Hello everyone,Does anyone know if mathcad provides a function that allows us to know what are the values that have the same frequency, and the frequency too, when the mathcad "mode(A,B,...)"  function returns the "multimodal" error?To be more clear, it is given the vector A, consisting of N elements with random values included within certain limits, I want a function that let me know what are the elements of A that have the same statistical frequency, and what is the statistical frequency, since the mathcad 15 function "mode(A)"  returns "mutimodal error" if in the vector there are more than one value with the same statistical frequency.Thank youFM

Hello,   Attached should be a screenshot of the issue I'm having getting a dimension to behave. I have selected to display the angle between features of a pattern, but it doesn't line up directly on the centerline of the hole. If we have a EXCEL  table and we want to show it direct to ARBORTEXT what is best way to do it

I have legacy data from Pro IntraLink that I want to import into Windchil PDM Essentials.However, most of the legacy data is not at Rev A.1.So how do I import the legacy data and set at a revision higher than Rev A.1...say Rev B.2 for example.

I created a Product in my production server that separated from the rest of the other products. I have set up a Team and given them access restrictions so that they don't mess up or go into the other product folders. The problem is, I am trying to grant one user the ability to create workflows and templates but he cannot see them. I tried following the procedure in CD33694 "How to grant permission to user to be a workflow administrator in Windchill PDMLink"   (https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS33694&art_lang=en&posno=1&q=how%20to%20grant%20a%20user%20wor…)but there is no "Prinicipal Administrator" present under site/utilities view when I am logged in as Site and Org Admin.There is a foot note saying, "It will be necessary for the user to have access to the Utilities menu such that they can access the workflow templates. At a minimum, the user would need to be in a context management role (product / library manager)"  can someone point

Currently, I have a landing page that displays a list of things pulled from my grandparent template called ControllerThingTemplate via a service using a repeater widget. Inside the mashup of each repeated template is a button that navigates the user to another mashup to display more information about the current thing they are selecting. The issue that I am running across is that on the second mashup I need to display properties that are on the parent template that are not on the grandparent template. I would like to use one mashup for any these things. Is there a way to do this??

Hello,I am currently upgrading from WF4 to Creo 3 (M110).  I'm comparing out drawing export to PDF, and I'm seeing some issues when using true type fonts.As you can see, the +/- symbol in the dimensions is overlapping the end of the dimension value.  This is only appearing after exporting the PDF with TrueType fonts.  Both the drawing in Creo and a PDF export with stroke fonts correctly displays the dimension symbols.  FYI, this is happening on other symbols too, this was just the best example.Any ideas how I can export the PDF with TrueType fonts without this overlap?Thank you,CoreyThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Basically it is easy to get the list of files Out of Sync Members using the filer in the IMS client + check box "Hide empty sandboxes"I wonder if I can reproduce this filter using SI CLI, so far I tried with si viewsanbox but this command lists all files in the selected folder or project. I would like to have only those with the filter mentioned above. Thanks.

Hello,   I have been set as a local administrator for PTC Integrity. Our group currently uses Integrity for source control and issue tracking. Recently, I've learned of Test Management features available within PTC Integrity, and I would like to integrate these features to improve the efficiency of our testing process.   I have rights to modify the Admin Server, but the physical server is half a world away.   If I go to "Content" and "Insert" is grayed out. Are there features or additional content that needs to be installed? Again, I would really like to roll this out and I have no idea where to start.   Thank you for your help.

I have a model in which several boundary blends create the part geometry. A series of sketches are consumed within these boundary blends. Hi All,  I am planning to create the Extrude feature by Toolkit Program in predefined datum plane as reference. Since I know the plane exactly where would be the extrude. Hi,So, I have a service which allow me to create a Thing based on a sshServerTemplate (from the ssh extension of the marketplace). When I call it it creates the thing and configure it (user/pass, url, port, ...) and it works perfectly.I need to do the same thing with the sftp extension (also available on the marketplace) so I duplicated my service and changed some values in order to manage this. But when I execute the service it throws me an error : "Thing [<thingName>] is not running" ...I tried to remove all the configuration part to just keep the creatething part and it works, the thing is created. Can we release one rotational degree of freedom in contact analysis in creo simulate. When i tried giving a specified rotation to a cylindrical part but got a warning saying "you constrained rotational DOF for an entity that does not have rotational DOF". How shall we give a specified rotation to a part and do contact analysis on it? Can anyone throw some light on this. I am trying to write a relation that goes something like this...IFParameter = even numberdimension_x = .05ELSEdimension_x=0ENDIFI cannot figure out how to get Creo to tell if the Parameter (which is a integer type) is an odd or even number.Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have set up the AfterEDRloader according to CS216668.Everything is working fine. My pdf is shown as an attachment.But I want to add the lifecycle state in the filename. This should not be that hard to do?I guess I just need to modify the AfterEDRloader.java file but I dont know how exactly.Anyone with experience of the AfterEDRloader method?

How do I change the line style for a component in a drawing?   I know I can select Component Display but my choices are limited and i have to select all components in the view individually.     My preferred method is to change the line style in the Assembly or the Component level and have the drawing use the line style for the 3D model to display in the drawing.   I cannot find any information for this.   Does anyone have any ideas?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hi I want to know how to insert a PDF in detail. normal we need to insert supplier's drawing (PDF format) in our frame, during the process we need to resize the PDF to right proportion (most of the frame) and right position ( top left corner).I failure during trying: layout> insert> object> create new + (brown right the PDF folder), the insert PDF do zoom with frame( zoom by mouse). i can drag the PDF, but when I save the detail as PDF ( the supplier drawing + our company frame), the insert PDF stay in small size in left top corner, most of frame is frank.I check PTC e support and find same probelm but no right solution, so I come here for your help, thank you.Best regards, HongjiePS: system information: win 7, creo 2.0, PDF read XThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. I am trying to add some users with an ACL for their group to have read-only access to drawings in any state.As an emergency fix, we put one user in the design group, which has read and write access to drawings and models. This is too much for this group of people.They are in their own functional group at the Org level as we use their group for sign-off on Change Requests. They want to see the drawings of the items that they are approving, not just the CR text.I tried assigning them to a read-only group and that did not resolve the issue, but there may be something else with that group.I tried adding a new ACL for in-work EPMdocumnets, but that is the wrong document type and it did not work.Looking in Type Manager, I cannot find an icon that matches the drawing icon to get the proper type name for a drawing. Does anyone have a cross-reference list of the Windchill type name to a common engineering name? Windchill 10.0 m040

In a document I save the title of a svcproc tag every time it appears into a string and append it to the previous one. At the bottom of the page I want to set this combined value of the string in the footer. then I want to clear it so that on the next page I can begin saving only those title that appear on that page to set at the bottom of the page. I can save the variable using append=1, my problem is finding a way to clear it after pagination so I can start saving again.thanks for your help

All,Has any one successfully removed options from the Conflicts window when you modify an object in Creo Parametric that you do not have Checked Out?We set the Creo config option to default "Continue", but we are looking to remove the "Revise and Check out now" option. Users are inadvertently creating new revisions on top of the one that they are supposed to be modifying. Now instead of working on rev B, they are working on rev C without even knowing.Thank you in advance
