Hi I am able to view the order list in the htmltext area. I have admin / composer access.But for mashup read only users cannot see the order list. Ex - <ol type="i"> <li>Machine fixing</li></ol> displays like below to me but not for other users, They can see other data in the same screen. 

Hi!  My org is starting to use windchill as a PLM tool and I am storing some FEM and CFD reports as "Reference Document" type on the PLM.  I want to link this reports to the WT parts that were used in the simulation so that there is easier traceability on what was modeled in the simulation rather than having to open the report and look up information. In my previous experience with a different PLM, we had a section to link a released part with another object through a "references" or "engineering references" section. Is it possible in Windchill to do something similar? To link this reference document to a WT part without creating a new revision of the part?  Thanks!

I am creating a custom action for a report based on Time period selected in first step, using this to create report for specific time in second step. I have created multiple JSPs based on time selection to show user. HiI want to calculate/plot the deflection and the moment along a column (or a stand-up beam) subjected to a lateral point load. I have only one entry in my datatable with 4 fields. One of the field is primary key for that datashape. Now my question is i want to update this entry but that primary key value would also be updated. Now the confusion is how can i do that? Hello everyone,   I wanted to check if other people also have the same issue where you get the prompt to login (Chrome prompt similar to this):   to the composer but after pressing sign in with correct information, the popup will come back at the very least one more time and you have to press sign in again.   This keeps happening even though I am sure I have the correct username and password saved in the chrome "wallet".   I know others in my company also have this issue, so it would be nice to know if it is an issue within our company or if others also face it.   Thanks, Jens

I have a complicated surface modelled part (over 1000 features) with a family table. When I open one of the instances, it immediately shows regeneration failures, but when I manually regenerate it again, it usually fixes itself. Why would these failures be occurring if there is nothing wrong with the part since it completes the regeneration manually?

For Windchill I can just allocate a smaller number as I understand it.For Creo: I login to PTC, go to Support - License Management, License Actions, Advanced Search, put the server host ID, click Search and see the licenses that I can retrieve.But there is no option to put in a smaller number. Thanks!

I'm creating a very simple part, a strip of metal with holes in it. I started with a flat part, added the 1st hole, then pattern. When bending, the holes move with the part, but when I want to reference other parts to these holes in an assembly that's not possible. I've tried bending first and doing the pattern with a curve pattern. In this case the parts show in position but the pattern has an error. I'm sure it's because the two faces of the bend become different. Tried adding points and same issue. I had to repeat holes and chamfers twice and will have to do the same with the parts attached to this. Is there any way to keep the references after bending or is something that Creo doesn't have?*I'm using Creo 9.0.2.0

In Thingworx 9.5, In  Fileupload widget upload button on disabled state is getting misaligned if the custom css is given to upload button, we have tried using different css selectors for disabled upload button but its not working. How could i handle the disabled and enabled states of upload button CSS?

Hi,In a sketch, I draw a first datum centerline. Then I want to draw another centerline at a certain distance from the first centerline. My problem is that when creating the second centerline, CREO seems to select the nearest geometry edge to specify a distance. How to specify the first centerline as the reference for the second centerline ?Thank you for any help

Hi! I hope you all good! At moment, we have a Java old solution to save data from a Part in a file (txt and xls) that is triggered on Life Cycle. Unfortunelly now we will need to send by API to a outside ERP service. I would want maintain this flow but not writing the result into a file, i need change to send by API rest service. Have anyone a sample Java Code about how to do that? In fact it´s a Totvs DataSul from Brazil integration, if someone has any idea to how to solve it, i'll appreciate. Thank you!

Hi there,  I am looking for a solution on the upgrade process regarding inlfuxdb and thingworx. I managed to successfully upgrade influxdb from version 1.8.10 to 2.7.5 and I am able to succesfully connect a new persistence provider to thingworx. Not able to see an of the data that is present in the data base. On the influxdbV2 frontend hosted on port 8086, I am able to view the historic data, so i know i haven't lost the data. It's bucket name appeared a thingworx/autogen, so i renamed it to thingworx as that was the settings in the persistant provider. When we do a query named property history, we get an error with code : 2006Any help or assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

  I need to log and show case the STRING attributes in AMU. I'm having a following queries,   Is STRING attributes logged? in MSSQL or Value stream? How to log the STRING values? What is best practice to display STRING values if we started logging? What if the asset status coming as STRING? Ex. ACTIVE (Running), ISSUE (NOT RUNNING).
