I am using Arbortext 8.3.  Here is the simple function in question:replace("ʼ", "’", 0x2000);The user has a file that contains a mix of apostrophes.  We want a consistent character used.  The first apostrophe is the U+02BC : MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE {apostrophe} and the second (the desired one) is U+2019 : RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK {single comma quotation mark.Using the following text, the last apostrophe is the one we want swapped.la Loi sur les traitements, aux ministres d’État qui sont à la tête d’un département dʼÉtatUsing the replace function above, if I run from the command line in Arbortext Editor it works perfectly. However, when I save that one line of code, as its own ApostropheSwap.acl file, and do a "source ApostropheSwap.acl", it does not find a match.  I have tried saving the .acl file as UTF-8 and ANSI, and both get the same result. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Kepware version: Thingworx kepware Server v6.16.217.0We are having Fanuc Series 31i  Model CNC machines.We have Fanuc driver specific libraries for communication.Issue: We would like to communicate with 31i model but the driver is not listing the 31i model.Any work around or I am missing something?

I recently has some symbols in drawings change. Some are missing. Then I noticed that the Dimension Text Symbol Pallet has changed. Hi, I created a file in Mathcad Prime 8.0 and I'm sharing with my client who is using Mathcad Prime 7.0. But he's unable to open due to compatibility.Can anyone help me out please on how to create a file that can be opened in Mathcad Prime 7.0 as well.

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: My change activity workflow makes use of a "Complete Change Notice Task". In the "General" tab of this workflow task, I have assigned the "Change Admin I" role as the "Responsible Role". Under the "Participants" tab, I have specified user group "A" as the "Assignee". I have ensured the check box for "Required" next to this "Assignee" entry is checked. Under the "Execution Options" tab, I have ensured the check boxes for "Ignore unresolved role" and "Create task for Responsible Role if unresolved role is "Required"" are checked. I know that I have no users in user group "A". There are no users contained directly under the "Change Admin I" role in the application team. Instead, I have included user group "B" under this role. User group "B" does contain users. Remove action on table header is pointing to our custom class, similarly i want the remove action on right-click of a row also to point to the same class.   

I frequently disconnect and reconnect to our network when i bring my laptop into conference rooms for meetings. Creo often gets stuck with popups on top of popups (unsaved data warning, license lost, and Windchill server unavailable). I am forced to restart because I cannot select the "retry" option on the license lost dialog as its covered by another popup that can't be moved. Is there a way to get around this?

We are actively moving to SharePoint data storage. Can assembly be organized with Parts in multiple folders / Multiple access users working on different parts of an ASSEMBLY. Assembly Regenerate should update the assembly with latest in SharePoint folders.

I went from Creo Elements 20.4 with Workgroup manager 12 to Creo Elements 20.6.2 with workgroup manager 13.0.2.1In the drawing browser, the name of the drawing used to be the Windchill file name, and now it is the Windchill name.Is it possible to change it to the windchill number or file name?I used to use it in a lisp, for example:display (oli::sd-am-inq-drawing-no)But now I get a different value then I used to.Also I can't find how to get the windchill attributes (like PTC_WM_NUMBER) of the drawing in lisp.I tried lot's of things but I can't find it.

Hi every one!I’m experiencing an issue with Advanced Tags in our Kepware project and need guidance.Setup:Kepware version: [KepserverEx 6]Channels: K1,Devices: PLC1,Source tags: Boolean / WORD tags under devices (quality = GOOD in OPC Quick Client)Advanced Tags: created in the global “Advanced Tags” folderAliases: created pointing to Advanced Tags and mapped to the corresponding deviceProblem:All Advanced Tags show BAD quality in OPC Quick Client.Source tags themselves read correctly and have GOOD quality.Even a simple Advanced Tag referencing a single Boolean tag shows BAD quality.The “Mapped To” option is only available in the Alias — the Advanced Tag itself has no “Mapped To” field.We want to confirm:If this is the correct setup for reading Advanced Tags via OPC/AVEVA.Whether there are any licensing, runtime, or configuration steps we may be missing that prevent Advanced Tags from evaluating.Thank you for your guidance.

Hi all,Just can't get my head around one thing!I am using Kepware to log a group of tags -more than 1000 tags-  apparently, Kepware’s DataLogger logs the entire group when any tag in that group changes. However, what I need is logging only those tags that have been changed not the entire group! I've done some research and ended up with enabling OPC UA in my project and using a Python code to log only the tags are changed! I was wondering if there is any other way except changing configuration of the project which I prefer to put it in bottom of my list!Any help much appreciated!  

hello all, i am using the simple repeat region method to create a family table in my assembly drawing.because of this i am using filters such as "&fam.inst.param.name == xxxxx" however, in my assembly, i have the same part file copy pasted 4 times (they make a square within my assy) and each instance of the assy has different instances of that part file. ex:assy-1 has part-A, part-B, part-A, part-Bassy-2 has part-C, part-D, part-C, part-Dassy-3 has part-E, part-F, part-E, part-Fassy-4 has part-G, part-H, part-G, part-H so if you notice, they have basically a top/bottom and side/side of the square for each assy instance.when i use the 2-d family table it comes out correct, looking like the example but in table form, but i want to use the simple table because i want to change the top row names. when i apply the filter like always, because the part file is named the same for all instances possible, i end up getting ALL 16 of the part instances for each compone

I have installed Creo 12 successfully on 2 machines but on one of the machines I get the errors below and the browser fails to work. Presumably the errors below is because the browser is not working.   Things I have tried already: Removed all config / UI files (Vanilla install) Reinstalled using an install script that worked on the same hardware Deleted the Creo Agent and Platform folders and replaced with folders from a known working install Performed a Windows Control Panel > Apps >PTC Creo 12 Platform Services > Modify > Repair I have Creo 9.0.9.0, Creo 12.4.0.0 and Creo 12.4.2.0 installed. Creo 12.4.2 works fine as far as I can tell other than the internal browser not working, but I do need it to be working.   Any other suggestions? This happened one other time and I had to reimage which I am really trying to avoid.  

Need to change the prefix.  Currently the WCE25 and need to WCE26.  How and where to I make this change for all new ECN's.

I have CB 3.1.0.1 integrated with WC 13.2.1 via the DPT integration and from CB I can click on the linked part to see information about it but I don't have the Creo View widget.  Am I missing something in the configuration for this to be enabled or perhaps an additional extension to install?

Both are of type Real Number with Units.I want to make a calculated attribute that have this expected outcome:- If PRO_MP_MASS has a value higher than 0.1 kg, the value of PRO_MP_MASS should be the result- If PRO_MP_MASS has no value or is below 0.1 kg, the value of AttrB should be the result- If both PRO_MP_MASS is below 0.1 or has no value and AttrB has no value, the result should be "No weight assigned".Used formula: ((!isNull(PRO_MP_MASS) || (PRO_MP_MASS > 0.1)) ? PRO_MP_MASS : ((!isNull(AttrB)) ?
