I am using Creo Schematics Release 9.0 and Datecode 0.0.0How is Schematics 9.0 integrated into Windchill. The WWGM 12.1.1.1 does not offer Schematics 9.0 as an application.

Hello! I've been using creo student on my computer for a couple of years but I had de format de pc. Now I'm trying to reinstall the program but I'm getting an error when applying the license code, and I'm not receiving any email with de license file.Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!   

Dear Thingworx community, today we deployed Thingworx 9.3.5 to a productive platform. When testing all features I noticed a bug and after some investigations I am pretty certain this is not a bug on my end but Thingworx. We have a user dedicated to run internal Services, called twxServiceUser. This user is supposed to use the local language since we print screens and send it via mail. I have checked this multiple times, reset and set the language (through script and manually in Composer), the preference for this user (in the today's case) is "de", as it should be. Also the printouts appear in German language. But when calling the Service  let langs = Resources["CurrentSessionInfo"].GetCurrentUserLanguage(); by Script I get back an empty string instead of "de".  So I came here / google and searched for this issue, I might not be the only one. And indeed I found a support case, last change 2019 but referring to a post from 2017: https://www.ptc.com

Hello,I need your help for a problem on my project (thingworx 9.1)1- I have a subscriber to mqtt (SubscriberThing, +  valuestream to store data) 2- Received messages are parsed to infotable (ParserThing +  valuestream to store data)  i have a subscription on ParserThing  triggred when SubscriberThing receive a new mqtt message. I log all properties of SubscriberThing and ParserThingwhen i querypropertyhistory i got a logic result on SubscriberThing (timestamp change every second en average)However, on ParserThing all data are like stored on temporary memory and after some minutes they are stored one time to the value stream of ParserThing Logically, the i should get a new row each time ParserThing triggred! but no.The graphic attached show the evolution of data on SubscriberThing. you can see that each period all data en temporary memory are stored one time. I find no explanation for this behavior! Any help

We use Windchill and Creo 7. When I opened a Creo drawing for an assembly, the 3d model shown is of old iteration. Tried to update the workspace but still the problem persists.

Often, when working on parts, especially in assemblies, I'd like to view dims from multiple features - at the same time.  Or both feature and assembly dims.  I can't find a way, so I'm hoping you know about another bit that PTC hid away. Coming from an older version, this is maddening.  I feel like I am licenced to fly and F15 but only allowed in the Cessna 150. I have resorted to working with a pad of paper so I can write down dims from all the desired features and assembly positions, so I can at least be partially productive.  This is especially useful when looking for minor interferences when there is a stack up - and for making similar changes in many features or parts.  I don't even see a way to see all the dims from one feature with 2 sketches like a sweep. Please tell me I'm missing the obvious.  Thanks.

Is there a way to detect that a CR was edited or that a CN has been attached to the CR within a workflow?  Is there a specific event for this that can be used in the Synchronize Robot?  I already use the robot for detecting state changes in this and child/parent objects.  Side note:  is there a definitive list of OOTB object events and their descriptions?  Tired of trying to guess the correct search words...

Is there a way to use a different parameter if your primary parameter is blank that your title block references? I want my REV cell using &ptc_wm_revision to use the parameter drawing_rev if ptc_wm_revision is blank.  example: if ptc_wm_revision is blank use drawing_rev, but if ptc_wm_revision isn't blank then use ptc_wm_revision. This would be used if a team is creating drawings outside of windchill due to location, but when we put them into windchill at a later date then the revision assigned from windchill will override the prototype revision.   

Hi,I tried to calculate minimal value of the complex argument of a Transfer function through minimize function inside a resolution bloc. Mathcad indicates that there are no solution found, try to modified initial values or TOL or CTOL, but it does not help. I think that Mathcad does not find solution because the argument does not change, but manual calculation gives different values according constraints.Could you please help me to understand why the Mathcad do not understand the constraints? Thanks Christophe PS : Using Pime 4.0

Timeout configured for 60 seconds."For this I need to increase service execution time for this 2 approaches I know :1) Sql Service ---> Service Info ---> Time out Interval (sec)2) Platform-settings.json ---> define script Time-outq1) In my case we have not defined any script time-out in platform-settings.json file. What is the default timeout interval taken in this case ?q2) From Thingworx composer, how can we view service/script time-out details ?  Regards,Sid  

For one of our client we need to follow an architecture where Thingworx will be using Influx DB as a persistence provider. As per PTC document, Influx DB is not supported on windows machine. For internal testing purpose can we use dual boot machine and  install Influx db on unix side for storing time series data and rest will be stored on windows postgre sql as Thingworx app is already installed on windows machine. Just wondering if this architrcture is possible in practical. Any thoughts would be greatful. Regards,Sid 

How can I get Thingworx Remote Thing Property Change History details : From Thingworx Composer---> Remote Thing ---> Change History Tab/Page I am able to view last few days entry only but I need to check past 3 years data what all new properties were added and which user added those properties. Per best practices when creating an extension, I created a Permission Editing Service to run after import. As I have a lot of Templates and Shapes, I used a lot of Instance Permission Setters. These worked as intended and the Template and Shape Permissions have been set properly. My problem is that they do not appear to be updating the Instanced Things' Permissions that I need them to; these permissions are blank. Is this normal? Does it not matter that the Instanced Things don't have an updated Permissions list? Do the Instance Permissions only work in certain scenarios? What should be my next course of action? Do I need to bite the bullet and update the Instanced Things' Permissions individually?

I have a current node locked license for Mathcad PTC 8.  I hear version 9 is out.  Although, I have a link for the trial version of Mathcad PTC 9 - I would rather use my license.  But, I can't seem to find a way to download the non-trial version of Mathcad PTC 9.    Is there a single link for this?

I find quite different results depending on how the excitation function is defined. I wonder who's wrong.
