Does anyone know if there are available security guides and security best practices on the Thingworx platform design, development, deployment, and maintenance?    Does Thingworx platform get any certificate on security?

Can't find anything at all why it isn't installing. The only applications that install are Common Files and Diagnostic Tools. The licences are good fine, Anti-virus are off and its running with admin.  

Is there a specific encryption code which Chalk uses? What determines this?

Hi,   I have a couple of items in the 2D border of my experience.  An image and a toggle switch.  The iamge background is transparent as set in the saved .png file and the toggle button has had it's background set to transparent in CSS as shown below.   //Button Class.my-button {font-family: Titillium Web;color: red;background-color: transparent;}   However, I am still getting these grey lines appearing between elements in the experience.  Does anyone have any idea what they are and more importantly how to turn them off!       Thanks, Sy  

Upgraded computer to Windows 10 and now cannot get Mathcad 15 to install with my product code.  Your website for license management wants a Host ID and I have no idea what that is.  Why does PTC make life so difficult.   Can you refund my money since i cannot install Mathcad 15 student edition on my computer now that it is upgraded to Windows 10.

Is there a Problem with the App Store in Italy? We are missing the Vuforia Chalk App in the App Store in Italy.

We are aware that Chalk is currently unavailable on Google Play Store and are working with Google to understand the issue. We are actively working to solve this issue and will update this thread when Chalk is available for Android users.

Hi,   I'm trying to place a company logo in the 2D panel of my experience.  However, it won't let me resize the image or the image won't scale to suit the panel width.   I've seen another accepted answer in the forum that you can directly change the size of the image resource but I can't select it.  Where as all of the other widgets and setting in the left tool bar change the mouse icon to a finger and allow me to select them and change settings in the right tool bar, added resources don't allow me to select them and the cursor stays a text I-bar.   I am using a trial version so is this a locked out feature or am I doing something else wrong?   Thanks, Sy

With the COVID-19 virus situation, we want to allow our engineers to work from home with Creo and Windchill.   We have a small number, around 10 who are experimenting with working from home and are running into an error when trying to upload / check in Creo files from a workspace.  Especially larger files, they are all getting a "HTTP Upload Failed" error. Checking on the PTC Tech Support site, there is an article  (CS249369) that addresses this, but says it is an issue with the network setup. My question is, has anyone had experience with successfully setting up Creo and Windchill to work over VPN?   If so, what did you do to get it to work?

Hello,Can anyone tell how to set black theme in mashup.  I attached my screenshot below.. In that I created mashup, i used tabs, i set black color to flex container area. But, in between tabs white color are appeared.  I need to set it as black color.

Form login has been configured using JSP(runtime).I used link widget to open up formlogin page on click of a button.I got formlogin page in a new window.But,I want Formlogin as a popup window.Is it possible to do this using Thingworx composer?    

Hi all,   I'm trying to load some data from Thingworx to Vuforia env, sometimes service execution takes 77-120 sec which causes time out error in Vuforia.    Is there any possible way to increase service time out  ?   Error Message: Error executing service SERVICE. Hi all!I'm trying to figure out how Creo knows the position (or placement/location) of items within an imported STEP assembly.After importing the step you obviously are left with an assembly where all the single parts and sub-asm. are in the right spot, but how is that location determined and stored? When deleting the Import Feature Id ## of a imported part, the complete geometry is deleted. Do the same in an assembly and all parts are still there .. in the right place.And then the catch: When I replace one of the single parts with a non-imported part (native Creo from my Workspace) it still is valid and not packaged. While adding that same part seperately (forgotten by supplier) I need to provide constraints to prevent it from being Packaged ..

I use a value display widget to make it red if it's smaller than 10, and bigger than 10, smaller than 20 blue, finally bigger than 20, smaller than 30 green. What can I do?

I am attempting to get change the text of a widget based on the mobile devices orientation. From what I could find, the best way to do this is via Javascript. The CSS methods I found for finding orientation are quite easy, but changing the text content of a widget via CSS is another story.   I found a solution here, and have tested that using the "Studio Sample - Import 3D Data" project that comes with vuforia studio. The only thing I have added is one extra button input widget, and some Javascript code.   When I test it using a preview feature in vuforia studio, the button text only updates once. The console continually rewrites the same orientation each time I change the preview orientation or the preview screen size.  I also tested it by publishing this app and running it on an iPhone using Vuforia View. Here is gets a little better.   But It appears the experience needs to see another event, beyond orientation change, to push the button text ch
