer part for the first 40 degrees, and then stops rotation and moves in a linear vertical direction for the last 20 degrees. The vertical motion is driven by a ramp on the inside surface of the outer part. See screenshots. I'm using creo 3. Can anyone help show a good way to set up this connection? I have the 2 parts moving correctly independently but I can't figure out how to make the parts move together correctly.   

Hi all, We have a thing in prod that was pushed from our dev environment. That thing uses a template that is outdated. We want to change the template to a new one that we are now using in dev, but pushing gives this error:How can we go about changing the template in prod? We are unable to manually delete it directly from prod since the entity was pushed there. 

I try to convert mathcad 15 Taylor serie to PTC mathcad 9.0.It seems that mathcad 15 could treat Taylor series with several variables but not PTC mathcad 9.0.After PTC conversions, PTCmathacd 9.0 give the following error : more than one independant variableCould you help me to solve this problem ? Thanks
