Hi, I am trying to configure SCM for ThingWorx 9.5 and have imported the SCM extension. I have also given permissions to my user as mentioned in this url. However I am finding that none of the navigation links given below are working. I have tried to debug the issue but nothing is turning up over there too. I have tried opening the SCM page in both Chrome and Edge.  

Hello everyone! I have two kepservers (one reading tags from a siemens 1200 drive and other reading tags via modbus). Can you please tell me how can I share tags from the kepserver with siemens drive and read it as a register on the kepserver with modbus drive? Thanks in advance

Hello,I have two PCs communicating over OPC DA protocol. One is OPC Server, while second one is OPC Client. On OPC Client I am using KepServer OPC DA Client. I configured DCOM setting according to this page: https://www.softwaretoolbox.com/dcom/html/dcom_for_windows_7-_10-_-_server_2008r2.html . I have latest Windows patches installed which requires from me to use the "Default Authentication Level set to “Packet Integrity” .The problem is that when I try to connect to OPC DA server, KepServer is showing an error that OPC Client failed to establish callback from OPC Server. When i open Windows System Logs I see error "The server-side authentication level policy does not allow the user MCSB\BHAdmin from address 172.16.3.44 to activate DCOM server. Please raise the activation authentication level at least to RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_INTEGRITY in client application." That leads me tu guess that I need to change configuration of OPC Client of KepServer, to Packet Integrity. Does anyone know ho

Hi community, I would like to check if two specific properties are being used / referenced in any subscription on any entity.I tried using getWhereUsed but this gives me an empty result when I view the result as a table. Is what I am trying to accomplish possible on thingworx? Regards, 

I am exporting a STEP file from a metric assembly.  When I import the STEP file in as an assembly it imports in fine.  But if I import it in as a part, any parts that are not metric come in scaled down by 25.4.  Is there a config.pro or setting somewhere that I need to set to make everything import into a part at the correct size?  Example is below, the housing is a metric part and the plug is a metric part and come in scaled down by 25.4. Thanks!Ted

Hello all, Is there a function that can be used to align the guide lines of callouts horizontally or vertically? In the attached image, I have only aligned the lines by hand. Unfortunately, this takes longer and is very imprecise.

i have upgraded the thingworx from 9.3 to 9.5. i have created industrial connector thing for kepware connection its showing connected status. but when I create Edge thing with industrial connector asas industrial thing ,status of that Edge is showing disconnected. Am i missing something here in binding or settings?

Hello, I am currently developing an app that need to create links between WTDocuments through the Rest API for WIndchill 12.0_2_7. I already found this article about creating Describe links between Documents and Parts, which I've implemented successfully, but cannot find any information on creating Usage links between two Documents. Here is the article: Article - CS285572 - How to create WTPartDescribeLink / WTPartReferenceLink using Windchill REST Services in Windchill PDMLink (ptc.com)  Is there any documentation on how to implement this? Is it possible at all? Thanks!

I am having an issue accessing Creo 10.0. I had Creo 9.0 but had to update due to my files upgrading from 9 to 10 on my new laptop, so my old laptop running 9.0 could no longer open these files. I attempted downloading creo 10.0 using my schools access, however I am running into an error I do not understand, a screenshot is provided below. 

Good afternoon, I have a customer that is using PTC Implementer on IBM I and we have a recurring issue after each DR Test.The DR is based on storage replication in another Data Center and when we switch there is always a license issue for the new hardware. The workaround applied is using the RESET command and that adds it. Unfortunately, i cannot find a manual on this application and I'm not familiar with it.Is there a way to avoid this issue? Does the application have something HA build-in? Any information is appreciated,Thank you!

Detail drawing was added with another drawing number in previous version. After that drawing is been broke out and created separate drawings with its own number. Now, when I associate CAD part, previous version of another drawing appears as calculated. I don't know how to remove this. As shown in image drawing 91 is unwanted. Current revision of 91 is "E" that don't include detail of 94. But Previous version of 91 (i.e. A) appears as calculated.

hello, I am working with Creo 4.0, and suddenly ran into a problem where snapping to sketch reference lines stopped working for some reason. it was working fine before. it will snap to vertices and points just fine just doesn't want to snap to lines.the error does not appear on other computers in my company. things I tried:1- I copied the config.pro file from a working computer2- reinstalled PTC parametric again.3- changed snapping setting from the file>options>sketcher menu (tried very high, high, mid)4- model accuracy to absolute 1.0   nothing seems to work and its driving my sanity to its limits.

Using Prime 9.0Hello,I have a large matrix of time and current data for 6 different channels. The even columns (0,2,4,6,8,10) contain the time data for the odd current data columns to the right (1,3,5,7,9,11) - Excel image shown below for visual clarity.I am trying to sum up the current data of the 6 channels into a 2 column matrix (time, current) adding the currents at the appropriate times. The time data is in microseconds with time steps of ~.006-.007 μs and the channels time data overlap with start times shifted by 7.5 μs. For example, Channel 0's time data spans from 7.5 μs to 41 μs, Channel 1's time data spans from 15 μs to 48.5 μs, and so on. Hello, I am using Requirements connector 4.2 version and PTC RV&S 13.2.I have created a mapping file and by default i have left the server date format blank. When i try to export an reqIF file, i get the following error:  MKS124822: Invalid value provided for "asOf": Not a valid date, valid format is "MMM d, yyyy h:mm:ss a" I did try to set the date and time format as per Canadian standard, as the servers are in canada but i was not successful.  Looking forward to your support.
