we currently have Arbortext Editor, Styler and Arbortext Publishing engine along with Documentum. We need to upgrade Documentum Environment to Content server 7.1 or 7.2 as well as upgrading to WebTop 6.8. Does PTC support those Environments?What are the latest Documentum environments you support?What are the latest versions of Arbortext Editor, Styler and Publishing Engine?

How does one borrow a Cabling license? I cannot find other instructions that this one for Simulate:   https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS128697&posno=1&q=CS128697&ProductFamily=Creo%20%26%20Pro%2FENGINEER%7CCreo%20Simulate%20%26%20Pro%2FMechanica&source=search   I cannot get it to work in the same way for a Cabling license. Sorry for my poor englishThe quick installation guide says students can download and install creo 2.0 from www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp but when I open the link, I saw the creo 3.0 download manager.Now the question is if I can choose the creo 3.0 download manager instead of the creo 2.0 download manager, and use the product code in the installation guide to active the creo 3.0 student editon.

I'm trying to implement Creo Schematics into my system. I already have Windchill and Creo Parametric up and running. The problem I am having is getting the viewable and thumbnail to generate for Schematics. In Creo 2 I have a mapkey combined with a batch file that removes formats on a drawing. It doesn't matter if it's one sheet or 20. Then I have the mapkey stop for the users at the point where they can select which format to use as a replacement.   I don't have it developed enough though to add the format the user selects to all sheets. The user has to manually add the format to each sheet in the Sheet Setup dialog box.   As you might suspect not all our drawings are the same size. In order to do this I created the mapkey to replace the existing format with a blank B size format temporarily. (Don't ask. There is a reason for this)   The problem that comes up is when a drawing that is a D size is replaced with a different sized format (In this case a B size blank sheet), then the new D size format is added, the dimensions on the second page move. They all move farther away from the model. Many of these drawings have plain text on the drawing that is shown over the model. T

hello folks,when right clicking on a textbox one can chose on the fonts tab a text effect called "underline". I'd like to access and control this via a program. However, this method is not listed in the developers reference the Textbox Format Properties. Guys,I am working a lot with the chamfer option in Creo 3, which from my point of view is an easy one for most of my times I have to use it. However it happens a lot that i need to make a chamfer close to my vice and then a problem occurs! I can't find a way where i can control where on the chamfer mill I can use or position it. As you can see below it is rather close on the outside on the diameter, where when i am working close near the vice I'd rather would use it closer to the tip. For these purposes now i work around it with using a trajectory sequence where I have to sketch the path in a offset with an axis shift to get it working, which is a lot more effort .Any thought?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. hi,how could i close annotation element display when i start pro-e?

We are not CREO users but working with a supplier who is. We need to receive their models in ACIS .sat format. However, the documentation they provided as far as supported export formats shows ACIS .acs. Can CREO export to .sat format, and/or is .acs and .sat the same? Also, can someone provide screenshot(s) of the export options they have available for ACIS, or better you point me to some publicly available documentation on these options? HiIs there any option inside model check setting to skip the parameter value to be entered when interactive is running.In one of the parameter we set "string " as an data type and entered the numerical numbers , but now I want to change same parameter data type from string to Integer .So , it is asking once again to enter the value when mc is running.Like that , I have to change 12 parameters in all the models .Don't want to enter the value every time & instead keep the same value & change data type .How to achieve this ???This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hi guys. I am making this ergo grip "handle-wand". That will house some PCB electronics. I needed to keep the circle shape on one end while also keeping the "triangular-oval" on the other and still follow 4 trajectory lines, or else I would have used a Variable Section sweep or something other relevant tool. My question is this I have made my shape using boundary blends. I am wanting to make the Boundary Blends tangent to one another so there will not be any witness lines. However when I go into constraint settings on boundary blends and make set them to tangent, it will not rebuild properly. I have attached some pictures for reference. Any ideas on how to make them tangent to one another? The pictures below illustrate the witness lines and my tangency settings.Thanks in advance.

Using DefaultObjectFormProcessor we have defined an action when user clicks menu/command. Based on status of EPMDocument we need to add hook/catch before the action method gets executed.
