How do I find out where the Click is being connected to in Thingworx Studio? In Thingworx, there is a map where it shows all the connections.

Hi,   I am using MC Prime 3. I am trying to see if it is possible to interpret various points using indexes as per the attached.    Basically I have defined various matrixes and interpreted lines between them as a function of z. Then I have used solve blocks to find the z value when the two lines interpreted from my matrixes meet. However, as I am doing many iterations of the same thing I want to know if it is possible using indexes or if there is a better approach? I have never got into MC Programming but guess that might be an approach?   Thanks,   Andy.

The eSupport Community link from the support portal does not lead to the eSupport area of the community.  Instead it just leads to the main community (front) page. I have a variable defined as the result of a function. Worked perfectly the first time. A few lines further down the page, I use the same variable but define it as the result of that same function, only with a different argument. Now it presents me with the mentioned error "This value must be a function".

All instances are showing in the folder. How do I get only the generic to show?   The following photograph is what shows when I am opening the file in Creo: As you can see, all instances are showing. In the “windows” folder, only one .prt is showing” Other parts that have family tables (ones that I did not create as this is my first) show only one part when opening in Creo in the folder and does not show all the instances.   Please assist as I am not sure if all the parts should show.

Hi, we have set up a script that is triggered by the Member.unlockRevision.post event. It should send a mail if a user's lock is broken by admin. This works for "downgrade lock" from the sandbox and member history view, but not for the "Member/Locks/Find all locks for a certain user" view - the script is simply not triggered (we have no log output).   So this is only triggered when downgrading an exclusive lock - all other actions have to be done via "Member/Locks/Find all locks for a certain user" view.   We are on Integrity 10.5.   Is this known, corrected in a later version and is there a workaround?

I'm looking for some help tracing down a really weird error; On a few of our template drawings, (drawings & models that we save-as from repeatedly), certain dimensions on the drawing don't update properly after the model is updated.   That is to say, we'll update the model and regenerate, then switch windows to the drawing and most of the dimensions will have already updated. However one or two will sometimes change to some garbage value, neither what the dimension was before nor what it should be now. A manual regenerate of the drawing will then update these wayward dimensions to the proper value. The problem is that most of the dimensions will update correctly leading the user to think the drawing is fully updated and ready to print without doing a regen of the drawing.   We are currently running the following config.pro options, which makes me think it’s not an issue that the drawing itself isn’t updating. save_display no auto_regen_views yes I'm trying to

Hello   I have a simple part file. I would like to know ID of all surfaces of part. I can get all surfaces by doing Find---> Look For as Surfaces and setting History --> Rules ---> All. Anyone else having problems logging into your PTC web accounts? Nothing but silence from the webmaster that I reported this to over a week ago. This affects not only the community, but I also cannot get into the eSupport portal. This is affecting my ability to participate since I get this error nearly every time I attempt to reply.

Hello, I have multiple devices of same type where 2 sensor parameters which are streaming in from the device to the platform lets say T1 and P1 Based on that i have created multiple remote things to access those parameter values.   Now i need to create a UI where i need to allow the user to configure the threshold for T1 and P1 with lolo,lo,hi and hihi. Whenever the streaming value crosses configured threshold value, i need to run a default service for lolo,lo,hi and hihi respectively. To achieve it, what should be my approach in saving those threshold for each device, and how should i make the configuration for properties such that when it crosses certain threshold, it runs the service automatically.   Thanks Sunay

Hello   Buttons in ThingWorx only contain click events.If I have a button widget that returns true / false depending on when it is pressed and not pressed, can I share it?An event should also occur when it is not pressed when pressed.I would really appreciate if anyone could share it.   In addition, the pressed button that I say is as follows.

I am currently completing the 'Introduction to Thingworx' Training on Precision LMS.The content just begins with a Thingworx instance already up and running and the only installation details, that I can find in the Lab files, is a document with info on installing Tomcat & Java, and a link to this video.I believe I have correctly installed Java and Tomcat, but now I am looking for a Thingworx.war file to deploy. I have included an image of what was included in the training lab files, and there isn't anything applicable.I have looked on the Thingworx downloads page, but am unsure which is the correct download for the war file.I'm not looking to setup a production environment, just to locally install Thingworx on my Windows machine in order to complete the training.If anyone could tell me if/where I need to look, any help would be much appreciated.Many Thanks,
