Hi, I have an functional EMS with LSR running in a Linux Docker-container which is connected to my Thingworx platform; it's working fine so far. Currently I'm trying to configure a Remote-Thing which contains a service that executes HTTP requests to an third-party endpoint. So that I can lookup the resulting data in my Thingworx platform.   My problem is, that I don't know how to write an REST requests with the libraries given with the LSR. The examples of Lua-REST calls that I've found so far require additional libraries (or modules) of which I also don't know how to implement them in the EMS/LSR environment.   Does anyone have an working example of an remote thing with an defined service that executes a simple http-requests? Is this even possible with the standard LSR or does it need additional modules?

Hello. We are currently migrating from Creo 2 to 4. As the title says, we need to hide hole notes from the model display. When using Creo 2, we had a configuration called model_note_display but looks like this configuration was deleted since Creo 3. We are wondering if any other configuration replaced that function. We know we have the display_annotations config, but that would also hide other stuff we need like geometric tolerances or dimensions on the models. Another solution could be hiding the layer where the hole notes are, but we don't have access to modify the start files, not all the models have the same layer structure and we would need to do it on every model we open (at least for the first time).   Regards

I need users to be able to enable/disable Things with a toggle button.  Is there a way to check if a Thing is enabled/disabled?

I've created a hollow shape, first by blending from a square with rounded corners to a circle, then by using a second blend concentric to the first but slightly smaller and removing material. The issue is that the resulting structure does not have a uniform thickness. Is there a way to make the thickness uniform?

Not sure why the results at the end are incorrect.  There do not appear to be any mathcad errors.  Any help would be appreciated.

Do Thingworx pull data from kepware or kepware push data to thingworx?

I made table format to create BOM. And I want to fix this table at the edge of drawing template when I need.   In drawing frame edit mode, I can set the table to edge of drawing frame. (Because I can select frame line.) But I cannot fix in drawing. (use XY coordinate I can fix, I know. It is burdensome operation I think.)   Do you have any ideas of this solution?

Does anyone know the meaning of the different symbols in the Configuration Editor?I recently upgraded to Creo 6.0.2.0 from Creo 4 and I had to make a few changes to my config.pro file. I saw that in front of many of the Names in Configuration Editor there suddenly was a "forbidden" symbol (red crossed circle). I have always been used to many symbols in front of the names e.g. "yellow lightning bolt" and "blue wand" or whatever describes them the best. I just never gave it too many thoughts but now that I see the "forbidden" symbol I got curious.I have searched throug the help files and the community but with no success.

Created a part in an assembly, now I want to pattern it but when I select it Pattern is greyed out.  If I add another of the created part to the assembly it lets me pattern that one.. but patterning the original would be much faster/easier to get it into place.  I did use reference from another part to create the part i want to pattern. is this causing issue?    Would like to know why it won't let me pattern and how to fix or any ideas for an easy work around.   using Creo 6

Hi all,   I have a Thingworx service with output field datatype as 'ImageLink'. When I map output data to 'dataGrid' in vuforia studio, I'm only getting Image entity name in Vuforia preview (PFB PNG for Reference)     Could any one help me to solve this.   Thanks in advance.   /VR

I've got a matrix with i rows and j columns.  I'd like to add all i scalars in column 0 as the 0th element in a new j-element vector, and add all i scalars in column 1 as the 1th element etc.. How?  The column operator seems to require an integer, not a range variable to select the column.  

Hello.    I wonder if it is possible to do CSS styling with pictures. for example this code for styling a popup that I have:      .Popup-Style { background-color:255,255,255; border-color: #000000; color: #FFFFFF; border-radius: 17px; opacity: 0.7; }   This means that the background will be white of the popup. But what I'm thinking of, is it possible to change the background of plain white to a picture instead? (if you have it uploaded in resources) something like:      .Popup-Style { background-color: /resources/Upload/Awesome_picture.jpg; border-color: #000000; color: #FFFFFF; border-radius: 17px; opacity: 0.7; }

Hi everyone, I'm developing some Vuforia Studio Projects that includes three or more different view. For example:  Home Service Technical Drawing In Home view I want to be able to set languages and some other parameters, that could be accessible also for Service and Technical Drawing. At the moment I'm not able to connect each view but only navigate from one to another.    For the languages selection,  I use a flag that change value and select a "predefined" set of label (used for example to translate the buttons).      Any suggestions?    Thank you, Leonardo

Anyway to turn on better snapping in drawings? When placing dimensions, snapping is only available AFTER having initially placed a dimension. Is there a way to snap while initially placing dimensions? Placing tables - is there anyway to snap to formats, other tables, etc. for easy and accurate placement? When attempting to use the product code BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI in the Simple License Entry in the PTC Installation Assistant, I am presented with a single "Error!" message and no details. I have previously used this license and was running Creo Parametric 6.0 with no issues for months on my University's network. Just recently, I moved to a different network and am connecting to my university network via a VPN and the license stopped working. I receive the Status "Invalid file or format" for my existing license that worked on the previous network.   How can I fix this license or download a new one for use on my home network?

Hello, In the attached worksheet, the FFT of a function is calculated. I would like to get the amplitude at each of the frequencies from the signal. From the plots of the FFT magnitude at various frequencies, it can be seen that the peaks amplitude decrease with increasing the frequency. The plots also show that sometimes the first peak is larger than the second peak and sometimes it is reversed.   I was wondering if this is a natural behavior of FFT or I must modify the script. I greatly appreciate your advice.   All the best, Payman
