We are using Thingworx Platform 8.5.5 and PostgreSQL 10.8 in AWS. PostgreSQL 10 has become obsolete now and AWS will upgrade the database to v11 soon. The system requirements guide shows that TWX 8.5 only supports 10.8. Is there a plan to support more postgres versions? Regards,Sri

Can someone explain when an extension may not be compatible in an active-active cluster?  I see the haCompatible attribute documented in the Help Center but there is no guidance as to when that should be set to true or false. I have a legacy extension from the defunct Market Place and several home-grown custom extensions and need to determine if they are compatible in high availability mode but I don't know how to make that determination.  Would an example of one that wouldn't be compatible do something like keeping a local state or cache of data and that information would be lost if a different node handles the request? I want to just add haCompatible="true" and repackage the extension but I don't know if that is advisable or not.

Hi , The dimension from pattern feature is not shown in correct place between 3D annotation and drawing.The dimension is created in the first instance of pattern and shown correctly in 3D annotation. But it is shown in another instance of pattern in 2D drawing, not the same place as created.Please check the picture and model & drawing for detailed information.

Hello, i'm trying to create my own 2D-widgets as an extension for my company.I got OCTO_Studio_extensions and followed this simple guide.My problem is, as soon i add any widget from the extension i will be stuck on a saving loop.I can't preview anymore and even deleting the new widget wont help. still invinite saving loop. Is this intended to prevent us from adding extensions or what's wrong with that feature?

Hello everybody!   We are trying to decrypt a frame of data (the encription is AES- Advanced Encryption Standar) from one device using Thingworx. The main idea was use the extension in the market place (https://marketplace.ptc.com/en-US/apps/196131/crypto-extension-for-thingworx)  but looks unavailable.  How can we get the extension? Hello, I'm filling a list widget with some data and noticed that the widget itself does not show updated data while the code executes. some console.log show that is not a matter of data updating but the widget needs a graphical refresh (e.g. click on the screen) to be refreshed and show correct data. My question is: how to perform a forced refresh of the widget from the source javascript code? Thank you!

Hello community, I have a case very similar to this existing support article. The major difference is that I don't use Themes, so that article isn't helping me. I am using Thingworx 8.4.15, an html widget (by extension) and plotly inside of that widget. When opening a modal popup it destroys the plotly css classes. Can anyone describe me what happens when the popup is opened? And what I could possibly do to prevent this behavior? Thank you in advanceBenny

When creating cases, it is possible for some time now to upload several different attachments and attach them simultaneously in one step.It has already happened to me several times that in the end only one attachment was available in the case history and I had to upload the missing ones individually afterwards. 😬Am I the only one who occasionally has this problem, or does anyone else know this?

I wrote a rather long Mathcad program on my laptop over vacation based on a trial copy of Mathcad 8.0 (The trial period is up to the end of June) but unfortunately the PC died- but I had stored the program on a memory stick. Wanting to continue the evaluation of Mathcad 8.0, my wife downloaded a copy onto this second PC. I tried a simple test program that included a subroutine and it worked. However, when I tried to load the old program written while on vacation, a message appears that "The file type is not supported. Log file is located at C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\MathcadPrime_Exception_20220619_111012.log." But there is no such "Logs" directory on the C-drive to look at, and to my eye, the file extensions look exactly the same. What gives? We have two licensed copies of Mathcad at our company and as a lead new product developer, I wanted to see if a personal copy was worthwhile.

I am trying to retrieve display name for an attribute in WTPart or WTDocument. I can retrieve attribute values using the internal name of the attribute but would like to also get the display name using same process. Is there an API for this?
