Trying to connect to an L30ER through an L310ER in Dual IP Mode. KEPServerEX Version is 6.10As close as I can tell, the ID should be:<10.10.10.1>,1,[4,192.168.1.2,1],0However, I get an Invalid Device ID I can connect through Ignition's OPC server with a connection path of. 4,192.168.1.2,1,0, but I'm not sure how that translates to KEPServer's ID. 

Still getting familiar with all the settings in Creo.  I have an imported parasolid part that has SI default units, and I'd like to change the default units.  I figured out how to do it for new parts, but I can't figure out how to change the units for imported parts.  I can take measurements, but I would like to export the mass properties in U.S. units.   Is there a way to do this, or do I need to open a new model and import the parasolid into that .prt file? 

I'm trying to open old Mathcad files that have the extension formats xmcdz, xmcd, and mcd. However your current version of Mathcad Express Prime 9.0.0.0 doesn't seem to be able to open these old formats. What do I need to do to be able to open and convert these old files into the new version.Your assistance is much appreciated.

Hello, I have a problem in Creo 7.0, when I try to import an IDF with some small components in it. I get a warning that asks me to change the sketch. I found where the problem comes, I need to use the inlbs_part_ecad_rel.prt not the inlbs_part_ecad_abs.prt template. I renamed it and it works very well.But I am looking for a cleaner way to use it.Is there an option in config.pro which allows to replace the inlbs_part_ecad_abs template into inlbs_part_ecad_rel when used for importation? I already tried template_ecadpart option, but no change. Thank you! 😊

I need to restrict the attributes on my edit page to different users. For example, while I cannot see some attributes for user X, I want user Y to see all of them. How can I make this distinction?

Hi,We have successfully installed AMU in our local system & also core configuration done as per the steps given Core Functions Confuguration ,by importing json file with some randomly filled spreadsheet values in thingworxapps database and listed equipments in spreadsheet are displayed in the Equipment Configuration Tab. After that we are facing issues with the next step in advanced settings, in event sub type & the industrial connection selection in drop-downs and also in other process of attribute configuration & asset monitoring. Kindly provide next following steps of configuration to monitor 1 machine with their parameters & alerts for project exploration purposes. Please refer attached images FYR.     Thanks in Advance

Hello, As Administrator, i was asked some KPI about the usage of Windchill Licenses and there are two of them i have difficulties to get for each type of license and during the 3 or 6 past months: 1) The percentage of licenses which are entitled but not used at all.2) The percentage of licenses which are entitled but not used a lot. I miss the entitlement date in order to have a reliable percentage. The different License reports, even the Windchill Performance Advisor don't provide this date. The objective is to optimize the licenses we allocate What do you think about ? Best regards,Pascal

Hi Guys, need your help!. I am trying to create a spreadsheet in mathcad to calculate shaft. So far, I've been able to create shear and moment diagrams for the kength of the shaft using singularity functions. Now, I am stucked in deflections and slope. I am considering Castigliano's theorem to do it without success.... Castigliano's theorem uses a Heaviside Function and dummy loads at any point on the length of the beam/shaft... First, I defined the heaviside function and then put into the moment equation but then I couldnt do the partial derivate of this equation with respect  the dummy load Q, so I had to do it manually (this way the spreadsheet is no longer parametric and will create errors if I change some inputs values). Then when having all the equations to go for integration, it seems that something is undefined..    do you think there is a fancy way to do this?. At this point I am bit frustraded I don't know where the problem is.. Another thing is,

We recently bought a new license, which indicates that version V6.13 is eligible, but the currently installed version is V2.11.250.0, and I believe that the new license won't activate the old version. Unfortunately, I am unable to install a new version on our old server because I keep getting a pop-up window during installation that states that. " The installer was unable to find required root certificates, please apply windows update, if unable to apply windows updates, contact support for instructions on installing root certificates" Due to the fact that we are now using Windows 7 Professional SP-1 32-bit and Windows updates are not possible, kindly assist us in obtaining a "root Certificate" OR, instruct us on how to obtain a license to activate an earlier version of "2.11.250.0". It actually happened after I replaced the server's HDD after it crashed and I re-imaged it on a new hard drive.  

Hello everyone!I have been using MATHCAD for decades, and since 2015 I have been working hard on MATHCAD 15 which I am enthusiastic about and continue to use. In view of a crash of the more than ten years old system on which it is installed, I tried to install MATHCAD 15 on a new machine, using the version stored on a pendrive. After installation and launch, it asks me for the license that I downloaded from the 2018 email attachment when I requested a new license. Unfortunately it is not recognized. How to overcome this obstacle? Thanks in advance for helping me.Greetings,    

i get the error below why is it looking for the version 8 license?   I used BK900908EDSTUDENTEDUNI_license.dat for the installation and this license file is where it's supposed to be  pls help, anyone - thanks

I have installed Creo 7.0.10.0 in new laptop. But when I launch Creo Parametric I'm getting 2 Windchill login windows. This was not happening before. I used to get one Windchill login window in the past.Could you some one help on this issue?

We are currently on Windchill PDMLInk Release: 11.2.1.17.  We were supposed to upgrade first quarter 2023 but it was moved to 2024 by management.  In earlier versions of Windchill a user could do a search for a objectname* & get all revisions, prt/asm/drw.  From there it was a clunky but doable process to restore a previous revision when needed (a extremely rare situation).  However, today I attempted to show it was done & as a user my search only showed the current revision(s).   Logging in as organization admin (in a seperate browser) I was able to successfully see ALL of the revisions of that same object name.    It's been a long time since I attempted this, certainly a few versions ago.   Is there a permission lever that our users would need to be able to search for & access previous revisions? Thanks,Joe S.
