Hi, I am new to Mathcad and have just learned the feature of collapsible areas. Now, does anyone know how to reduce an unwanted area within a defined collapsible area? Understad the inserted area automatically increases to accommodate more content as writing. But when I remove some of the content, it won't shrink, leaving with a large unused space in the worksheet. I couldn't find anywhere one could manually drag that area to reduce its size. Does anyone come across the same problem? I'm using PTC Mathcad Prime 9.0.0. Regards,Frank

Kepserver scanning modbus devices, each channel has three devices preset, which all three have the same IP and ID. Port 502 is used. Setting 1 socket per each device on channel is set.I am getting big number of connection timeouts and random data collection disabled. All timeout/retires settings are already maxed out.Attached are event log from offshore live system, some screenshots to present config from demo/test system and a .csv export example of one device from three on one channel.

Hi All, When I try to open a model in Creo 9.0.6.0, it is taking more time to open (About 2 hours). The same model when opened in a different server, is taking less than 10 minutes to open. Can you please suggest what can be checked here? The server where I am facing this issue is a High clock speed server where we would generally expect better performance. ThanksHari

Hello, I am trying to install Creo 10.0 student version but when it comes to the licensing part and I enter my credentials, it's "processing" for a while, then says Error. I have no idea what to do. Thanks for the help in advance!

Dear experts,I would like to hear your opinion on the following strange issue I encountered:I am working with Creo 10.0 student edition, and it seems like after installation, two different versions (with exactly the same path to Program Files/Creo) exist. I.e., opening the desktop shortcut and opening the start menu shortcut open two seemingly different windows of Creo, that mainly differ in the look of the "Model" toolbar. Here are screenshots of the two "versions":   Not only the two "Model" toolbars are different, the "Copy geometry" button, that is part of the "get data" in both "versions" looks completely different in each "version":               I couldn't find any way to move from one "version" to the other from "File->Options->Customize", so my main question is:How can I switch between the different "versions"? I have entry saved in Datatable and entry contains an infotable in it and i have two entries in it and i want to delete one of the version data from it which is on index 1. I have attached the screenshot also.  I have written a code which is removing the infotable value which is on index 1 but i am unable to update the datatable. I have a service which is giving me a string, but when I bringing it to the widget(Text Field) the html formatted of that string is showing up. Im using Thingworx 8.5.

I have only one entry in my datatable with 4 fields. One of the field is primary key for that datashape. Now my question is i want to update this entry but that primary key value would also be updated. Now the confusion is how can i do that? I have the service UpdateDataTableEntry and AddOrUpdateDataTableEntry but these both services creates a new entry because the value of the primary key changes too. what is the best solution in this regard should i delete the entry first and then add the new one or how you can see this problem?

I'm trying to create a script for silent installation of creo 9.0.2.0. In documentation it is said that some xmls are needed to do that. So,  i installed creo 9.0.2.0 manually once and found that quality agent xml is missing. How to generate quality agent xml?

My question is about annotation - notes. The help page Understanding_Glyphs_on_the_Model_Tree does not have the explanation as to what is different about my Note_14 vs Note_19: It looks like some kind of an "out of date" glyph is applied to Note_14.  But what to do about it?

Hello, I am pretty new to Kepware and was hoping for some guidance.  Using advanced tags or Thingworx, is there a way to convert decimal data coming from a Siemens PLC to ASCII and feed it into Thingworx?  The result I need to get should read like +99.9I was able to find a chart that shows decimal to ASCII, but I am not sure how I can make that conversion using Kepware/Thingworx. Using the chart I have, I can see that a byte sending a 43 from the PLC should be a '+' and a 26 should be a '.'  I am just not sure how to get those numbers to translate to those characters for the Thing I have created in Composer.  Nothing obvious is jumping out to me using advanced tags.  But I am very new to this software, so maybe the solution is very obvious?  Maybe I would have to create something in Thingworx using coding?  I'm not sure if it's possible or what approach to use.  Thank you for your patience with me!

Hi reporting gurus,  I made a report and added some charts to it that are useful. Saved this (so it shows up in my Saved Reports table). I then shared this report with the general population (so that it shows up in the Reports table of the home page). This, however, doesn't run the saved report with charts. Instead, the users have to go to the upper left and select the "Shared with me" option to pick my saved report.  Is there a way to have the saved report with charts be the one that displays by default when users click "view report"? 

We're running Solidworks 2021 and Windchill release 11.1 M020-CPS24For a while, I've been chasing a ghost but yesterday I actually saw it. We have two users collaborating in the the same product.User 1 will check out a part or assembly, make changes, and check it back in.  User 2 will synchronize/refresh/update their workspace but not see those changes.  Parts still say they are checked out by user 1.  No display changes with refresh, nothing marked out of date with synchronize, and update presents nothing to update. My first thoughts were latency or workspace corruption, Both users have deleted and recreated their workspaces in this instance.  And as for the latency, we waited 11 hours (overnight) to see if the changes would propagate. Here's where it gets really strange.  The workspace is active, and shows that the parts are the old version and still checked out by user 1, but if you click on the details for the part or the assem

Hello! I want to upgrade to Creo 10 and therefore uninstall Creo 9 properly, so that it doens't leave any traces. To achieve this, is it sufficient to uninstall via the Windows function or is there an "uninstall-file" (.exe) that I can run? If so, I can't seem to find it... Best regards!
