Hello everybody,   we have ~15.000 files (.pdf/.zip) which we like to import into our Windchill 11.0 M030 system. The upload and the manually setting of the correct version we already can do by our own. The missing last step is the link between the existing WTParts and the new added WTDocs as "described by" documents (version depending). Is there a way to use a spreadsheet which connects the filename with the WTPart Number (materialnummer), maybe with interim step adding the document numbers to it?   I read the Windchill help, but I miss the right keyword to get to a solution. Would be great if you can give me a solution note.   Best Regards,  Johannes

Hi,  I want to change column "2" of array "A" into column "3" of array " B" , and change column "3" of "B" array into column "2" of "A" array. The result of the interchange is shown in "A1" and "B1" arrays. Iwould like to program that procedure  in mathcad 15. Thanks

Hi,   I would like to get the transfer function from a set of equations that I got from KCL and KVL. I am not sure how to do it in Mathcad (Prime 5). From here, this is what I tried. EDIT: sorry for the edit. I should have just gone to sleep yesterday...and mine is Prime 4.

Hello, in the attached mathcad15 sheet, there is a region that contains math regions in it. I find it difficult to manipulate or move math regions around. how can i get rid of that large regions and have each region by itself? I am not sure of the point making it like that.   Thanks, Sam

I have two matrices in Mathcad 15 with the same number of rows each and the same number of columns each. The number of rows and columns are not fixed.   I want to obtain a combined matrix, as indicated below, where C1, C2, C3 are columns: MatrixA_C1    MatrixB_C1    MatrixA_C2    MatrixB_C2    MatrixA_C3    MatrixB_C3    ...   See attached example in Mathcad 15.   Thank you, Otilia

Is there any service that can give me the File Size and Last Modified Date of the file?    I have seen a service GetLastModifiedDate() but it is not useful.   Thanks and regards,    

Hi community users,    Is somehow possible, in Tree Grid Advanced, use function for expand/collapse all rows of the infotable?  I tryed to use property "ExpandLoadedRows" which is bindable - so I bound a Checkbox to this value, but it didn't work for me. It worked only when I set this property checked by default which shows me only expanded rows.   How can I achieve correctly shown data in tree advanced grid, when in BOM I have two lines with the same ID (in another structures/parents)? Currently it shows me the child ID correctly in the position , but from wrong ParentID.   Thanks  

Hi,   I want to transmit the text, that a label currently has to the java script function that is called at a click event. I tested writeEX(text); but receive "undefined". Maybe using property values could be a workaround, but I have five different labels, that shall transfer different values to one function.    Regards Whity    

Hello,   I would like to implement a worker guidance using PTC Thingworx and PTC Vuforia.    Since we are not using any PTC software like Kepware as a middleware solution, I'm wondering if it is possible to using our existing middleware (soffico Orchestra & soffico Juno).   Can anybody tell me if it's possible? Hi, I've updated the datashape on which is built an infotable called "myInfotable" that contains data (inside a thing), the update consists in adding a column. I saved and even restarted the thing, but i can't see the new field i added from the datashape, but if i create a new property (on the same thing) for i.e. "myInfotable2" and populate with data, i can see the new field properly!   Since I can't delete the previous property because it stores important data, how can i fix this?

I would like to access the data from the infotable bound to my widget during design time (ide). Are there any JS functions I can use? I saw there are some observers on the 'isBindingTarget':true properties but really would be thankful for some pointer in the right direction.  

I insert a general view into a drawing and select "No Combined State".  The "Drawing View" window automatically opens up, I click View Display>Display style>(change from Follow Environment to Hidden).  Click OK.   Next I right click on the same drawing view and select "Projection View" and place the new view.  I right click on the new view and select "Properties" then "View Display".  In that selection window "Use parent view style" is greyed out and not selectable.  Can someone point me to the setting that I can change so that item is selectable?  Thanks.

Having huge problems with a ref dim created in assembly mode, Plane/plane.9 hour and still counting.The problem is that the ref dim does not really exist any more, but it still causes problems. It can not be seen in the model tree. No relations or parameter are connected to the dim  And the plane it is supposed to be attached to does no longer exist because the component are not in the model any more.But the dim sure is there somewhere hidden in the code.Have tried to erase it in the "reference viewer" but the option is not there.  How do I erase a missing model or a missing dimension. Or is there at way to clean an assembly file from any broken references. Something like "cleanup drawing dependencies" but for assemblys ?

Hi  I have created a non administrator user ("SuperAdmin") by using administrator in composer. Now I want to create a user by using SuperAdmin when SuperAdmin Logged In into Organization URL. I have created a service which created a user and assign to a particular group. I have given a Visiblity and RunTime permission to User group where the user is present. I'm trying to create user using SuperAdmin Its gives me below error,please suggest right way Execution error in service script [addAdminUser] :: Import Failed: Not authorized for Create  Appreciated if any response from you.

The premise of this problem is I am using a spectrometer to collect data through a sample, and am trying to relate those values to data I am pulling off another measuring instrument (Called M1 here).  I am using polyfit to generate a line of best fit through the data pulled from M1, and then trying to use that function on the time vector for the data collected from the spectrometer to relate the scope data to the M1 data (making it time independent)   The issue here is I am struggling to use polyfit the way I would like to.  I want to use the  function I generate from polyfit on a vector from an excel sheet, not a vector I have to generate myself in MathCAD.  The reason for this being that if I have an error in data collection, the time vector for my spectrometer may be non-continuous.    I've attached a MathCAD sheet that hopefully clarifies the problem further. Hi,  My customer's going to use ThingWorx 9.1 as it starts supporting OpenJDK,   my customer also want to know if CentOS is feasible for ThingWorx 9.1 ?   ( I guess it's true as the code bases of Red hat and Cent OS are same )   I also heard that  there certain problem on ThingWorx Flow if running on CentOS but has no details ,  does anyone knows the problem ?    Regards, Sean  

I would like to build a sample application where I can tell people or customers to just download the View app and scan the ThinkMark. The application I programmed should also start directly on it. So far I always have to scan the QR code from the Experience Service before I can access my ThinkMarks. Is it possible to avoid this?

I get as far as "Simple License Entry" and I enter the code I have and get "invalid product code". What am I doing wrong? Its not the 0 verses O.

Hi,    I'm using ThingWorx 8.5.5,  the sequence of the logs that output via logger.debug in the script log is different with the execution code ,  it's inconvenient to read the log .   I don't see the problem  in ThingWorx 8.4.    Is there any setting about the log sequence ?    Regards, Sean
