Hi Team, Suppose I have:-1. Ist Mashup which is having main service for collection data.2. 2nd mashup which is actually static mashup of collection having one button.3. 3rd mashup which is a popup and it opens after clicking on button in 2nd mashup. I want to refresh the ist mashup's main service on popup close, then how will I pass the popup close event from 3rd mashup to ist mashup? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,    As part of one of my projects, I need to simulate a mechanism, using Creo. This mechanism contains a freewheel, which is not made with ratchets, but with a specific bearing and I don't have the CAD model.    My question is : is it possible to create a freewheel constraint on a pin connection in Creo Mechanism ?    Thank you    Julie  French mechanical engineering student 

Hi Team,   Could anyone of you help me to convert .stl file to solid geometry in creo software.   I tried to convert in Creo software from .stl file to solid object by option save as under that category as “shrinkwrap”. Hello there,   I am trying to send a JSON as input parameter of a service that I created, from Postman, but I get the following error message :  "Unable To Parse JSON Request"   Here is the structure of my json :  {     "box" : 1531,     "date" : "2021-07-01 14:19:48",     "count" : [4,0] }   So I selected the follow inputs for my service : box -> number date -> string count -> ??? (I don't know what I have to put, I tried 2D, infotable, json, but nothing works...The parameter count is an array...)   Please could you help me to resolve my issue?   Best regards,   Thomas

I recently came to Creo from Inventor, and I became somewhat dependent on the orientation cube (see attached video). After searching the community and the settings, I had come to the conclusion that such a thing was not possible in Creo. However, when doing some training with PTCU, I opened one of their files (which automatically opened in Simulate) and I saw something similar to the orientation cube labeled WCS in the bottom right corner (World Coordinate System, see attached image), which proved it's possible. This one is passive, meaning it only shows the current orientation, but that would be enough to help me.   (view in My Videos)   My question: how can I get this in Parametric? Would it be possible to make active (I can click on parts of the cube and re-orient the modeling window)? Or would it be easier to figure out how to program in 90 degree rotations about each axis in the views instead? My problem is that I have aphantasia, meaning I cannot visualize object

Hello all, I hope to seek for some advice on upgrading the TWX version from 9.1.0 to 9.2.3 with Thingworx foundation for postgresql window installer. I read that i am able to use the Thingworx foundation to upgrade.    My current version of the TWX is as per followed: PostgreSql: 12.4 Apache Tomcat: 9.037 jre: 11.0.9   I checked with the PTC Release advisor that to have 9.2.3 pre-requisition is: PostgreSql: 13 Apache Tomcat:9:052.   I had using the Thingworx Foundation installer to attempt to install...it immediate show the following message. can anyone advise a proper steps to upgrade without have to affect my projects files in my existing Twx.? if i uninstall the existing version it will be wipe off, so it like a fresh installation, fresh database, everything new. is there anyway to upgrade "smoothly".....   Any advice? Hi all,   In mashup, I have a dropdown to select/change language for the user.     Whenever dropdown value changed I'm setting user language preference through service. The problem is localization values are not updating until I refresh the mashup manually. I tried using navigation function also still didn't work.    Could any one help me to solve this. I want localization value should be updated automatically    /VR

I am using the toolkit to get entry-port parameters from an assembly model. Right now I am able to read the name of the entry-port coordinate systems of an given component. Now I would like to get the global coordinates of these entry-port.   Is there a way to read the global coordinates from the name of an entry-ports via toolkit? I didn't even find that information in Creo directly.   Thanks a lot

Feature request: Divide Vuforia Studio / Experience Server folder "Projects" into multiple sub folders, instead of having everything lumped together in an unorganized way.

I'm trying to link two different experiences together using a button that shows up at the end of one experience and, when pressed, launches the next. I thought that the method that I had used to link to other types of media and web pages would work, but apparently not. What am I doing wrong? Would creo have the ability to select previous components while in explode rotate mode?Like in Autocad (copy previous) or (select previous...)???It drive us nuts to have to reselect huge amounts of parts we use from read only engineercontent we import into our tech pub assemblies as simplified reps... As seen above we are rotating this sub assembly and the rotate arrow is buried in the sea of parts. So if we click out of range hunting for our barley visible rotation arrow - our component selection set disappears from time to time creating a user reselect scenario of parts we just had added to our components to move dialog box..

I wrote the program which fit two datasets by the same ODESOLVE and miner. But I call the function twice and the program works slow.  So anyone knows how to make it faster to fit two datasets?

Hey Everyone! 🙂  I try to make a 3D-Panel visible as soon as an Alert in Thingworx occurs.  Example: I get the Temperature from an MQTT Broker. For that temperature I set an alert on >=20°C. Now I want to show a 3D Widget as soon as the alert is released in Thingworx. For that I added the alert as an event under external data in Vuforia Studio and then binded this alert to the 3D-Panel to show it.  Unfortunately this is not working as planned.  Can anyone support me? Yours sincerely,Marius 

Hello everyone, Is there any way to save an old version or iteration of a part as a new version in Windchill without using Creo Parametric? I have a part with latest version of C.1 and I'd like to return back to version B.1 without deleting version C. I thought that I could revise the part to version D and somehow copy the B.1 version over the D.0 but I can't figure how to do that in Windchill. I found this article which describes how to do exactly that with Creo Parametric:https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS189560 But I would prefer a method for doing it in Windchill. Is it even possible?

Hello everyone!I would like to draw the attached graph in 3D with Mathcad 15. It seems to me that this problem has already been addressed in the community but I cannot find it. In fact, it is a rather arduous job although from the geometric point of view it is a question of tracing flat surfaces orthogonal two by two. To do this, I downloaded and installed "images14.exe" and also the list of the functions contained, but I don't know how to use it. How can I avoid using these functions? Could anyone help me? I thank him infinitely.

Hi, Does ThingWorx Foundation 9.2 installed in windows support HA clustering? I see that in the help document (https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/ThingWorxHighAvailability/OverviewOfThingworxHighAvailability.html#wwID0EBQX5B) the architecture diagram has the TW Foundation supoprted but why does the release matrix say that the TW Foundation HA with windows is not supported?   Thanks in Advance, SV.  

Apologize if this has been asked before, can't seem to find a similar question on the forums.   Is there a way to load a large number of properties into a Thing at once? I have over 450 Boolean alarms from Kepware I'd like to load into a Thing so I can monitor them in a Mashup. I could do "Manage Binding" and load all tags; but each tag in Kepware has the name of the PLC tag address so I'd have to change the name in "Manage Binding" one by one which will take a long time.   Anyone have any ideas?
