Hi, Is there a snippet or service to fetch the list of properties in a thing shape to display as infotable? I tried the GetPropertyDefinition from the ThingShape but it returns empty infotable. I wanted to fetch all the properties defined in the thing shape. How can we achieve this use case?   Thanks in advance, Shalini V.

In RealWear HMT-1 Experiences there seems to be a problem with the $interval function.When this function is used all the bubbles in the experience are blinking. Even tho some of them should be invisible (in a popup). While this occurs the RealWear doesnt recognise the right bubbles so the user cant interact with the bubbles.setInterval should solve this problem according to PTCs R&D.Hope this helps.

Hello All,Trying to connect with Creo using:AsyncConnection proe = pfcAsyncConnection.AsyncConnection_Connect(null, null, null, new Integer(30)); but receiving toolkit not found exception. After analyzing, the NMSD port is being started in custom port (11239) instead of default port value (1239).Is it possible to tell AsyncConnection to use custom port (11239).

Hi Folks, I have tried using Git extension to push changes from Composer to Azure Devops branch and observed that it pushes all the changed entities and don't have any option to push only specific entities.I am looking for a kind of selection of individual entities instead of all entities of all the developers. Please let me know if anyone came across similar requirement with multi-developers environment or any option other than Git extension to merge updated entities with Devops branch? TIA.

Hello! Currently, I'm playing around with the Thingworx REST API.I am trying to connect a ThingShape's visibility to an organizational unit. The highest Unit is "TopOrg" and the one directly below is "Administrator". Below that is "Worker", so TopOrg > Administrator > Worker.According to documentation I need a "principal" and "principalType"I've left my principalType to be "OrganizationalUnit", but I can't seem to get a correct "principal". I've tried "Administrator", "TopOrg:Administrator" and "TopOrg/Administrator". In either form, I get an error similar to this.Unable to Invoke Service AddVisibilityPermission on AdminShape : Invalid Entity Reference: OrganizationalUnit/TopOrg/AdministratorHow are principals properly formated?

I just installed Creo 8.0.2. I have  "Display shaded datum plane"  selected and the config.pro option  "3D_datum_display_fill"  set to yes, but my datums aren't shaded. Anyone have any idea what I'm missing?  

Out of curiosity, does anyone know why Windchill still uses Internet Explorer for its default embedded browser? Last I checked, IE is more or less obsolete with limited support. I know you can change the browser, but just thought it was strange IE is still the default.

I am getting below error while trying to install extensions to Thingworx through composer EXCEPTION trying to load [file:/C:/Program%20Files/Apache%20Software%20Foundation/Tomcat%209.0/webapps/Thingworx/WEB-INF/extensions/thingworx-mail-extension.jar] with URLClassloader.addURL I have imported the above extension in other instances too .It got imported susccessfully. Can you help me on this?

I am still using MC 14.0. I had to re-install it because the motherboard on my computer went bad. Now, when I go to the Trace tab in plot format it comes up blank and clicking on anything but cancel crashes the program. Other tabs are fine. I installed the M020 release but that did not help. Any suggestions?  

I want to be able to turn scrolling off for everything except the main(parent) container. This way the page scrolls like a normal web app would. I have a parent container with many other containers within it. I can set the parent container to "scroll current container" and this works sometimes. One instance it does not work is if I have a collection widget in one of the child containers. I do not know ahead of time how many collections will be in this child container and thus I cannot make it a fixed size. The collection, therefore, scrolls even though I do not want it too. How can I turn off the scrolling for the collection and have it fit the container completely, or dynamically resize the container so I only have a single page scroll? Another example is if I have a label widget that pulls large text bodies from a DB that can vary greatly in size. How can I make the text dynamically resize the container it is in so that no scrollbar appears? This problem seems to only exist when

I have several projects that were recently migrated from Thingworx 8 to Thingworx 9.  In these projects I had  FileRepository Things where I was using the built-in GetFileListingWithLinks service.  In Thingworx 8, I was using the following syntax for the nameMask: nameMask = *.jpg | *.png if I wanted to search for either format in the repository.  This no longer works in Thingworx 9.  What is the new syntax for nameMask to search for files of multiple different formats?  Thanks!

Hi, I imported mashups from 8.4 to 8.5. Whenever I open the mashup, it asks to replace the deprecated widgets with standard widgets. But, we do not want to replace them and wanted to continue with the same. If we are not replacing and giving the option 'No' whenever it asks, will there be any problem in long run? And will it stop working after sometime? Please help us understand the negative impact of not replacing deprecated with standard widgets in 8.5V.   Thanks & Regards, Shalini V.

I used the Mathcad to derive equations, but I noticed that the program gives a wrong derivate for the followingd[(x-1)/(4x*(1+x))]/dx, Mathcad gives the answer as [(-x+1)*x'*(x+1)+x(x+1)]/[4x*(x+1)^2], which is wrong. Would you please advise if anything caused such wrong answer?Thanks!
