Hi All,PFB method server log which is showing an error even though the Windchill got started successfully. Why I cannot create the plot with second axis?

Could anyone please explain the difference between a CBM system and ThingWorx Analytics? We´ve been hearing this concept lately, but cannot find any references on how they compare. I would really appreciate any help.

Hello!I'm trying to develop some application using object toolkit(from parametric 3.0) via c++.Started from the building of async examples. I did read in the User Guide, that it's better to perform developing in async mode due to ability to debug your application.I faced two problems:1. program was terminated on line: connection = pfcAsyncConnection::Start(creo_cmd, text_path);I'm using Visual Studio 2012. sync examples were executed OK.I added following to "Debugging > Command Arguments > "$(PRO_COMM_MSG_EXE)\pro_comm_msg.exe" .text\"I'm not sure it was a right decision, but I couldn't find any valid description of the process of executing an application in async mode, so just had to experiment At this point, it would be great to debug my program and find out an exception or some other additional info.It's time to point #2.2. There are no debugging symbols for object toolkit libs.Where can I find it?Thank you in advance,Artem

My mashup shows the table for valuestream, using queryPropertyHistory correctly, including the timestamp in millisecond format.   However, My problem is that when I export the table using the export widget, the resulting CSV file does not show the time stamp in milliseconds, the exported format is different from the mashup in this regard.   How can I export an infotable, which has timestamp in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSS    Thanks      

Hi,  As you can find below, I got 404 error when I called thing's services from mobile.  I installed Experience Service on-premise and not using SSL.  I can get data from thingworx core to call services of things by using below url. (http://xxx:2019/ExperienceService/content/projects/myproject/index-desktop.html)   But when I used mobile/tablet(iOS, Android) with thingview application or chrome browser, I got 404 error in Experience Service server log.   Since I can find logs in Experience Service server, I think the connection between Experience and mobile is ok but there is something wrong between Experience Service and thingworx.    What am I missing?? configuration or anything else??

Hi, I cannot connect to Experience Service with my tablet.    I've installed Experience Service for SSL.  I can set and validated Experience Service in thingworx studio Info. Also can preview and can call services of things that I made in thingworx core.    After I published this project and check with tablet(android, ipad), I've got "ThingWorx Experience Service Connection Error" message. (Unable to connect to an Experience Service. Check your settings or contact your Administrator) Of course I set the exact same URL for Experience Service as I set in thingworx studio. Also I check with chrome in Tablet with ping to Experience Service (https://xxx:2019/ExperienceService/ping).    So, what should I do in this case?  and is there any ways to check logs in thingworx view?

Hello,   I would like to use the PredictorThing to perform scoring with the RealtimeScore service in order to be able to use this service via the REST API.   I want to provide the data input temporally without the need to save a (small) dataset every time. But I don't know excatly how do I have to pass the datasetRef InfoTable correctly, when I want to pass the input parameters as json/in body. In the nested InfoTable of the metadata field, I pass the fieldnames, optype, dataType etc, and in the value fieldname, I pass the data corresponding to the field, beginning with the oldest value. We just recently updated our CREO software from 2.0 to 4.0 and we can't find the Custom Trajectory feature.   I saw a post about this same problem when the 3.0 update came out but that fix doesn't work.  In short you need to go into your config options and add/change enable_classic_nc_steps to yes but I can't even find that option.  Can anyone help me?

Hi,   I am facing an inconvenience with our customized Word-Export: In our PTC document we have a pick-list field and its entries are being exported. The issue with it is, that when there are multiple picks (e.g. stakeholder: Management, Production) these entries are getting exported without a separating space (e.g. stakeholder: Management,Production). Is there any possibility to change this? Saving the pick-list entries as “ Management” or “ Production” (with a space before) does not help.   Thanks a lot beforehand!   Best regards Daniel Remmers

Has anyone else had problems with the recent Firefox 59 update?   I've been using Windchill 11 (11.0 M030 CPS07) via Firefox without problems up to the end of last week.  Yesterday morning (after my initial log-in), Firefox updated to 59 and some time after that Windchill stopped accepting my credentials (across multiple platforms), and I and our IT team have been chasing the problem for about the past working day.  Through multiple trials this morning, it seems that once my account is unlocked (again!) I can access it through IE, and through the embedded IE in Creo, but not in Firefox any more.   Known issue, or should I flag it more formally (if others can corroborate)?

Greetings,We are installing Windchill for the first time at this company and are using:  Windchill 11.0 M030 CPS08, WGM 11.0 M030, Inventor Pro 2017, Windows 10. I am interested in using the Windchill preference Part Structure Override Attribute Name to prevent accidental Auto-Association of WTParts during Check in of new or imported assemblies.  This is an attribute that overrides another action, so YES means that you do want to override the WTPart creation action and prevent the Auto-Associate.  We are going to set the default value to be NO, and if you wanted to prevent a WTPart being created you would change it to YES. My question is, what attribute do I put in my CAD file?  Must it be named Part Structure Override Attribute Name to function properly?  Or is there a way to rename it in the CAD file?As an Admin In Windchill you go to Windchill Preference Management, navigate to Operation ▶ Auto Associate ▶ Pa

  Hello,  I’m working on a tool and am unable to edit the workpiece for it. This is the error I’m seeing:    Here’s all I have under my “apps_data” folder:   Also, select "Runner" under the Mold & Cast menu and the dialog box opens, but when I click on "round trapezoid" for shape - no dialog opens... I do however see a click flash in the upper left corner of the screen that says "Menu Manager". I've tried a simple round runner and I am able to put in the diameter, but after I sketch the profile it never shows (not even in a preview). Is something not properly installed? And if so, how can I resolve?Thank you in advance!Brandon   

Hi everyone. I'm working with reliability and for many times I'm facing the problem that mathcad can't evaluate cnorm (x), when x is equal or bigger than 9; it returns 0. I read the comments related to the subject on https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad-Questions/Standard-Normal-Dist/m-p/349437, but I couldn't solve the problem. It's not a problem that can be solved by going on format > results > tolerance (zero threshold) or tools > worksheet options > Built-in variables > convergence tolerance. I understand that mathcad can handle numbers up to 10^-307, but when solving an integral or, for example, applying cnorm function, the result is 0, when the number is less than 10^-17. I would be so thankful if someone could help me to solve this problem.
