I am struggling to show the result of the calculation in terms of the voltage and the phase angle (in degrees).  Vp calculation is correct but it does not show the phase angle.  The phase angle should be -121.4 degrees as shown on the sample calculation at the end of the works sheet.  I can produce the correct result in Matlab using the rad2deg function ( [abs(Vp) rad2deg(angle(Vp))] ) but I cannot find an equivalent function in Mathcad.  Any guidance gratefully received.Thank you.

I have an equation with one unknown variable which I'd like to solve for, but I get an error "No solution was found".  I can make a function with the variable and it will solve for any value, but when I try to use 'solve' it finds no answer, see below.What am I doing wrong?

Hi guys,I have EMS and luaScriptResource (which is fetching data from sensors) running on one machine and  Thingworx on another machine.I have configured the offline message store in config.json.Now when I stop the Tomcat server the offline message get saved in offline_msgs.bin ​file and as soon as I start the Tomcat the server the file size becomes zero. How can I restore the messages/data from offline_msgs.bin ​file.Correct me if I am wrong, offline_msgs.bin ​file store the data sent by sensor when the Thingworx is offline.Suppose the TWX server is down for some time may be for 1 hr, can I restore all data send by sensor for that one hour?

Here's the dilemma:We have a FOSI and a DTD.  The cover page is set with a region using a putgraph.  The putgraph inserts the outline for the content (which is actually done for every page in the entire publication).The problem is that it works for some of us and not for others - the latter gets the image, scaled about 5 times larger than it really is.  This only happens on the cover page though.  All of the outline graphics, on every other page, work fine.I have compared every setting on my system (with correct output) and a system that doesn't get the correct output.  Everything appears to be the same.  With the exception of the version: most of our team has AE 7.0, F000.  The FOSI and DTD works great, no problems.  We have another team that has AE 6.1.  This is the team that gets the incorrect output on the cover.I'm not sure if the version is the issue, however, because it's only the cover page that is not setting up properly.  Any

Hi allI've just downloaded (for £185ish) the student premium version of Creo 3.0, but it doesn't seem to offer either the NC milling or injection moulding processes that I actually need for uni. I'm curious if it's maybe just an error I've made during installation or if it actually doesn't offer 80% of the functionality that students need?Thanks for any help...Calum

Hi,Every 10 minutes, my sensor uploads a set of XY values, for example: [4,2],[3,1],[2,1]. In this example my sensor uploaded 3 sets in one POST. But the amount of sets that is uploaded is not fixed, it can change in every upload. What is the best approach to store these sets, so that later I can query them, for example, retrieving the sets that were uploaded at an specific time?InfoTable? if so,  can i create historic data of infotables using a value stream? or shall this be written to a data table? I am confused with these two options.Thanks a lot in advance

I am trying to implement the export data widget in some of my mashups.  I am able to get the export data widget to work fine when I am logged in as a developer or as an administrator.  However, if I am logged in as a normal user the export data widget does nothing.  I didn't see any messages in the log showing that it was a permissions issue.Any suggestions on what permissions/visibility setting I need in order to enable the export data button?Thanks in advance for any help/direction you can provide.Thanks,Paul

I am new to Thingworx and trying to understand how the services work through an SDK (.net for what it's worth).Basically I want to know how to run a local service (local being relative to the platform) from my client code.  I see how we create a remote service, pick it up at the platform and can test it out at the platform which executes the code on the client.  How do I do the opposite where I reach up to the platform, execute a service and get the result back down to the client?

However, I am not able to export the data for this expression, even though I can export the time data and some simple time domain function. Hello,I used different options for setting the style definition of my tree widget, but some of my elements are always displayed in default font.(state dependant style, closed/open node)In the attached image you can see that the first "newTestChild2" element is displayed with the TreeFormatter style, but the other two always appear in default style.what am i doing wrong?

I get this error when attempting to import a solidworks file direct into Creo 3.0. Is this because of creo not opening solid works 2016 files, or is this a different issue?

It's a new season, so trying to add new students to Windchill.  All created their accounts, then I tried adding them to our Windchill project via email search.   Some showed up in the search and some didn't.   I can provide the user names/emails, the team is FRC4931, Edwardsville Technologies.   I remember this happening a year or two ago too, but don't remember the solution.Rande JohnsonFRC4931 mentor

Back in 2005 before I started working here someone created a giant family table and it has been wrong since. Is there a way to completely break up the family table, and reorganize its structure?
