Hi, I am facing this error while loading a file into the server. Can anyone help me with this.   

I have created Gathering part by mistake. Now I want to convert this into WTPart. But it is not showing any option while checkout and edit. What is the solution? I want to use that same part number.    

I am a longtime mathcad user who purchased a permanent license for Mathcad prime 3.1 many years ago.I am in the midst of replacing my old win 10 computer, with a new one running win 11.  Before I begin the task of reinstalling mathcad 3.1 and getting the licensing software to work, I am wondering if version 3.1 will run under win 11.?As a retired person, I cannot justify the cost of getting the latest version of Mathcad, so if my version won’t work, I’ll just install the express version. thanks mike

Hi,   I look forward to doing a minimal Connection Server installation due to high traffic to the Thingworx Platform.   Present Scenario: 1 Thingworx Instance with 1 Postgres DB & 1 Influx DB Required Scenario: 1 Connection Server with 2 Thingworx Platforms with 1 Postgres DB & 1 Influx DB   Can the required Scenario be achievable with 1 Postgres DB and 1 Influx DB for both Thingworx Instances? and is it a best practise?   Thanks,    

I have attached a copy of my calculation in which I am getting an error for my i term. Shown below is the error I am getting when I try to run the calculation. I am using Mathcad Prime 7.       

So basically I'm recreating a calculation based on an example done in Mathcad 15 (I only have a PDF of that example). I've gone through all the math and finally got a plot working, but the results aren't coming out as expected. I'm afraid that something in Mathcad 15 works differently from how it does in Prime, but I don't know what it might be. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi, Could you please guide me on how to include the "Database log" under the Logs in Monitoring menu of ThingWorx composer. By default, other logs such as Application Log, Communication Log, Configuration Log, Script Log, etc., are available. To see the Database log, I need to connect to the ThingWorx server.It would be more helpful if this log could be made available in the Monitoring menu. Kindly guide me with the steps. Thanks  

Hello,  Two items missed on several SON of ThingWorx SCO license. Caused many ThingWorx product servers down two times in the past several months. Raised PTC cases to technical support team, licensing team, even contacted with local sales manager but no conclusion. Kindly advise on any possible ways to solve this, really appreciate any inputs, thanks.

I'm trying to install AMU in top of a clean Thingworx installation. I'm obviously trying to get the latest version of every component so I downloaded Thingworx Foundation 9.3.12 and AMU 203 (SP9). According to the Apps documentation, the latest supported version of Thingworx is 9.3.5 (released in October 2022). I ignored this message assuming that later versions would be supported over a year later (my mistake). The thing is: When trying to install AMU it fails and gives me the message that only Thingworx up until version 9.3.7 is supported.. so which one is it? To add insult to injury, a colleague installed AMU on top of Thingworx 9.3.9 a couple of months back (I checked the version myself). I haven't been able to find updated release notes on the latest version of AMU to check the supported TWX versions and as I'm describing, there's some conflicting messaging. Can anyone clarify?  

Hello Community,We experienced something wrong with Windchill DTI :A user revised an Excel document (.xlsm) to version B, and tried to open it with Excel, but nothing works : the file opened is still A.20 (the last iteration). At first I suspected an issue with local files, but reproduced the problem with another account and computer with an empty cache.We also tried to revise the document from Excel but it did not change anything : it was still version A in Excel, even if version B was created in Windchill. I don't know if this is in any way related to the problem but in file history one can see changes in the file name and extension, sometimes "*.xlsm" and then "* (1).xls"..... I don't have much more to give as informations, I hope this will be enough... Any idea what can be the cause of such a weird behavior? Thank you in advance!    

I am trying to write a value and a timestamp from an OPC UA client to KEPServerEX OPC UA Server. The OPC client is unable to write the value and timestamp it seems. Is there anyway to allow for the OPC UA Client to write a timestamp to KepServers OPC UA Server

Is there a way to create a PM Structure in excel, then upload the DMs into the Information Structure in Windchill?  This would bypass having to right click > insert new > insert new document a 100 times. Thanks Dan      

  

Hello, I have a set of 3D surfaces that I need to project onto a plane to create an extrusion; however, since the plane is at an angle to the surfaces, and the surfaces have edges using Style, they cannot be projected using the Project tool. Below is a preview of the surface viewed normal to the plane, and there is also an image where the edge is visible zoomed in. I am making a mold, or "negative" of this part, so the only task that I need to do is project these edges and extrude to each individual surface within the part. Basically, I will take the outside profile of this plane and extrude up to the surface, like the photo with the red arrows shows. I have explored unwrapping the surface using Flatten Quilt, but that did not help. I also tried a few boolean Remove operations but they also did not work to create the mold. Is there any way to project these edges onto the plane to create an extrusion? I'm using Creo Parametric 10. Let me know of any questions, and any help is

Hi,When adding the repository for the extension Eclipse plugin I receive the error in the attached pictures.From what I understand, there are jar files in the plugin zip.What is going on?I have tried the current and former thingworx specific versions of the plugin without success.Look in the attached pictures for version of the IDE, as well as the error messages. Kind RegardsOskar Berntorp

Hey there, is it possible to turn off the camera / tracking?I have a view only with 2D Elements and the camera is always turned on in the background even when the 2D elements take 100% of the screen you will see at the bottom at least 5-10px of the camera when moving the device - e.g. iPad Pro.  It would help us alot if we were able to turn off / on the camera by ourself or at least by switching to other views.

I'm following the attached example design, but I can't tell what function/tool in Mathcad they're using. I understand the purpose of the section and what values it should return, I'm just not sure how to make Mathcad do it. It kind of looks like a programming block, but it doesn't have the bar on the right and it isn't formatted the same inside. What's tripping me up is that the value if "x" isn't constant, it's variable so I can't use simple if/else programming. I only have the file in PDF format.
