Hello everyoneI did a worksheet in Mathcad and i am looking for a wayy to export the worksheet to a html format like, i think i saw before some worksheets that can be opened in explorer, mozilla, etc. im not totally sure though, what i want to do i use it for a presentation in a classroom in a computer that doesnt have Mathcad.Thanks in advanceAlex

Hi, I've been having flange problems in Creo Parametric 2.0. I've created a part where it works fine (see first pic). When I make an other but similar part (it's just longer at the base), my flange doesn't work anymore. This happens to a copy of the original part, but also when I create a brand new part and draw it from scratch. The flange does work however when I change the angle to 85° instead of 90°. Any ideas? Running CREO 2.0 and ran into something that stumped us.Since I learned about the "Cntrl A" command here it has become my new best friend. For whatever reason my computer, and command input always seems to be a half a keystroke behind me, and I'm not fast! Anyhow, "Cntrl A" usually ends the current command without fanfare.After inputting a note on a drawing I wanted to end the command, so I hit "Cntrl A". However... the computer was already expecting a text entry (maybe I'm half a keystroke behind the computer). The cursor in the text entry popup immediatly turned to a black square cursor, it seemed to selecting some text symbols from keystrokes, and the font was a different style. Our company uses CG Triumvirate as default. I couldn't even go back and change the properties of the font style.So what exactly did I do, and what the inverse command to un do it?To recreate my condition, go into 2D note entry mode and instead of typing the text, hit Cntrl A, they type "R .16 TYP"I wound up

I don't see the right function to do this?I only saw ProColormapAlternateschemeSet() but I can't set every color I would like. Hello everybody,I use Epic 5.3 M010 to create and manage Data Modules in accordance with S1000D.Our company recently passed from Windows XP to Windows 7 so we need to reinstall the program, but i'm having some annoying issues.The program seems to open fine the documents, you can modify various fields without problems and see all the tags, but when you try to modify some particular attributes with the CTRL+D command (i.e. illustrations and issue date/number) the program crash and you need to restart it forcedly. I've tried to change the .dtd and schemes associated to the documents but the problem is still here. This issue cause the impossibility to modify correctly the documents.I've read that Epic 5.3 is not officially certified for Windows 7, but that some users can use it without problems, so i wonder if it's a problem of wrong settings.Anybody have some clues to solve this issue?Thanks

Hello,we would like to disable access (openproject, fetchrevision) to a subproject for all except a special group.Example:project_A |- (sub)project_B |- (sub)project_Cgroup_A and group_B have access to project_A and project_C.Only group_B should have access to project_B.Our first approach was to allow the permissions for project_A for both groups and simply deny the permissions for group_A in project_B.The problem is that some users may be members of both groups and so the deny overrides the permission.We thought this might be a common configuration management task and so this should be possible, so maybe we overlooked something?Is there another solution?

Hi all,I am very new to Arbortext. I am looking for a way to have a word generated and populated if the line item is selected from the tags.Example:NOTE: Close the C/B before beginning any work on the system.NOTE: would be the word that needs to be pre populated.

Hi,i noticed a trouble on drawings of instances of family table.1) I have a generic model A and a instance B of generic model A.2) I create a drawing with model A and i add dimensions in drawing. I save and i close drawing.3) I open drawing with A and save a copy. I close drawing with A and i open the copy.4) I change model in drawing with instance B. I delete dimensions from drawing and i save and i close.5) I reopen drawing with A and dimensions disapper.Anyone can help me? Dimensions are jointed to model and not to drawing? I have an set of parametric equations (in x,y) driving a curve of a cycloidal gear I want to use. Problem is, there seems to be no way to extrude a 3-D part from the 2-D outline. I have this complicated function S(x,y,z) which also reads from previously defined functions. The plot capabilities of mathcas is nowhere near publication quality. I wanted to somehow transfer this plot to another software that has acceptable plotting abilities (e.g. Excel) but I can't find any way to do that. can someone please help me?

Hello,I have, unfortunately, a requirement to model a Reef Knot (or Square Knot, as you might know it) again.In the past, I have made a couple of wiggly curves orthogonal to each other and intersected them and run a VSS along them to create each half loop. A few mirrors and you have a passable looking knot. It takes a lot of tweaking and fiddling to get it looking presentable, though. Then there was the added complication that I was required to model a Slip-Reef Knot - one with a loop on one side that you could pull to undo the knot, a bit like a shoelace.Is there an equation (or equations) to define such a knot? The nice thing about the equation approach would be that it took less work to make it look good and it would also scale nicely. That way, it would be done once and for all and I wouldn't have to repeat all the tweaking every time.I'm sure someone out there has sorted this out.Currently using WF4, M220, but I would imagine the principle applies equally well to any version. Hello all, very new to mathcad, running express prime 3.0 on a trial.I would like to find the intersection of some curves that are already on a plot. I don't have the functions of the curves or lines (lines would be straightforward to find). I've read previous posts that use the solver block method, however as I do not have the equations for the curves, I believe that this is not possible (could be wrong.)How can I find the point of intersection for this given plot? (see image)

In a similar thread, there was a way to truncate the output of a parameter used as a dimension in a drawing (See thread: http://communities.ptc.com/message/191893#191893 ).What I am looking for is to truncate a dimension giving in a note by using the &d121 value where d121 is the dimension of the hole, depth or whatever.I tried &d121[.2] and that didn't work like it did for parameters like &holedepth[.2].Thanks, DaleThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Bonjour,Travaillant sur PROE WF5, je cherche un moyen pour recupérer des configurations de parametres pre-etabliesafin de les charger dans un fichier PRT ou ASM et ainsi eviter de reconstruire la liste à la main.j'ai essayé d'utiliser la fonction de chargement de configuration de parametre dans outils/parametres/fichier/charger une configuration, mais sans resultat.Est ce que cette manip est la bonne ? Si oui comment la faire fonctionner ?Alexandre
