Hello, How can I show sections of 3D model on a button click. I am trying to show sections from Creo Illustrate 5.1 but when I publish that model I can see only section view of model after loading. I want to see section on a button click is there any way? and how can I highlight same section?  

Hello, Is there a way by which we can get certain limited number of rows from infotable, without writing any custom service/code. For example I have 10 rows in my infotable, and I want first 5 rows, is there any service available which I can use to get that? Thanks in advance Regards Aditya Mittal

I have only created 3 columns in the grid. The fourth one appears as an extra and there is no need for it. Removing this extra column will greatly help in improving the look and feel of the grid. So how can the last column (unnamed column in the marked in red in the image) be removed.

Hi everyone,   I want to create a "shortcut" for a manual representation creation for an EPM document. The idea is to have preconfigured publish options and assign an action to do the actual call to the publisher.  I have a PublishRules.xml uploaded to the  Site --> utilities --> Visualisation Configuration Administration. Because of the rules in this xml I have a dropdown combo (Output Options) on the "Chose Structure Type" step of the New representation wizard. The default value is "All" but if I select for example PDF it will start only one Publish job with the param-set selected. Now if I want to call from an action the Publisher.doPublish(...) To evaluate AR in our company we had setup an own Thingworxs and Experience-Service on a local mashine.All is working so far besides loading the experience in Vuforia View. What is the correct procedure to update Vuforia Studio on a Mac? If I click on "Update" I am asked for a username and password. This leads to https://studio.vuforia.com but I do not have a trial account (as PTC partner). So how can we get an update/the installation package for Vuforia Studio?

Hi,   I was wondering regarding web frames. I have attached a picture of a static mashup and a web frame. There is a grey border around the web frame which in this case shows a .jpg of the google logo. This is also the situation in responsive mashup with layouts.   My question is. Is it possible to get rid of the grey border? - If not, where do I propose a change/improvement?

Hi!   I develop a C SDK based application, which uses encryption. A server certificate is loaded with twApi_LoadCACert() function and everything works fine except tunneling.   When I try to establish a VNC connection (with using of the Remote Access Widget), I get this error: "TW_VALIDATE_CERT: Certificate rejected. Code: 20, Reason = unable to get local issuer certificate".   By default, the twTunnelManager should use the same twConnectionInfo structure as twApi so that all twConnectionInfo settings should be shared by twApi and twTunnelManager. So, I don't understand why I have this issue with tunneling only. Other subsystems, including the file manager, work fine.   I tried to load the certificate file for the tunnel manager with using of twTunnelManager_LoadCACert() function, but it didn't help. What really helps is just calling of twTunnelManager_DisableCertValidation(), but I want to have the connection to be secured.   I have found this article: "TW

Hello all, I am trying to have a note on my drawing that is driven by the drawing name but without the last 2 digits. EG, drawing name is COFFEE_CUP-RED-01 and I would like a note to read COFFEE_CUP-RED This is so multiple drawings can be linked to the same model but the notes update based on the drawing name. I managed to write a relation as a proof of concept that would do what I want but I can't use system parameters (&dwg_name instead of rel_model_name) in the relations field I have learnt. The relation I was using is; NAMING_NOTE = extract(rel_model_name, 1, (search(rel_model_name, "01")-1))   Digging through the forums some have mentioned using the drawing program to act like relations but I  can't figure this out. I am stuck at trying to have a drawing parameter = a system parameter. Even if I got this to work I'm not sure if I can simply add the above relation into the drawing program.   Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason, my service stopped working.  It used to work, but I think after I duplicated the mashup and started using the duplicate mashup, it stopped working.  When I run the service by itself in the helper Thing, it works.  I get the error when I run it from the mashup.  The bindings are still correct and there seems to be no issue with the service and the inputs to the service.  The input for the user group name comes from the value field of a list.  When I bind the service that populates the list to a grid, the value field is there so it is not "null".  Please see the code below.  It seems that for some reason, the AddMember method is not getting or cannot get the name of the user group entity. The error message I get is as follows:   "User Creation Error: TypeError: Cannot call method "AddMember" of null"   I added try/catch since it created a ghost user every time I ran the service from the mashup.   ********************

In what SQL table is the custom meta stored. For example, we have custom Objects types & attributes. I'd like to query the SQL database but I don't know in what table this information is stored? Any ideas?
