Hi all, I am trying to get the number of field definitions from my infotable as shown. In this case, I want the number of field definitions to return 4. I've tried using getFieldCount() but it doesn't seem to work, any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,   I want to connect a new project in Vuforia Studio with the Azure cloud. Therefore I have to install ThingWorx (TWX). According to an other questions in this forum, it is impossible to connect TWX trial version to Vuforia Studio (trial version). Is it possible, that I copy the data from the azure cloud to a server or save them local and connect the project to those data, just using Vuforia Studio?   Thank you

Header pretty much speaks for itself. I have flexible dimensions in some parts. I assemble several of these parts and use surface references to define these flexible dimensions, then I'd like to have a BOM of all these parts that lists their flexible dimensions. Driving length/width/height parameters from relations doesn't update them to the flexible dimensions (only returns the dX values that are in the original model), so it doesn't seem like I can use asm.mbr.<user_defined> to show these dimensions. Seems simple enough, but I just can't seem to find it. Any thoughts?

Was trying to analyse reflections on my surface, it results in weird patches blocking the reflection, any advice to change config settings to get rid of this?   Thanks!  

Hello!   I started learning the API for Creo Parametric.I am doing an install_test example ( https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS245175 ). I compiled the code, got the classes, but now I don’t know where to place them so that Creo can read them. I open Creo, and there is not what I need.Do I need to run the resulting classes? Here is the result: In the link I indicated there are points: start Creo  Set the current folder as the working directory Register the application with the shipped file protk.dat Start the application called InstallTest I am not sure that I correctly made points 2,3. And I do not know how to do this point 4. Help me please.   Best regards

Hello,   In version 8.3.2, when I select a service like QueryImplementingThingsWithData on a ThingTemplate, next query I can click Edit Query. It open a popup Create Query with a Add Filter button. When I click on the Add Filter button, I can select on a list a field and define my query. OK no problem !   When I do the same on a Thingworx version 8.4.3 or 8.4.5, when I click on the Add Filter button, nothing happen ! There is no list with my fields that is displayed and I can't define my query. For information, in Chrome console, I don't have error.   Does anyone have the same problem ? Thanks   Julien  

Hi guys,   I am trying to use a tree widget to display a nested list for options a user can select.  Can someone please provide a basic working example?   I tried to follow article,  this community post and the online video but no data is being displayed in the Tree Widget on my Mashup. Hi,   I have created the mobile experience using the Vuforia studio and Published it into the "Default Experience Service URL". Now I have installed the "View" app in my andrioid mobile and provided the Default Experience Service URL in URL section of Settings page. But in Library-->Studio Experices section I can't find the my published experience. Please suggest. Thank You!    

I am trying to update Style Definition through a service and I have done updating background color and font color but unable to update image.How to Update Image in it? Hi , lately I have not been able to see Maps in my Mashups and see errors as  'Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details' , On checking the console I could see 'You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at' .  To resolve this , I created a new API Key on google platform console and changed the API Key in metadata.xml file in GoogleWidgets extension folder. Restarted the server and cleared the cache of browser as well. Still facing the same issue. And in the console still see the old API Key and not the new one.   How to fix this?   Thanks, Vikas Tripathi

Hello,  I have used collection widget and mapped info table to collection widget Data. I have mentioned the name of mashup in mashup field. I cannot see the mashup parameter in properties. How can i map info table fields to mashup parameter. As in repeater widget it shows all fields in properties. How can i achieve that using collection widget. Hi,    It is my first experience with TW Analytics, I am trying to upload a PMML model version 4.3 from third part. I created a Provider using the 'AnalyticsServerConnector' but when I upload the model from file using 'Analysis Models' I get the error: 'Invalid Model' and on the ApplicationLog says: 'Unable to deploy model to TW.AnalysisServices.AnalyticsServer.AnalyticsServerConnector'.  Do you know if I might solve that problem or if it is for sure a PMML model problem of compatibility?   Kiund regards, Marco

"ThingWorx-Platform-Full-Installer-postgres-Windows-8-5-0 (802 MB)" gives a password error though the password matches the strength and the installation is terminated. This is an installer for Thingworx + Flow.    Kindly suggest a solution or if this is a release error. We have entered a password strength of more than 20 characters.  

      Hello guys, i have a problem, for 2 days i am trying to install ThingWorx Foundation, but i got the same error every time. I tried to install it on a fresh windows 7 and 2 times on windows 10 , both fresh install, i have installed java JDK 8, i tried also with JDK 13, i have put the path in Enviorment Variables but still no success. You can see the errors in the pictures attached below. If you have any idea why this is hapening i would appreciate it.        Thank you very much ! Have a good day/night.

Hey community,we wanted to update our runnig THingworx 8.4 to 8.5 so I had to test everything local on my computer before we update the runnig system.I got the tomcat version 9 and intalled it all, everything is working ... I thought.I wanted to put our customizations in my lokal system and I got some import error. I went to monitoring, to monitoring and to the ApplicationLogg to see what is going on.I found there 2 error messeges that are coming in every minute and I don´t know what is going on there.The first one is "Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections." and I don´t know what is about localhost:5432, because there is nothing running on this port and with 8.4 I did not had this error.The secoud one is "Error Executing Event Handler 'RunScheduler' for event Type.Thing:Entity.PTC.SCA.SCO.KPIScheduler:Event.ScheduledEvent" Maybe someone has an idea what I did wrong or wha

Hi Guys, I'm a beginner with ThingWorx, and have an application where an operator scans in a serial number of a device in need of service, and that number populates a serial number field on a current mashup which then follows the repair ticket through it's process.   Any ideas on how I should start this development?  At the moment there is a drop down picker which populates a required service.  Each service has it's own serial number code which automatically fills in that field and cannot be edited.  I would like the have the user select a " repair " option which will then allow them to scan in a serial number which will populate the serial number field.    Thanks,

I am having a strange twofold issue with the collection widget in one of my mashups in ThingWorx. The first issue is that I have to press the refresh button for the collection widget to display all of the desired mashups (some of them do not appear). The second and more important issue is that when scrolling, some of the mashups within the widget drop out and go blank. They can come in and out as you scroll back and forth.The data in the widget is coming from a SQL server with a number of services calling it. I'm not sure if that's part of the issue.
