Hi, I've downloaded the Relational Database Connectors Extension from the marketplace but while importing it in Thingworx Composer I get 'Not Acceptable' validation error. The extension downloads a zip file which has separate zip files for each type of DBs.Help.  

i purchased a personal use seat of wildfire 4.0, recently my machine crashed, i was able to salvage the HD and all my files. i built a new machine and wanted to reinstall my persinal use wildfire 4.0 seat, i was able to find the old ptcsetup from my download from the original purchase and it seems to run thru but i run into a error that says "PTCsetup is unable to complete the installation since it is unable to find the particular datecode required. please contact PTC techsupport hotline for assistance. Hi,   Downloaded Thingworx Manufacturing Apps Extension ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.1.0-extensionbundle.zip and unzipped. Tried importing ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.1.0-extensiondependencies.zip and ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.1.0-extension.zip into Thingworx Composer in the order specified in the document. ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.1.0-extensiondependencies.zip  1st extension is imported successfully, but 2nd extension (ThingWorx-Manufacturing-Apps-8.1.0-extension.zip) import is failing and throwing NullPointerException. Validation of extension is successful but import is failing. SCO_Common_extension, AppHomePage-extension, KepServerPlantstatus-extensions are failing and getting NullPointerException. Import failed screen is attached. Please let me know what could be the reason for this issue.        

I have been working with streams for a while and I've found that GetStreamEntriesWithData and QueryStreamEntriesWithData return essentially the same thing. With QueryStreamEntriesWithData, you do have a few more options as to what kind of data you get back (like a time range, or a custom query), but I've found it runs much slower than GetStreamEntriesWithData. Is this actually true? With GetStreamEntriesWithData, you do only get the option to select how many rows you return, but you can set a filter after the "query" (which I still find to be faster than QueryStreamEntriesWithData) Is there a specific use case for each service?

Hi,   Currently we are facing problem to link or relate custom symbol to dimension, so i want to know, is it possible to add custom symbol in text symbol so while adding dimension these symbol also add and get link with dimension (no need to relate object differently). So if it is possible then pls share steps in detail or if not possible then another workaround to link custom symbol and dimension easily.       Regards, Prashant Pandarkar

I'm doing a helical sweep with tools-relations formula.  I know this works since I have done it several times. However, it is failing in this one particular situation because there are constraints in place on the sketch. Of course, I never put the constraints in, they were automatic. The question is, how can I see what these hidden constraints are?   Is there an option that shows me constraints? I know sometimes a window will pop up to show this or they are displayed on the drawing view,  but sometimes it seems that the constraints are actively preventing an operation or feature and they seem to be hidden from my view. So, again, is there a screen somewhere that will show and allow deletion of drawings constraints? Thanks.   

Hi ,           I am using thing worx developer trail version. I am trying to upload the lab files downloaded from the developer thing worx .com. The "ThingworxFundamentalpreloaddata.json" entities files are not getting imported . i am getting error as "Internal error: java.lang.Exception: Import Failed: Allowable limit for licensed feature User is reached "   Kindly guide me to overcome this issue.   Thanks, Madavan

Hello   It is strange to adjust the text size of the list widget.A text size of about 24 sizes can be handled appropriately through listFormat.However, text sizes larger than 24 are displayed with the upper part of the character truncatedCurrently I am using version 7 of ThingWorx.Cause this is the problem ?? Or, if you are using a list widget over than 36px text size, please share it.   Thank you.

In a drawing (creo 4), I want to create a Mapkey to add "TYP" in dimension text. Everytime I try this, my Mapkey only work in the drawing I create it. Someone to help me ? Does anybody is able to add dimension text with a Mapkey ?  Thank you for your help ! 

Hello, I am starting a J-Link app to use with Creo 3.0. I can connect to Creo using the AsyncConnection_Connect. I am able to get the session and can use UIShowMessageDialog successfully. When I try to use UIDisplayMessage, I get a XToolkitNotFound exception. I installed the Demo Factory following the steps in "Installing the ThingWorx for Manufacturing Demo Factory.pdf" document.   STEP 3 – IMPORT THE KEPWARE SIMULATOR CONTROLS - OK  STEP 4 – ADD A TILE TO THE CONSOLE TO LINK TO CONTROLS MASHUP - OK STEP 5 – IMPORT THE TAG DATA INTO DATA TABLE - Seems to be OK STEP 6 – UPDATE THE LABEL FOR THE CONTROLS TILE - Seems to be OK   The tile is added to the Console linked to Controls mashup, but the label in the tile is not ok (shows ????) and when I open the controls mashup it seems to be not connected.               Thank you,   Maria Alice

Unable to install ThingWorx 7.2.1 platform after deploying war file getting error HTTP Status 401.

The scenario: I have 2 models namely Model1 and Model2.  I want only model1 to be visible by default when the experience is loaded. I have a toggle button, which when pressed, hides model1 and displays model2 and vice versa.    Issues I am facing: Both model1 and Model2 are visible initially. I have tried binding toggle button property "Force Hide" to model2 which successfully keeps it hidden when the experience is loaded but upon clicking the toggle button it doesn't get visible. 

I installed Windchill 11.0 on a test system and loaded base data. The system starts and I can login. However, if I shutdown Windchill or log off that computer, Windchill will not start again. Hi,I have 5 sequences (5 .pvi files inside my .pvz file) and I want to play all of them one by one on a single click of a button. (Button should remain disabled till all the 5 sequences get completed.)Next sequence should only be get start after completion of previous sequence. Greetings,   I'm trying to make a query ,via the client, that will get me a list of segments whose children/grandchildren nodes got modified within a day.   Let's suppose I have documents like following : Parent : Requirement Document (ID : 1)  Child : Requirement (ID : 10) GrandChild : Requirement (ID : 100) and I need a query which will get me the parent documents'  ID only, which is 1 here, when his grand Children nodes (Id 100 here), or Children nodes (Id 10 here) got modified within 24 hours. (This Modification should include attaching new Files & deleting Attached Files)   It seems a query filtered-item.segment-and Modified Date in the last 1 days by following Contains   is getting me the the parent item only when his child got modified with in a day.   and another one filterned   -item.segment -and Modified Date in the last 1 days by following Contains (OR) -item.node -and Modified Date in the last 1 days by following
