Hi, I have used this case item https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS153902#_ga=2.74008146.1721421084.1499644934-1088247561.1431470961 to get the work item records I want to complete through an API call. And this case https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS234435 tells you how to complete the work item once you have it. But from the records I get through a SQL query, I have the unique key for the work item (idA2A2 from table WorkItem), but how do I get the WorkItem object in code from this unque key.   If I try a search condition such as SearchCondition condition = new SearchCondition(WorkItem.class, WorkItem.IDENTITY, SearchCondition.EQUAL, iWorkItemId); I get an error that says Caused by: Attribute "identity" is not a member of class "class wt.workflow.work.WorkItem"   If I try SearchCondition condition = new SearchCondition(WorkItem.class, "workitem.persistinfo.key.id", SearchCondition.EQUAL, iWorkItemId); I get a similar error. &nb

Are there any plans for the WS EMS (Web Socket Edge Micro Server) and LSR (Lua Scripting Resource) SDK or standalone exe's running on the Edge device to support Windows 10 IoT Core with ARM processor, for example on a Raspberry Pi 3? Hello,   I have a set of data which I divided into 3 vectors X, Y, and Z. I know where the emplacement of the file is, but it seems that I can't just modify the 2.6.1 file with the 2.6.6.

Hi everyone,   I am trying to run a payload random vibration analysis in Creo Simulate of the cubesat rails with the top plate and two root actuators that deploy one panel. I have defined the PSD table with frequencies ranging from 20-2000Hz and ASD levels in (g^2/Hz) as uni-directional translation in the (1,1,1) direction. I have 2 problems: 1. When I try calcuating deflections of the panel, I get absurd values which are 1/3rd the size of the panel. Do you have any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong? I know that's not a lot of information but I am open to ideas. 2. I need to get the output PSD response. I can't figure out how to get that. Can somebody help with that? 

Hi,does would anyone know which service to use to set the visibility on an individual entity. If you could provide an example that would be great.Currently I create networks, things and organisations and organisational units programmatically using data from a mashup. I would also like to be able to set the visibility of the things & networks at the same time, but can't seem to find a suitable service. I have seen discussions concerning 'collections' but I want to set it on an individual basis.Thanks,Kieron

When I place a dimension it is 3 places, I can go into properties and change it to 2 places, but I have to do this to each and every dimension.   Is there an doption to change the default from 3 places to 2 places so that when I create a ne one it comes in as 2?   In addidion, can I make it so that my dimensions come in as fractions?   I am hoping it is an option in the .dtl (drawing properties) or in the config.pro (configuration editor) file.

Hello,   I'm having some troubles with AFX automatic drawings. There are several things:   1) Can I use drawing formats stored in Windchill?? I have configured the name of the format used in "drawing_setup.txt": If I save "afx_a3_pieza.frm" in "drawing_formats" folder, it works! If I save "afx_a3_pieza.frm" in any other folder, and I point at it with "pro_format_dir", it works!         But if I store it in Windchill, and I point "pro_format_dir" at the Windchill folder, AFX can't find the format.   2) When I use the "afx_a3_pieza.frm" format stored in AFX "drawing_formats" folder, AFX can find it, but its created in the Workspace as a New Object, althoug the format exists in Windchill:   Can I configure anything so AFX can find the format in Windchill and reuse it? The only way I have found is to previously donwload the format to the Workspace...   3) When I create the drawings, all profiles are Extracted, althoug they shouln't have

When I use built-in textbox widget, how can I change "ReadOnly" attribute of the textbox widget depends on login user? For example, only users belongs to Administrator group can change value of text box and generic user only can see the value.

Hi,When you download and install 30-day free trail version of Creo from https://www.ptc.com/cad/creo/parametric/free-trial you are not able to start Creo after logging into another Windows account.It is strange because not all of users have administrative privileges to install software, and in many companies softwares are installed via administrator account for all local users. Any idea how to launch time-limited Creo on local account that was not used during installation process??RegardsKrzysztof

Hello.   I followed the tutorial, which is the 'creating a Mashup to view Data from the GetAllRecords Service"   In this course, there is a view when the data was bound to the Grid Widget.       However, In my caes, The field name of  the data was not displayed. Hello,I have been getting this error despite me adding the Google Maps API key under ThingWorx 7.2. I have added the Google Maps API key into the extension metadata and updated it. I can see that the value has changed under .../tomcat/webaps/thingworx/Runtime/index.html. The new API key is there. I have also tried calling the url from curl- it also works.<FileResource type="JS" url="https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?key=<apikey>;sensor=false" description="" isDevelopment="false" isRuntime="true" />I am NOT seeing any calls to google Maps with my API key.This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. Hi,I have used grid widget in my mashup. I want to change the text size of rows in the grid. I have changed the text size of RowbackgroundStyle & RowalternateBackgroundStyle in properties of grid widget. When I loaded the mashup I didn't find any changes in text size. I want to change the size of text below the header in the grid widget. Are there any ways I can do that?
