question: In MathCad Prime 3.1, my first plot uses N-values. I want to overlay a second plot that uses M-values for visual comparison. I cannot enter the 2nd plot using its scale as Plotting Function wants to use 1st scale. How can I add two different scaled plots to the same plot image?

I have followed this tutorial to setup Rasbperry pi device. The device gets connected and inital values get upload the server. I had installed Thingworx for Manufacutring 8.4. I found "C:\PTC\ThingworxManufacturingApps\PostgreSQL" this directory on the server. Looks like PostgreSQL was installed by Thingworx for Manufacturing. I'd like to use PostgreSQL as data persistence provider. Can I install PostgreSQL 12 again? or Can I just use the existing one?

Hello, everybody, I am not very familiar with Kepware and have the following problem which I would like to solve.Due to infrastructural circumstances we have the following constellation. Changes to the infrastructure are not possible. We would like to connect via ODBC client to an information server that supports ODBC and periodically query certain tables. Then I would like to use the Allways On protocol (Thingworx) to retrieve the data and move it to another database. The question is whether it is possible to use Kepware as a source to query an ODBC-capable interface periodically (5 minutes) and forward the data to Thingworx.

hi community,    i want to make a summary of alert of an equipement that is composed by 3 devices, that means if a have an alert on 1 device or more i should calculate the sum of alert of all of them.  PS : i want to know also if an alert appear or disapper.  

I should set the permissions for all gadgets. They doesn't have a collection to do that .... do they follow settings of another collection (mashus?) or should I set permissions for each single gadget ?

I have installed the Manufacturing Apps in version 8.5.2 on a fresh ThingWorx instance (8.5.3). I have noticed that the status icons in "Configuration and Setup" are not displayed. Here is a screenshot where incorrect quotes before the <span> tag have been removed via the Chrome console. Is there a fix for the OOTB mashup provided by PTC?

I have installed thingworx 8.5 with apache tomcat 9. but apche 9 is taking lot of cpu utilization. so thinking to change it to apache 8.5 what is the procedure for this?

I'm working on a very large assembly in Creo 5, which is some legacy hardware created by a group that no longer exists. I don't know what version the assembly was created in, but it was done in 2000. I had numerous errors upon opening the assembly, all of which I was able to solve except this last one.There is a part that was apparently used as a skeleton. It is full of surface ids, created off of surface sets. The problem is, the feature which has failed has a missing reference of a surface set. But since there are no surfaces to redefine the feature to, I can't fix the missing reference. It won't allow me to use a datum plane either. I can't delete the feature, because half the items in the top-level assembly fail.At a loss for how to solve this. Hoping someone has a trick up their sleeve. Thanks in advance.

Hello ,  We have configured Thingworx 8.3 also we have installed ThingWorx analytics server .Thingworx analytic server installed without error and all services are up and running properly . But how to view through Thingworx composer . Also for Thingworx 8.3 docker is not coming with installable so could you please help me in configuring docker with thingworx 8.3.   Regards, Bhagyashree

Hello,   A customer would like to use Thinkworx 8.5 with the Amazon Cloud. We could use the DynamoDB database probably using the low level API (http Requests) or is there any High level API accessible from Thingworx? Hi All Have you experimented with HTTP/2? I suspect that the TWX Composer would load faster in the browser, because there are so many JavaScript modules, particularly if the server is not local. The Runtime might load faster too. Have you timed this by any chance? It is an easy test if you have access to the server, just put HAproxy in front of Tomcat (and Apache?). Or reconfigure Tomcat (and Apache?). Then open Chrome Inspect Network tab and reload. Thanks -- Rick

Hello community!! I read about how object toolkit c++ works and I have a query related to it. If I am not wrong visual studio is used as IDE/compiler to write, compile and run object toolkit c++ application code and link with object toolkit c++ libraries. Or is there an IDE/compiler of creo object toolkit c++ to compile and run the programs of object toolkit? I am confused regarding the role of otk_install_app, creotk.dat file and otk_install.sln directory which specifies visual studio solution. Awaiting your replies and suggestions... Regards, Rohan
