I am trying to create a Haigh-diagram for a dimensional analysis of an axel. I want to plot a single point representing my situation vs my material limits plottet as graphs. But I am not able to figure out how. Below are my two results and third is how I want it to look. Can anyone explain how I can make it work? I am also interested to know how I can control what graphs are plotted to what x-values. In the second case two of my y-expressions is automatically assigned to my last x-values, alough I only want the last y-expression to be evaluated at the last x-expression.

When I click on the insert analysis tool, the only types available are Excel and Prime. I have a work sheet I use and it runs properly on a Windows 7 machine in Mathcad 010 but it fails to work in Mathcad 045 working on a Windows Surface book OS 10.the command isAny ideas?Is this a problem in OS or changes to MathCAD from 010 to 045?A

Hey guys. I have units problems when i use protencies and square roots. Can someone explain how i can solve this problem? for instance in the attached file i should have kN instead i get no units.

I've recently reloaded MathCad 14 onto my re-imaged Windows 7 computer on which it used to operate but the program will not start up. The icon on the task bar 'glows' and then dissappears without any request to find the licence. Has anyone come across this before and knows the answer?Thanks in advanceRichard

Hello everyone,I'm working on an experimental interface to improve Windchill learning. The main idea is to embedded a Windchill in a Mashup to be able to add some instructions over / in parallel of Windhcill and too quickly browse other information in the same interface.The trouble is that when I use the Webframe Windchill and load it on runtime, I put my credential, I see a white page with "PTC" during 1-2 seconds and then the Webframe is like empty/transparent. I browse in the Community and read that it is not the first time that the url may not be loaded in Webframe. It seems to be a trouble with the source website which can't be loaded in an iframe html markup (or something like this).So, considering this trouble and as we own Windchill software, does anybody would know how to display a Windchill window in a Mashup? Hello AllRecently I have been working on my mathcad file which  include formulas and some pictures and it worked fine for a while. I was able to close it every single day  and open the file next day. But today I cannot open the file. The application I have on my system is PTC mathcad prime 3 and I havnot updated or change it since I installed it on my machine. I'm able to open other mathcad files but not this file. Hi,Historically i have given 3D PDF files to other non CAD people within our organisation.I never had issues with file sizes, but with Creo2/3 the exported file sizes are HUGE/bigger than creo files and so become unusable.I read on the web that Adobe dropped 3D support.Does anyone have similar issue or a work around? are there any settings we should be using to reduce exported file sizes?Its quite annoying for what was once a simple solution for sharing with  non-technical people.What are people opinions for other external viewers, I know PTC creo view express but is that truly a free viewer or like edrawings?The people that want to view the files can be marketing/design so do not have CAD viewers and use macs..Any help/opinions welcomeThanksDanThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hi all,please see attached.I am attempting to derive what I thought would be a simple enough equation to describe the maxima and/or minima of a "filter" function magnitude response.  The example is a simplified version of my original problem and although in this case the answer is very obvious (w = 1), my original problem did not have so obvious an answer,  And also, although I can easily plot the response, I would like to establish the design equations to allow me to work backwards from a requirement to a solution in equation form.In the worksheet, the symbolic solution seems to fail.  I specify the function H(s) and then substitute s = 1i.w to obtain continuous frequency response.  I suspect the problem is complicated by the use of the |magnitude| function which might make symbolic solution difficult - that's my guess at why this doesn't seem to work.  If there is a better way then please let me know!  I have been staring at this on and off for a few day

I had an Excel sheet working nicely with Creo 2, and all of a sudden I started getting automation errors while trying to connect. The error is "Run-time error 2147417851 (80010105), Automation error. The server threw an exception."The only way I can clear it is to restart the PC. It will work fine a few times, and then throw it again. I can't find anything that would cause it, and it always happens while trying to connect.Set oConn = oAsynConn.Connect (Null, Null, Null, 5).Once it trips, I get the error regardless if I stop and restart excel, and it doesn't matter if Creo is open or not. It also happened when I tested on a different machine with the same spreadsheet. Hi All!On two PCs I installed mathcad 15 (on one OS Win 7, on the other OS Win 10) and on another mathcad 14 (OS win xp sp3). Among the one and the others I find differences in the fonts. For example in one's French MT script, while in the other there isn't. So it is obvious that importing programs from one to another there are changes. How do I avoid this?Thank you very muchF. M.

What is the best way to handle the user password creation text box?Currently the user password and confirmation text boxes are displayed in plain text.  I have tried a number of methods to convert the text into a diffrent character masking the entered password.  I have also tried changing the fonts to hide the password, changing font color to the background color, transparent font color, and placing a label on top of the password text box.  I have also written a function that takes in the password and outputs the appropriate number of masking characters.I can't seem to get the standard password screen effect that displays ****** or a different character for each password character entered.Any tips would be helpful.

I am trying to build a robot for FTC and am having trouble constraining it. I am trying to attach two channels together at a specific point, but the the program is not allowing me to constrain to a certain spot.

I have an Excel sheet that lists all of an assembly's components, and a "Part Number" parameter for each component. Hi everybody,I am trying to build a function that should give back two vectors (and that is not the problem), only those vectors have different units.The only way I can imagine is to adimensionalize the vectors, using UnitsOf (or SIUnitsOf) and the assemble them in the array of vectors that I want to get back.Somehow this it is cumbersome and error prone, since outside the function I will have to multiply back the variables by their units.Thanks a lotBest regardsClaudio
