Hi CREO experts, I'm setting up new templates for my company and now I'm stuck with a font size problem probably refering to a din.dtl option. (CREO 9.0)We're using ISO Tolerance tables for shafts and holes and there is one problem with the display of the tolerances.I've set the tol_text_height_factor to 0.5. That works for all +/- tolerances, but not the limits. (see attached file)PlusMinus: Limits: As you can see the font size in the "Limit" display in the brackets is 1.0 but I want to have it 0.5 like in the "PlusMinus"Does anyone know the din.dtl or config.pro option to have the "Limits" display style the same as "Plus Minus"? Thanks in advance

Version: Windchill 13.0   Use Case: Brand new Windchill upgrade, brand new VMs for new CAD workers with clean installations... that don't work. Description: This is perhaps a mix of both a rant and request for assistance.  We are in process of testing Windchill 13.0.2.1. The rehearsal system is up and running and for the publishing environment I made new VMs to house the worker instances.  Worker 1 NX instance 2 Creo instances 1 Office Worker 2 NX instance 2 Creo instances Worker 3 NX instance   For the workers, I went with: Creo View Adapter version 11.0 Windchill Workgroup Manager 13.0.2.1 Creo 10.0.6.0 NX2306.8101 Office 365.    The VMs all have Windows Server 2022 Datacenter for OS.  It's not my first time setting up CAD workers so I figured 20-th time is the charm to get it right the first time... especially since my current production setup is running so well (actually true!).    So, I did all the installations first.&nb

I'm using vuforia and unity(2022.3.16)  together to do my final year project. when in play mode, the application works however, after i've built the app, installed it on an android phone and given camera access, the screen is black. I can see on the top right corner there's a button I added to the canvas so I'm pretty sure the issue is with the camera. Please help as I do not understand where I went wrong. 

I'm using a custom menu created with J-Link to set the material in a part. The method pfcPart.Part.RetrieveMaterial works fine when the config option pro_material_dir is set to a local/network drive. However when this is set to a Windchill location using wtpub://[servername]/[material library] I get the error: com.ptc.wfc.Implementation.pfcExceptions$ToolkitNotFound. The material library location is correct (it points to the right location when manually setting the material) and the Windchill server is registered and authentication is done when starting up Creo. Do I need to make a connection to Windchill within my program before I can access items such as material files?

Hi,  i was recently installing thingworx manual through this link https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9.5/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Installation/Installation/install_java_and_apache_tomcat.html#wwID0E2YCO but unfortunately I don't know what I did wrong but the result is when I try to run apache tomcat it shows running in services for a bout 20 sec and then it stops , no errors or warnings or any thing , and it is hard to know where to start from to trace the issue, by the way, I can restart it again from services but it keeps stopping again, i think i did something wrong following the steps but i dont know what is itthanks,

I was using Selected Value Field from Autocomplete widget. Now I imported latest version of Autocomplete and the selected value field is not passing the value to the services. So I reverted to the old extension which was used before this change. Now also selected value field is not present in properties of Autocomplete widget. No logs generated for this. Iam clueless about what is happening here. Anyone can add ideas to fix this as it is causing critical issue in customer environment.

I have down loaded and installed Prime 10.0.1.0. However, It is not clear what was "improved." I would like to check out the improvements for myself.

Thingworx Runtime is resizing wrongly my mashup for mobile, it should use device height or resizing on the vertical and font size is small too.Thingworx version: 9.3.0-b20 Mobile settings:  

I'm not sure how long this has been like this, but when I hit the print button nothing at all happens - no dialog, no error, nothing.  I restarted the PC and still nothing.  ARunning MathCAD 9.0.0.0 on Windows 11 Pro.Any ideas?

Hello, im at creo parametric 7.0.9.0 and it never saves what config i am using or what directory i am working. Like always. Here is how i confi'ed' the creoin this folder especific its my config, but i tried other folders, it always open in the below foldersworking_directoryconfigshould I  write something on my config, so it becames permantly. Ive already tried chanching the file_open_default_folder with defaault, working dir, in secion but nothing workings. I did already look to some solutions on here, like chanching trought the envirment but didnt work as well.

My computer crashed while using mathcad (unrelated crash to Mathcad). After restarting, Mathcad won't open beyond the splash screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and keep getting the same results. Splash screen opens, closes, and then nothing else happens.

Hello, I am using Creo Parametric 9.0.8.0 with Windows 10. I have an odd case where it appears that Creo is measuring the volume of a part wrong. The volume output from the mass properties dialog box is showing a value of about 0.306 in^3 as shown in one of the screen shots. However, this way underestimates the volume of the part. Just the main portion in the middle can be hand calculated to about 0.7 in^3. I don't know what is wrong here. I have tried regenerating the part and swapping to fully assigned properties and then back to geometry defined, but the number does not change. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks, 

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.5.0In a coordinate system, the three transformations and the three rotations are displayed as dimensions by default.Double-clicking on the coordinate system always displays all six dimensions, which can lead to errors such as selecting the wrong dimension.Can I hide the dimensions that should not be changed?

Hello everyone, I’m working with KepServerEX and need some help with a tag-based counter setup. I have a single tag, and I want to monitor its value every second. Specifically, whenever the tag’s value exceeds a certain threshold, I want to increase a counter that starts at 0 by +1.Here's a summary of what I'm trying to achieve:Monitor the tag value every second.If the tag value is above a certain threshold, increment a counter by 1.Counter should start at 0 and increase by 1 each time the condition is met.Could someone guide me on how to set this up? We have a OPC UA channel created to retrieve tags values from a Fette OPC UA Server. It was working fine until the certificated located in the OPC UA Configuration Manager in Trusted Servers for the Fette OPC UA Server expired. Even if I remove that certificate and create again the OPC UA channel it add again the certificate but with the same expired date.
