Hello PTC, I'e tried all the ways which are described in the forum, but I haven't got anything, I can't connect the MQTT Broker with SSL enable(and works) with ThingWorx server. I'm using a 90 days version, and I don't know if the security configuration in the MQTT extension ca be enabled. Thanks very much, Carlos

Creo Parametric 7.0 does not start anymore. I suspect a Windows update (Windows 10; operating system build 19042.928) or something about the hardware could be to blame, because it also affects other design software, such as Prusa Slicer and Fusion 360. It can't be due to the system requirements because it used to run without problems. rIf I reinstall the software (current version) it does not get better. When I want to start the software, it appears briefly in the task manager under background processes and also disappears again immediately. The mouse turns into an hourglass, as normal. That is all that happens. No window opens. I just recently installed the software; then it started twice, now it doesn't. I suspect if I reinstall the software it will not get better. Maybe someone has an idea what the problem could be. All drivers are up to date. My computer is a Lenovo Thinkpad P53s; hard disk Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB; processor Intel Core i7 -8565U; 16 GB RAM. I'm doing a simple calculation as shown in the picture attached. E has units of psi F has units of in A = (EF^3)/12 A should have units of lb*in, but Mathcad gives it the unit of (lb*ft^2)/(s^2)   Why is this happening?

I obtain Mathcad 14.0 Datecode: M020 around 2016. I haven't used it in a long time. Recently it seems to be acting sort of strange. I tried to repair it from Windows 10 Programs & Features, but it could not find a repair file.Is there an update to my installation? If yes, where is it located?If no, can you suggest how I can try to repair it?Thanks

Hey all,   Just went from 5.0 to 6.0.1.0 and now when we edit definitions while a cross section is activated. We get a blue cross section color. Like the whole section is blue with no definitive part outlines to be seen. Pretty terrible when trying to re-constrain interior parts of an assembly.   Anyone else run into this or know of a way to change how an X-Section looks?

Hi we have a old Mathcad 13 Network License server on one of our VM's, we are looking to migrate this to a new server (with new IP and Hostname), can anyone point me in the direction to how this is done?

My usecase is the following: I have a mashup centered around a dynamic thing.The mashup shows the properties for this thing using the 'GetProperties' service.The service is configured to use the 'automatic update' feature using websocket connection. This automatic update works well for properties of the datatype string/integer/... For properties that are infotables this feature does not work as expected, or it is missing some functionality. Most services that return one or more infotables give the option to bind ALL the data and/or use the selectedrows.The 'GetProperties' service does not provide this option. In the example below a thing has a few properties like speed/temperature. It also contains 2 infotables. - Infotable 1 has 1 level and contains 4 fields.- Infotable 2 has some level 1 fields, but it also contains 2 other infotables that each contain some fields. Hi, I have created a base mashup and used in Collection widget, but I'm unable to select the rows that are rendered in the widget. I've enabled AllowSelection as well as AutoSelectFirstRow but still I'm unable to click on them. Even hovering color is not changing when I hover over the rows.

I am currently working on an AR Project.  The main files i am using are PVZ and C3DI because of creo view and creo illustrate.(Sorry if this question was asked already.)But I want to know do we have a way to convert them to FBX??i dont have problem using PVZ file from creo illustrate and creo view, but I need to save them as FBX file as I am also using the same drawings for AR but i use other software and pvz is not recognized.Do we have plug-ins for this? 

Hi @tmccombie - I've noticed that the Chalk for RealWear app does not allow me to enter a Display Name and join a session initiated from the desktop. I can enter the connect code manually or via dictation, however, the display name box does not record dictation, or manually typed characters. There is also no response when selecting/dictating "accept." Attached is the screen as seen on the headset.  The app is 4.0 and the headset OS is up-to-date.   Thanks in advance!

Hello,   I have a detailed view that I placed on a different sheet (sheet 2) of the original view (sheet 1). I am trying to add ordinate dimensions referencing my original reference (from sheet 1).    I found a very old post that said to expand the view, add the ordinate dimension reference, then return to the detailed view. Which I would be alright with that if I could figure out how to expand my view and then go back to it.    Can anyone help please! Is there a way to do this at all?    

I have a service which runs a loop and keeps setting the value in a session variable. Service is executed on click of button in mashup by a user. I want to stop the previous thread when the user re-clicks the button.

At some point in the recent past, Creo started having pauses or delays during normal working. Seems random. I'm in a drawing today and it lets me do a few things and then pauses for a few seconds. Then goes right back to where it was. I typically click 2 or 3 times thinking I didn't select right and realize its not waiting on me.  I'm on Creo 4, just updated to M130 hoping it would change something. Nope. Cleaned out my workspaces and deleted my .wf...didn't help. Cleaned out my working directory...didn't help Was working in a large workspace, so I moved my current drawing an it's files to a standalone workspace, 29 objects...didn't help. Disabled the 2 config.pro files and restarted...didn't help. I am working from home, it's the only other thing I can't test. I *think* it was happening in the office when I was there. We have a local install, local working directory. Some network connections in the config but I think I ruled those out when I disabled the config.pro's. Any thought

Initialising Creo 5.0 setup.exe does not start up. It briefly loads after the windows prompt asking about changes beeing made which i accept. Only a little loading icon appears on the cursor for a second or two and then nothing happens; there is nothing running in the background, no windows open anywhere.This behaviour hasn't changed despite:Changing through all compatibility modes, turning off the firewall and windows defender, running it as an administrator, with or without internet connection, before and after windows updates (aswell as turning my pc off and on again), after multiple downloads of the zip and extracting the contents unto my desktop, without any pre-existing ptc/autocad folders on the disk, running .exe through the cmd, changing local user.My PC specs are: 32GB RAM, 8-Core 3.7GHz CPU, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Nvidia 2080ti

I just did an installation of Windchill 11.0 M030 CPS16 on a Windows Server 16 OS. When I went to look in some of the folders, all of the files have lost their file extensions and are lists as just a file. Example: dsjavaproperties does not have the .bat on the end and when run, none of the commands in the file execute as the OS does not recognize the commands in the file. Renaming the file to dsjavaproerties.bat shoes it now as a Windows Batch file, but it still gives errors when executed.   Has anyone else had this issue with Windows Server 2016? The install works fine on Windows Server 2012. How do I fix this without removing and reinstalling everything?

Why is n taken as length(y)-1 rather than simply the length of y? In both Mathcad 15 and Prime 6, sometimes this seems to result in throwing away one observation. E.g., in the Prime 6 example, there are 12 observations, but only 11 show up on the plot.

I need to add a new field to an existing data table that already contains data.  When I try to add the new field in the data shape, a dependency confirmation popup window appears.      Does this mean that the fidelity of the existing data cannot be guaranteed if I add a new field?  What kind of negative impacts could occur by adding a new field?  

I have a Bar chart on my mashup. That is showing few series of data. I want to change a color of a particular bar within a series in a bar chart, depending on a value that is stored in a different table. I tried to do some state formatting. But it is changing the color of the entire series. I just want to change only a particular bar's color. I am attaching an image for the reference. Also is there any way to change color of bars from a service?   Thanks in advance.

Hi, although in theory the option to install and upgrade Thingworx with an installation-routine is great, it has some catches in reality. Especially for upgrades.   I'm talking about the installation routine for windows. I have no idea how similiar the Linux version is.   Scenario: Windows Server 2016 with Java 8 and Thingworx 9.0 (Installed with Installation routine) Goal: Change Java 8 to OpenJDK Amazon Corretto 11 and Update TWX to 9.1   I've switched my Java Version to Corretto 11 and follow the instructions. After that I've try to start tomcat again and it fails. After a bit of reasearch I noticed that following Tomcat parameter caused the error: -Xlog:gc:file=<path>/ThingWorxFoundation/tomcat/current/logs/gc.log:time,level,tags   After removing it the Tomcat service starts just fine and I leave it be.   Now I try to install the TWX 9.1 update: Starting up the installation routine I get the error that my Java Version is too old and I should

I'm using Thingworx 8.5.3 and am running into a slight issue when using flexcontainers. When going to view the mashup, I briefly see a container that is supposed to start collapsed as the mashup loads. It does collapse almost immediately, but I would rather that it's not seen at all when going to view the mashup until it's supposed to. Is there a way to fix this?To give a few more details, the mashup consists of four flex containers positioned vertically. On the container second from the top, expand and collapse is enabled but the checkbox for Enabled is not checked since we want it to start collapsed. There are also bindings to both expand and collapse and if I remove all of them, the problem is still there.   Any help in figuring out what is happening here is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I am trying to install thingworx and I am getting the error below. I have set everyone to read/write privileges for the thingworx folders. I have also tried this link with no luck. Can anyone help me? Here is the error   java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to create SecurityManager, Failed to load SecretProvider   I have postgres installed on a separate server but tomcat is on this one.    Here is the link to what I have tried with no success.

Using the Tabs widget in ThingWorx 8.5.7, it adds a 20px margin around the content of each tab.  Is there a way to remove or reduce that margin?       I found another topic here about adjusting the margin in a Tabs widget with a solution of the custom CSS below, but adding that CSS doesn't change anything for me.   ptcs-page-select::part(pages) { margin: 10px !important; }
