Hi, I think this is not first time when someone is facing this type of issue in Windchill 10.1 ,I tried to find out the solution but most of the blogs or consultants are saying that this could be the browser issue. In my case i think itis not coz i have tried with most of the browsers and their multiple versions....It would be appriciated if anyone can help meThanks

Is it possible to create projected reference points in Creo Parametric 2.0? If so, how can it be done?   This functionality is present in Creo Elements/Direct Drafting 17. I have 3 similar parts to design. So I decided to make one part that has features that all three parts share. Now I want to be able to copy this base part 3 times and start adding features unique to each of the three parts. The issue I am having a problem with is I also want those 3 copied parts to reference the base part. Basically I have a skeleton part with a parameter "number_of_holes".Also I have a number of parts which all have a pattern feature using "number_of_holes". Greetings,We've recently migrated to Windchill, we like the promotion process however the "out of the box" configuration allow the CAD author to completly bypass that process by simply using the "set state" option in the right click menu. I've configured the lifecycle template to not allow "set state" for transiitons but it still allows. I've also gone into Policy administration and tried to limit permissions, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.Marc

Our users would like to have a "Solution Build/Version Number" displayable on the Presentation Template on all Item Types.What is the recommended approach for doing this?I would like to utilize a custom property in the MKS Solution item type, but I'm not sure how I can reference that type of property from a field. I'm new to MathCAD(using MathCAD15). I'm trying to write a program that iterates through a set of data to locate the falling edge of a trip signal. The data set I am working with has thousands of lines where the voltage drops from arround 2.5v to around zero at the time a machine trips offline. I wrote a silplified program with only 10 datapoints as a baby step tward my goal. I am getting an error that doesnt make sense to me. "This value must be a Matrix of scalar elements"See the attached program, any help is appriciated.

Whenever we are creating a sketch for a cavity id for example, the default font for the text in the sketcher tool is font3d, and i would like to change it to just font. We only need a single line sketch of the numbers or letter for engraving. Anyone have any ideas on how you change that default?

Is there an easier method of producing truncated Diameter Dimensions as shown in the attached screenshot?I currently use Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 and I find producing Truncated Diameter Dimensions quite time consuming,when shown in a Detail View, where the Axes of the Diameter to be dimensioned cannot be shown as it is outside the boundary of the Detail View.At present I have to make the Detail View Boundary large eneough so that the relevant Axes can be 'Shown', then dimemsion the necessary Diameter(s), then re-size the boundary again to reduce the size of the Detail View Boundary, and then finally erasing the witness line I don't want to show.Hopefully there is a much simpler method than this, that someone kknows of, as I find this method really painful

I am doing some dimensions between circles in Creo.After selecting the circle I get a menu where I can select center or tangent.The problem is that this menu appears randomly as it seems.Sometimes I only get this meny for one of the circles and sometimes for both.The problem is that I don´t know wether it is the first or the second circle option it asks for. I used to work with ProE W4 M200. I now use Creo Parametric 2 and it takes some getting used to.Apparantly there is a Geometry Pattern and a "Normal" Pattern. I'm trying to fetch data from Integrity via web services. To get a better picture of the data (), I use SoapUI to call the web services. However, every method I call fails with NoCredentialsException as answer. HI All,   I would like to use envelope in my assembly and the option "Autocollect all Solid Surfaces" gives to me a good result, because solid surfaces can be solidified. Unfortunately in my assembly there might be also imported components not fully closed , and in these cases I miss those surfaces in envelope part. Hello,please scroll down to the red arrow in the attached sheet. i have been able to solve for Pu, using solve. but the issue is i have no control over the number of decimal places, the unit, and be able to use the result for Pu in subsequent calculations. Are there other ways to be able to do this? Thanks!

I have assembly in which i have some hidden parts (saved in hidden layer).
