Hi,  In order to add Dia symbol or parenthesis, usually i used to right click and get in to properties. now i am not able to see properties in the right click. also unable to click dimension text which will bring pop up.does any one has similar experience? all the drawing i am facing same issue?

I am an professional engineer and have my own commercial license of Creo. I am also a coach of a FIRST Robotics FTC Team and wish to help my kids with learning and using Creo. I know I can't open any of their files with my commercial license nor can I create files for them to open. I understand why so I just want to make sure I can set my machine up to run the academic license to review their work and support them.Does anyone know if I can run both a commercial license and academic license on the same machine?If I can, what things do I need to do to not mess up my current commercial configuration?Thanks for any Help, MarkP.S. I downloaded the installer "pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe". If i double click it, it opens, extracts something and closes again. Is there something else I have to install first? Which Runtimes does Mathcad need? Does anyone know where the extracted files could be?   The .exe was run as administrator on Windows 10 Pro with the latest update.

Hi, I am trying to work with CREO Object Toolkit Java, there are few sample apps such as "InstallTest" and a User Guide, I followed the User Guide but still unable to run java apps, I get this error when starting any auxiliary application, "Startup of application failed".  My version is 7.0. Recently my installation of Creo academic started bogging down when in sketcher. It repaints lines very slowly, and is, in general, so bogged down as to be useless. This may have happened after a Windows update - I'm not sure. I can spin/pan/zoom just fine, which I wouldn't expect if it were an issue with graphics hardware. I upgraded to Creo 7, and the problem persists. I re-installed Windows 10, and then re-installed Creo 7, but the problem is still there.   Any suggestions?

Hello: I am retiring my old PC and setting up my new one. My Mathcad 15 Student Edition will not complete the installation process. It stops in the middle with the message "Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Mathcad15\tabler.ocx failed to register. HRESULT-2147010895. Contact your support personnel." I get the same message whether I check the box to get a new license or use an existing license. It does not get far enough to ask for me to point it to a license file . I have downloaded a license file keyed to the hard drive on the new machine, which PTC sent via e-mail, but it seems pretty strange. If I click on it, to see if it needs any further setup, it tries to set up a music player and organizer. It does not seem to have anything to do with Mathcad. So, that may be a second problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm trying to write a service that allows me to push a Kepware configuration (in .json format) to a chosen Kepware server. When I try to push the configuration using the "PushConfigToEdge" built in service, I get "Configuration Transfer from ThingWorx Platform failed. | Reason = 'Access Denied'" on the Kepware interface. I've also tried using the built in push/pull interface from the Thing -> Configuration Files page, but I get the same result.What am I doing wrong? Good morning i'm SeonHo   i have question about external access ..   Windchill is said to be web-based.Web-based means that you can access from outside if you have a valid account or privilege. However, it can only be accessed within the network where the Windchill installed server is located.In order to allow external access, all of the firewalls are released, port 80 is opened, and port forwarding is set to internal IP installed with Windchill. When you access Windchill, the PTC logo and login pop-up appear, but after logging in, an error is displayed and you can not access Windchill. I tried external access through a reverse proxy, but this was also possible only on the internal network.I would like to access Windchill even when using an external network due to my business trip, not my internal network. Let me know how to configure it Please tell us which section of the document you need to refer to or how to access it externally.   Thank you.

Hi,   I found a bug in the Fieldset-Widget. Nested fieldset inherit title of the parent fieldset.   Scenario: I put three fieldsets inside of a other fieldset. The parent fieldset gets his title from a service. The first child fieldset gets its title from a other service. The second has a static string as title and the last child fieldset has a translated title (via [[translationToken]]).   All fieldset now gets the same title (on runtime) from the parent fieldset. This bugs only occurs if the parent fieldset get the title via binding.   Tested TWX versions: - ThingWorx 8.5.2-b90 - Thingworx 9.0.0-b9557

Hello All,   In the attached mathcad15, i'd like to automate the output "Z.summary"  for each steel thickness "ts" instead of doing each individually. On page 6, i had to create Z summary for each steel thickness ts=0.142, 0.150, .... How can i have it show for each steel thickness the corresponding Z.summary without having to individually putin the row number 0,1,..? i showed the results for Zsummary for t=0.142 and 0.150.   Thank you, Sam

Hi Team,   Suppose I have a below network:-    A(Parent)    B (Child of A)      C(Child of B)   where A ,B and C are ThingNames of ThingWorx Composer which is displaying on a tree widget in a mashup.   Let say things A,B and C has common property as 'displayName' and I want to show the hierarchy as per displayName, then how would I achieve this to show a network on a tree widget in Mashup.   For e.g., the result should be like:-      displayNameofA                displayNameOfB                           displayNameOfC   (instead of ThingNames)   In short, I want to add some property in a network hierarchy instead of ThingName (or any other alternative instead of thingname)   Thanks in advance.  

Hello all   We have Creo 4.0 M130 and working on toolkit side.   I am aware that direct api which visits / collects all items in simp rep for assembly is not visiting all the items.... Items must be set as Either master or Exclude (only these two options) for api to work perfectly...   Concern is that designers set derived status as well for components of assembly for simp rep.... In this case , we obviously miss status of items which must be ignored or considered as item of simp rep.... Is there a way to achieve all the items which are active for a simp rep even though it might be set as excluded or master rep or derive status?   Feel free to ask for clarification if question is not clear.. thanks in advance...!

Hi,   We installed a trial of the batch printing service but we found the drawings are printed in no particular order (just the order they appeared in the batch print job). Is there any way to automatically order the drawing prints - for example as they appear in the BoM structure?   Normally, the consumer would just view the drawings online, on Windchill, and print their own copies when they need but in this particular case we're required to provide hard-copies sorted into the order the appear in the structure. Can anyone share how they deal with mass printing of drawings/documents for hardcopy distribution?   How do others deal with the batch prints, we could end up sending hours sorting through the prints and organizing them so we need to find a way to automate.   Regards Rob
