Hello Community,   I´m looking for a way to find all the drawings, where specific symbol is placed, however when I search for the symbol itself in windchill, there is no refference in Where used nor Related objects.  Please, is there any way, to search for these drawings, where symbol is placed?  Thank you in advance for any feedback/idea.

It starts out with a default PTC_SYSTEM_MTRL_PROPS material assigned. The density field is blank. When I access "Model Properties > Mass Properties > change", I see that "Assigned Material Density" is "missing" and I can't calculate the mass properties. So I adjust the Material Definition to have an arbitrary density value (1e-6 kg/mm^3). This enables me to calculate the mass properties, including mass and inertia. Next, I want to specify that the part body be 1 kg in mass. So I go to "Model Properties > Mass Properties > change > Define Properties by > Geometry and Parameters". Final task in my revaulting task. I have cache vault folder that is clear (no files) but I cannot delete it since it says there are "Cached Items" that report to it. I do see records in MORI that refer to this folder but those records have no connections back to ApplicationData, FVITEM or STREAMDATA (blobs).  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS45201?source=search The article above provides a query to verify that the MORI records do not tie to ApplicationData These numbers agree with my other queries and show created timestamps during my revaulting efforts, Are these automatically cleaned out? Do I have to remove these records? Are these still referenced somewhere?    

Likely something trivial that I'm missing but:- Had a great running setup with adapter version 9.0- Installed and updated adapter to version 10.1 (pointed to existing installation for the worker .bat files)- if I kick off the worker.bat by my self everything works fine. But try as I might, the Worker Agent doesn't seem to trigger anything on the worker.  I checked services, all the .bat files and everything seems fine.   

I just opened a ticket but this looks like a bug and I am wondering if any of you have encountered this and have a good work around. It looks like in Creo 9.0.7 its not respecting independent layer status. When I try and hide a curve in one view it effects the top drawing layer status even though it is not set as such.     We just made the jump and have found some other small issues but this is the biggest one for us.

Hi! im new to thingworx and we are trying to create a drag and drop planer for or production with machine integration. Is it posible to code a ui in js and use thingworx for the backend or is it posible to make somthing like this in thingworx. we want to be able to se what is producing in the macine both art:nr and amount.and plan whats next and whos responsible for the machien via drag and drop like a canban board. has anyone done this or have any tips and trix on how to do this

Hi all,   I'm running Creo 2.0 Student Edition. Under Collision Detection Settings>Optional Settings, I only have the option for "Sound Warning on Collision". I'm looking for the option to "Stop when colliding". Is this a limitation on the student edition?   Thanks in advance

Creo 7.0.10   Does anyone know how to search for sketcher dimensions or relations using the search tool? I am debugging a model with sketcher relations. I know there are two relations in the model that are sketcher relations from reviewing the message log of the part. Any search tool query that would identify the sketch or feature that is using the sketcher relations would make my life easier when dealing with these.     Do not use sketcher relations unless there is no other way to capture the design intent required. It makes debugging models convoluted. The only sketch relation that is unavoidable that I am aware of is when the trajpar parameter is used in a sweep and needs to be controlled with a relation. There may be others, if you know of one or more post it here for reference.

Hello I'm busy with an upgrade and daubting of also do a revault after this.After a small test we calculated that a revault takes at least a week with full CPU usage of the SQL server.If we want to do this with current behaviour we can't do normal work anymore.  (We are still busy finding performance so i leave them out.)What i / we thought is the following. Basically we don't care if the the revaulting takeas one day or one month as long as the work can go on.So the thougt was: Is it possible to run / schedule the revaulting process so that it only runs during night time / weekends. Is this possible: If Yes any tips are welcome. If no does it make sense to make a Windchill idea from this?

Hi community, I am trying to visualize in a grid or in a text field the data info after having clicked on a data point on my combo chart. (Chart Type = Line).I have already bound the selected data from the chart onto a grid, But I only see the datashape of the service on the grid instead of seeing data that I have selected. Does someone know how I can go about this? Regards, 

There is a part being used in multiple sub-assemblies. The table was showing around 150 parts when expanded to a certain level (3). When we try to export the report, it says an error that rowLimit property is set to 20000. Is it possible to export only those 150 parts to CSV or XLS.Export of all rows is working for XML, but it's not the desired format. Can someone help?

I have used a validor to check textfields text are empty or not and if not empty then i am executing a service because validator will return TRUE otherwise i show message with status message FUNCTION to show that please enter the text into fields but it is not working. if i normally write output= true or false then only it works. can anyone please guide me in this regard. I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0When I installed Windchill, I selected two languages: English and German. But I discovered one folder in which I can see all other languages. therefore my question is that there are now 2 lakhs of files in those folders, which Windchill can read when it is launched or run, therefore the reading time is high, can we delete any folders other than those two? It will not be affected in Windchill Right.
